This is by far the best Fatburger location we have tried! The food is always exceptional, the staff are extremely friendly and the restaurant is so clean!

We eat in this fatburger a lot. Their food is always fresh and they are nice and service is fast. The kids love it here. They have great burgers and veggie option as well.

We had a fabulous experience at Fat Burger for my friend’s sons 14th Birthday Excellent service and friendly service right to your table! Delicious and made to order! Manager made sure we had a special Birthday meal!

Our family loves fatburger in Langford. We eat here often. They have great impossible burgers too!

We frequent Langford fat burger often, and today we decided to step out of the box and get the XXL DOUBLE KING BURGER and onion rings! And, WOW! It was not only delicious, but ENORMOUS. The food here is always hot and fresh and the service and staff are great, but this was next level.

Update, fall 2023. Worse.buns stale. The burgers/ fillings were ok. All the pop was out of syrup. I mentioned it and nothing happened. This place is not run very well. Cashier was polite and fast.

Decent burgers. Good shakes. Service was friendly and quick. Will have to try some other selections.

Just had a Hawaiian Cheeseburger. The flavor is amazing! The staff is very friendly and passionate about customer service, which is rare to see in a fast food restaurant. We will come back again for another flavour hunt!

Absolutely delicious! I got the original fat burger with Swiss and bacon and deep fried pickles and it made me smile with every bite. My mango shake tasted so great, with real milk and fruit, just like when I was a kid.

Had to laugh. Went to fat burger at Belmont market tonight. Was there at 8: 30. We started to order she asked is this to stay or go I say stay she then say sorry we close in 30 minutes so it has to be to go. I looked at her confused and say so you’re telling me it will take 30 minutes to get our food she’s like no it will take about 15 minutes that only gives you ten minutes. Hmmm I say will that’s 25 minutes but ok. Then we said we will go somewhere we’re wanted and we left. Talk about no care to their customers. I’ve eaten here before and in and out in 30 minutes so really this was a silly excuse they gave me.

I love this restaurant! This is my favorite place to grab a burger. The staff are friendly; the food does take some time to make, however, the Immaculate taste makes up for it and then some!

I used to just come here for the skinny milkshakes but I decided to try the Hawaiian burger.my god is it good, the teriyaki sauce is sweet and the pineapple and bacon blend so well together. Props to the cook today. Pineapple on a burger is my new favorite choice!

Ordered online. The burger order was completely wrong. We asked for specific things to be removed, everything we asked for was still on the burger (so we were actually not able to eat it). The fries were COLD, like tasted rubbery cold. Very disappointed.

Been here twice now and both times were great. The place is very clean and well lit. Had about a 5 minute wait to order on the second visit. Food came out hot and the milkshake was very tasty too. Staff were nice and polite, helped my son figure out what he wanted which was pretty cool. It is a bit pricey but you do get bang for your buck and will beat clown food any day of the week, best believe overall a great time and great food. Definitely coming back here again

After eating at the high point Fatburger in Abbotsford, I saw Fatburger Langford on the way to Victoria. We stopped and I headed in to get two burgers. Entered at 553 pm. There was 1 table of two people and skip dishes guy waiting to the side. I ordered my burgers 34 dollars and change on my visa.
I then wait, waited, waited, now was 621 I had seen 5 skip the dishes guys come and go each waiting also less then 5 minutes. 623 I see the same skip dishes guy come again for second visit. 627 I get up go counter and ask to just refund my visa. She says it’s coming right now. She talks to another girl who looks around order for Jason order for Jason. I see a girl then throwing my burger literally together. I said just want be reimbursed on my visa I gotta go. A guy comes over and says coming now and just stands there staring at the girls. I say been half hour for two burgers. He goes no it’s been long pause long pause well whatever. That’s the answer well whatever. Really? They tell me cant refund it, I ask for manager and they both then tell me only cash refund. No idea why if I payed visa can’t get it back on visa but sure sounds great. This takes another 5 minutes at the counter and girl comes with a bag, no thanks I will just take my money and waste of my holiday time and waste of my gas running for 45 in the truck with my girlfriend and dog and chalk up Victoria service is definitely not service. I hope this is not things to come of Victoria hospitality. I mean two burgers come on Fatburger can do better then that. Perhaps teach time management cause certainly plenty of staff there seven people working.

