Fast Track Indoor Karting

Always fun! It's usually best to do at least three rounds the first is a warm-up the second you get your groove and the third you can really kick butt!

Had a really good time except for when we were waiting for the younglings to get unstuck. On every lap.there has to be a better way to segregate the heats between the less experienced from the others. You pay for a set amount of time and it's frustrating when you're constantly in a traffic jam. We paid for 3 races, 2 were pretty rough, but 1 was good

I worked with fasttrack to set up an event and it was such a great experience. Not only was the communication great, the day of the staff were so great to work with. All in all a great event and we will be back!

The staff here yesterday were great! I brought 4 kids for a smaller birthday celebration and the staff calmly kept the place running smoothly despite 2 parties going on and the place being packed. Also really appreciated their help looking for an item one of the kids lost, thanks so much!

Had a fantastic time! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and organized. This place is extremely busy so I highly recommend you call before going and booking your slot to race. I made the mistake of just showing up however after waiting an hour staff were able to put us into a race. The cars are quick and not too badly beat up. I definitely recommend visiting this place, it was a fantastic time.

We our son's 8th birthday here and I have to say that we had a really great experience. The front desk staff was so helpful and pleasant to deal with, they were crazy busy and never once showed anything but kindness. We will for sure return. Thank you for a great birthday party!

Nice experience, track is pretty simple and short. Some carts are much better than others. Not as much electric torque as you'd hope for but still decent fun

Hosted a team event (20 people) here. We really enjoyed the time we were there, the party room was clean, and the instructions were clear. The front desk really helped us set up with a welcoming face and the guys on track were great too.

I used to be a member, and loved Fast Tracks langley as the smell of 2 stroke radiated from the track into the waiting room. The karts, relatively quick, the track had a nice flow with a long stretch giving drivers the ability to get a nice little drift around that corner after topping out in the straight. Over time you would learn what days to avoid going in order to not get jam packed with kids or those L GoKart driver types and be trying to break records, your wrists literally throbbing of arthritis yet you return to the counter and purchase another 3 rounds regardless. Maybe a little fuel spill on your pants so you go home smelling like an accomplished racer, whatever the case it WAS fun
Now not only is the track different to accommodate the unskilled but they changed over to Eletric. The smell of freshly mixed gas that we all grew up on, void. The number of unskilled drivers has rendered FastTracks unbearable as with the electric managing system, when there's an accident or you are going too hard EVERY KART gets limited by the system. You'll be flying by with your friends trying to set a lap record and then someone you just lapped gets caught in the corner and then the host hits a button and regulates EVERY KART down to something like 2km/hr. I spent over 200$ for my friends and I to get a few races in and there wasnt one race we could Hot Lap due to the constant need to regulate. The Gas ones would just zoom by were as now you'll be coming into a corner and then your speed is reduced due to some ridiculousness at the other end of the track and you've just lost 60 seconds of race time when each race is only 7 minutes long to begin with. Multiply that 3 or 4 times during a race and you've just wasted your money. Skilled racers need to be partnered will skilled racers and the newbies need to be placed with newbs. Also, it would be nice if the host would stop slowing down all cars and simply black flag a MF so the rest of us can race. This isn't Castle Fun Park, it's "Fast Tracks"
I've been twice since and have been utterly disappointed each time. Won't be recommending it anymore

Firstly, I can see how people have a load of fun here on the regular. Driving the go-karts at that speed is extremely fun.

My biggest problem is the expectation that, after watching the safety video prior to racing, the staff and organization as a whole would take everyone's safety in to account and actually uphold the rules that me and my friends just watched on said video. The expectation as we understood it was that any unsafe driving was not going to be tolerated.

My friends and I came in-person a month early and booked 3 races for Oct 21st at 6: 30pm. The day we showed up, we were 30 mins early to allow for time to sign the waiver and be ready for our appointment. We were told that we were booked for 7pm and had to wait an extra 30 mins. Not the worst thing in the world, but not a good look. Strike 1.

We then went and watched the video and as said before, the expectation of safety was set in our minds. The first race was great and we had fun with the people we were grouped with.

The 2nd race however was a complete disaster. We were grouped with a bunch of kids. If I remember correctly, there is a separate course for kids. Either way, every few seconds there was a spin-out, or a crash or something that required intervention by one of the staff. I myself was slammed in to a handful of times by some of these kids going full speed. It was intentional. Also if I remember correctly, this is not bumper cars. If I wanted to play bumper cars, I wouldve paid a fraction of the cost and gone to castle fun park. If I wanted to risk getting a concussion Id bang my head against a wall.

After one of the many accidents, I put my hand up and asked for the staff member over. I pointed out that these kids are carelessly and purposefully crashing in to everyone, putting us all at a safety risk. The staff member replied "They are just kids man! "

Im not sure what to take from that other than the staff member and the company as a whole do not care about our safety. The rules outlined in the video are for show. At that instant, I decided I was done racing and drove myself to the pit. My friends were feeling unsafe and also went to the pit.

At the end of it all, we were baffled by the handling of the events and all that could be offered were credits to a place I never plan on going back to.

GREAT og karting track. The go karts were variable in power as some were faster than others. NO SMELL as the karts were electric there wasn't a lingering gas smell and the air was clean. The staff were very friendly. Beware of the first chicane, you can get easily overtaken ;)

Booked a party here for my son’s 12th birthday. The office coordinator, Tamara, was super helpful in setting up the party, and the staff when we were there were also super friendly and knowledgeable! My son LOVED his party and all his friends had a blast! The kids all got two rides on the junior track, and then we paid a small upgrade fee for an additional ride on the adult track since they were all tall enough. It was definitely worth it to do a ride on adult track for this age group - they especially loved that track! We got a party room with pizza, pop, and chips afterwards. The venue arranged and provided everything - we just brought a cake. We found it relatively affordable and a great, easy, and fun way to do a party! Thanks so much for your great service, Fast Track - you guys are awesome!

A guy by the name sukhvir works here and cusses at the customers for no reason he should be kicked we payed for it just to be kicked out either kick that guy or just close your thing up.

I had an amazing experience at Fast Track. The super-fast karts and fantastic track made it a truly wonderful time!

We recently held our team building event at Fast Track and it was a great time! The staff was super friendly and renting out the track for just your team is a really fun way to keep things competitive!

My son had his 12th birthday in FastTrack Langley. The event coordinator and the reception staff are very responsive and nice. The boys in the party were super happy and excited racing with friends on the track. They have a package which provide pizza and birthday cake with chips and drinks. Quite thoughtful. I recommend this place if you have kids who love the indoor karting.

Hi sister-in-law, I had a little snafu today with her nine year old, twins birthday and indoor go karting, took care of it in a timely manner. We were completely satisfied with the outcome and would highly recommend having birthdays here.

The young girls at the front and the manager Nathan were apologetic and professional with us the entire time. Turned an irritating experience into a pleasant one

We had a few fun races, the staff was very helpful and accommodating. But the karts had very different speeds which was frustrating to a group of competitive adults. Also the karts do not go 75km/h as advertised.

First time going to fast track go carting in Langley and it'll be my last time. I came here because it was my friends birthday and he wanted to go, the staff upfront seemed pleasant and knowledgeable but that's not my issue, The staff in the back doing the go carting are extremely rude (well he was a younger gentleman). He treated me like I was stupid and had an attitude problem when id ask him a simple question as I've already said this was my first time. If the attitude wasn't enough this guy would talk back for no reason and gave me dirty looks the entire time I was trying to have fun, which ended up ruining my day, not impressed at all, management needs to figure this guy out.
