Great service - quick turnaround, quick to respond and the product turned out great. We ordered a life size cutout and it came out great. Totally recommend.

Quick turnaround rate, quality work and product. I would use them again. Only thing that can use a little improvement is their internal communication between staff. One person was in charge of graphics and another was in charge of hole locations on signs. My design was already finalized but then they had to make further adjustments after the hole locations were put on.

We reached out to FastSigns Burnaby a little while ago to see if they could support our softball team by making a banner for us, and did they ever come through! They said they would be happy to support our local children and their spirit.

Our season is relatively short and we had a tournament coming up, so we were hoping to get it done as soon as possible. I contacted them on Saturday and they had it ready for us on Monday, which was just incredible!

I originally wanted to print it on clear acrylic but due to costs he provided me with great alternatives that were better suited. Highly recommend!

I wanted to print a banner and decal for my home gym, and I went with Fast Signs because they had plenty of reviews and were located fairly close to me. The reviews held up - Jacky responded to all of my questions in a timely manner, and provided me with plenty of examples to help narrow down my ideas and decide the most optimal route for the project. Kristine provided quick and excellent customer service as well, and she was extremely polite when requesting my artwork and providing me with the completed artistic proof. However, when I went to pick up my items the male at the front was pretty rude. It was my first time using this service, so I wasn’t 100% sure what the pick-up procedure was, and the individual at the front came off as aggressive and irritated. I guess he was probably having a bad day. With all things considered however, Jacky and Kristine provided 5-star service over email. The male at the front, however, not as good.

We have used this company for many years they are extremely reliable professional and their prices are very reasonable. The manager Shu, goes out of his way to make sure his customers are all looked after. We are very impressed.