Before this post I read some reviews and really wish I had but just wanted a juicy fatburger and seems this is not just me.

Always order takeout from here, but I’ve never dined in the store.
I love their mushroom burger, the portion is fair, and come with tons of mushrooms inside.
And the chicken tenders were also tasty, but maybe put the dipping sauce on the side would be better.

I had high hopes…my partner suggested here, we are both vegetarians and came to try the impossible burger, when ordering we were met with a incredibly rude lady who did not seem like she wanted to be there at all. When we got our food we both noticed there was bacon on one of the meals, my partner went back in and asked nicely to be replaced and the lady at the front again argued with him and basically insinuated he was stupid, manager was very nice about the situation and replaced the meal. Extremely disappointed with the customer service of the girl serving up front.

My husband and I are very angry with how we were treated tonight.
Talk about a double standard!
We stopped in for a bite, we both ordered a burger.mediocre at best!
We both ordered a beer with our meal. We asked if we had a QR code to have a beer. We were told we can eat but no beer. A girl came in with no mask & was served, was not told to put a mask on. We asked why that was and they told us she was a regular. My husband was so angry he could not eat and asked for a refund. The girl called someone and said we would have to wait for 10 min. We left and will never be back!

Ate in for the second time this week. The food here is very good. Family of 5 ate for $40. Huge portions and friendly staff, great atmosphere. Very clean and inviting.

Soda machine had no carbonation or syrup. Order was taken at the till. Many people who were behind me who also ordered at the til got their food before me. Poor system…

Fast and fresh. Made to order and large portion sizes. Friendly staff and clean interior with good parking. Easy access in and out.

Ordered the Impossible Fatburger with no red onions. Unfortunately it came with loads and loads of sweet green hot dog relish. Ruined the burger all I could taste was that super sweet relish. Was gone from the location when I ate. Yuck.

Fast and friendly service. The burgers are delicious and the chicken strips are the best you can get. Always love coming here.

Ordered the ultimate bacon burger, it was a bit saucey but overall good. I would like to see more bacon on a burger called the ultimate bacon.

I was sold chicken tenders that had clearly been made long before I ordered them, sat under a heat lamp then refried when I bought them. They were dry, a little burnt and just not worth what was paid. I've had them before and they were great, but any store that considers selling dry, stale, burnt food over making sure the customer experience is consistently positive deserves 1 star.

I got the southern crispy chicken sandwich. I was very disappointed to see that there was little to no condiments, and my fries were way too salty.

Huge breakfast for the best price in town, freshly cooked. Friendly staff, clean establishment. Will come again for sure.

Amazing food! 3 of us had burgers and were all saying that is the best burger we have had in a long time! Very satisfying.very good service as well. Very friendly people behind the counter. Made sure we had everything we needed while eating. Helpful with the menu. Will be back for sure!

The Double King burger lasts me for two days.

My first time there, my daughter's idea. We both love a good burger. I know social distancing has placed a burden on restaurants. We witnessed this. Counter staff were not very friendly. Moderately busy. My daughter ordered her meal as a lettuce wrap, and she enjoyed it. I ordered a cheese and bacon deluxe burger and a beverage, My burger looked really good, nice presentation on a platter, quite a high stack of patty, condiments, lettuce and tomato, and the fresh bun. The burger was extremely salty. Unpleasantly so. And the relish used to dress the bun was green hot dog relish, not what I expected to find in a hamburger. A three at best. Probably not a repeat for me.

