Fast Iron Cleaners

I came here to get my dress cleaned, and she said to come the next day to pick it up. I came the next day and she said they couldn’t clean it as there was a hole in the dress. Would’ve been nice to get a phone call to let me know as I needed it for a wedding.

Ionela did not provide a quote when I went in to try on the dress I wanted to get hemmed. When I picked up the dress, she charged me $75 just for an alternation to shorten with lining or split.
When I asked her why it was so expensive and why she didn't give me a quote when I first came in, she said because I didn't ask her how much it would be, she did not tell me. She said I should have looked at her website (which I did not know that she had, nor had the time to look up since I just went in during my work lunch break).
It should be the owner's responsibility to let their customers know how much their services will be, especially when their prices are not listed in-person at the store. I then went on her website and checked the pricing for an alteration to shorten with lining or split, and it says $35! I do not understand why she charged me $75 for a service that was listed as $35.
I am very disappointed in this unnecessary surcharge and will never be going back there again.
