Fast Cell Repair (Kingsgate Mall)

I got my iPhone X screen replaced here and had a very good experience at the booth and online. I was first on Fast Cell Repair's website and the person at the other end of the live chat responded quickly and politely. They honoured a price match and 15 minutes later I was at Kingsgate Mall. Rashid (I think that's his name, that's what it says on the receipt) was very polite and professional and got the job done in 40 minutes. This is the 2nd time I have used them.

Took my phone in twice to replace the screen. First time it was great, no issues, and like new the next day. Second time, the screen was lesser quality, and broke without me doing anything. Initially they said it would be covered under warranty, but then called me back and said I broke it, and they wouldn't cover it. Zero understanding that it was a faulty screen, and not in fact broken due to damage caused by me. The guy at the kiosk also acknowledged that whoever "fixed" my phone the second time put the power button in wrong which is why I have issued turning the phone on and off. A bit shady honestly, likely will not take another phone to them.

Rohan saved all my data on my 'boot looping' iPhone XS - I had spent an entire day diagnosing and trying to figure out on my own before almost pressing the restore button, which would of meant losing all my data.

Rohan figured it out within 15 minutes and offered it at a great price too.

10/10 would recommend this to anyone with any phone issues.

Knowledgeable and friendly with excellent service. I took my phone there after it stopped reading the SIM card. My provider's only suggestion was to get a new phone, but the owner of Fast Cell Repair suggested I get an eSIM as an easy (and free) solution. His advice saved me from having to upgrade my phone.

Looks a little funky due to the small an packed shop, but the service is great. I went to another shop before and the guy there told me that my display is toast and i need to get a new one for 200$.
Fast Cell Repair took a close look at it, said he'd diagnose it and fixed it in 15min for only 30$. Fair price, competent service.

I got my phone fixed here, within a day it wasn’t working. Came back he blamed me and yelled at me. A month later it doesn’t work again I go back and he forces me to pay half price to get it fixed when it was there fault. As im waiting in line he is YELLING so loudly at this poor girl who is being so calm and has not raised her voice once at him. I waited for 30 minutes as he yelled at her, the whole mall watching. I talk to this other customer waiting and ask if he’s planning to get his phone fixed here, and he says he already has and it’s broken just like mine has been now twice. I could excuse his horrible workmanship if he was kind, but it has been nothing but it’s your fault everytime and blaming people
For their screen not working when it’s clear he just doesn’t know how to do his job.

I have received a excellent service for my iphone xr over here. Before that i had changed the screen twice in other stores and it goes on damaging. So this time i thought to repair it some where else where i can get the good screen which lasts for long time.then i got to know about this store so i personally visited there and said about the issue so that the technician can understand the problem. Then he took just 20-30 mins for fixing the mobile and handed over to me carefully. I took a quick look of my phone its better than before and display quality is better than before. After that he gave me an offer for screen protector and mobile case which can keep my phone safe. So i personally suggest to visit this to store where u can get good quality and service.

I was very happy with their service.until I wasn’t.
I’ve had two phones repaired here once each.
The first phone I took for screen replacement. They gave it back to me with a darkened corner of the screen which wasn’t there before replacement. When I complained they told me this was due to me dropping the phone and not their fault, even though I told them it wasn’t like this before.
I went back one more time (against my better judgement) but was in a hurry and didn’t know where else to go, about a year later when my new-to-me phone needed a new battery.
When I dropped my phone off the second time I told the man there about my experience last time, adding- please note there is no problem with the screen currently and I expect to receive it back the same way, no darkened corners.
$50 and a new battery later I was thrilled with the service I received this time, but a bit disgruntled when he told me they give a satisfaction guarantee on their work, so if there are any problems to bring it back and he would fix it for me. Why didn’t they tell me that when I complained about the dark corner of my screen the previous time? !

So for about a year the new battery worked fine.
Until one day suddenly my battery stopped holding charge and would turn off randomly. I couldn’t charge it, and eventually wasn’t able to even turn it on before it immediately turned off again saying no battery charge.

I took it to a different repair place this time and he told me there’s nothing wrong with the battery, but that this is a problem sometimes caused by incorrect previous repair.

Long story short- they broke two of my phones once each.

I bought a screen protector for my cell phone today. I am satisfied about their service. Good quility. Price is resonable. Quick service. The staff set on protector for free. I LOVE THAT.

Magical phone repair geniuses here! I couldn't be happier with the down to earth customer service, nevermind the magical ability to completly repair my smashed phone (closed my trunk door right on my pixel 3A, smashing it completely). Completely reasonable pricing and quick turn around time as well, I wouldn't trust my phone with anyone else.

Brought my girlfriends iPhone 8 in to get the screen repaired/replaced, the job was done fairly quickly but the technician there assured me that he replaced the screen with one of high quality but the response time of the touch screen was very slow in comparison and didn't have nearly the same feel to it as before the replacement. It was also pretty pricy considering the quality of the replacement part was so low.

I received an excelent service from Mohamed today! I apreciate greatly all his support. I will enjoy my new cell phone and I will recommend to others. Thanks.

There’s a reason this guy is 5 star, he’s reliable and affordable.

One time I came in with a broken screen and he flipped my phone around for a good 20 minutes to enable Apple Pay (for storage), downloaded all my contacts to the new phone (full hour), and didn’t charge me a dime.

There is absolutely no reason for such kindness, It was appreciated however. I was able to keep all my work contacts and stay out of some hot water.

It's truly a good place to repair and get accessories for your cellphones. The prices are relatively cheap then other stores.

I would recommend to refrain from making purchases from this business for a number of reasons. They lie about the glass they use on their screens and overcharge for what they are giving you. They replaced my screen because of cracks, when I got my phone back the touch response was obviously faulty. I gave the phone back the next day and he stated that he had re replaced it with real apple screen glass. This is obviously untrue because when put up to other phones colour saturation is different AND the touch surface still has issues. After him lying to me and telling me it was a real apple screen her tried to charge me an extra 20 dollars which I blatantly refused to do. These guys are cheaters and jokes.