I really, really appreciate the businesses and restaurants who are there to serve us while we plug along during the ups and downs of this pandemic. So, I applaud the staff for giving us a delicious, hot meal, at a reasonable price, in a reasonable amount of time, while keeping all the customers safe, and protecting the health of the staff. Good job!

Best burger in bc triple king burger from fatburger in langford, really good service (they don't scare to put the right stuff in it

The owner of the store in Langford BC is a thief. I ordered on their mobile app. Only one location was available and it did not include an address. When I got to the store they told me that I had ordered from their other store (news to me that they had two stores) and that I would have to travel 20 minutes away to get my order from their other store. After insisting I speak to the manager on the employees personal cell phone during COVID! They offered to do me a favor and give me 15% off my order if I wanted to place another order. So the basically stole $50 including a tip.what would you have done?

First time. Had the classic fatburger meal with milkshake. Great burger and a real milkshake! I didn't have room left to eat the fries.

Today we decided to do a mobile order since we were in a hurry with cranky kids. Went in and told them I was there to pick up and it was clear they hadn't even began to make it. So I stood around for an extra 15 minutes while my husband listened to screaming kids in the car. Not impressed

I do like the flavors but the burgers are always messier than you would like, very wet, every time. Still delicious for when you want fast food but hate mcdees. 5 stars but drippy, so 4 stars. Shakes are great! Best menu item!

I purchased a fatburger and medium fries this evening the 14th of August 2020. I requested a plain fatburger with just cheese on it and a side of fries to go. Instead I got a regular fatburger with relish, onions, mayo, cheese, and mustard. The patty was ice cold. A complete waste of money and will most likely not eat there again. The staff member at the cash wrote everything down into the system that it was a plain burger with just cheese but the kitchen staff must not have read the order.

The food was normal Fatburger quality. Unfortunately it took a long time to get my order - it actually sat in the bag for a couple of minutes before they brought it to me - this seems trivial but adds to the wait. It really wasn't crazy busy and there was a lot of staff. Not really sure why it took so long.

Not my first Fatburger experience, but definitely the best.
As far as fast food restaurants go, this has been one of the top tier. Their food tastes like it's made fresh, the staff are super friendly and energetic, and there is always someone checking on your table to make sure everything is going well and the quality is satisfactory.

You get a sit-down dining experience for the cost of fast food.

Excellent friendly service and really good Burger's and fries. I had a double King with bacon today and it was so delicious that I ate the whole thing in 10min. However most people might not be able to get through a whole double King burger. I recommend you start with a regular Burger first and work your way up. I will definitely be back.

Fatburger is my favorite hamburger and this location is excellent.the burgers are fresh, the onion rings are great, and the chocolate shake has a bit of that old fashioned "malted" taste which i love. Super friendly staff and clean bathrooms.

Have been here several times for breakfast or burgers. Both are awesome!

Great place. Service was really good! Front end worker even came to check on us and see if we were enjoying our food. The food was very good and you get a lot of burger for your money.

Construction has wood chips flying in the air but the food was quick and good! A bit on the high dollar side for the portion size.

Bathrooms are so tiny only Hobbits can use them. I saw a larger gentleman go in and he couldn't close the door behind him. Don't eat too many of their burgers or you wont fit either.

Got two milkshakes about 15 minutes before they closed, and half way through my shake a piece of plastic was in the drink. At first I thought it was a fingernail

Tonight was my first time at this location of a Fatburger and I will definitely go back. Aside from the best burger I have had in long time (bbq burger with an onion ring), the place was so very CLEAN! Not the bare minimum wipe down other restaurants have, but actually clean. It looked clean and felt clean. Plus, the staff were so friendly, they seemed to all be relaxed and in great mood. They even cleared our table, a pleasant surprise for a fast food burger joint. Whoever did the hiring and is managing the place deserves a raise.

Not bad but also not great. This is definately not fast food as it took nearly 25 mins to get two meals which were, frankly mediocre and not very good value (read expensive). The burgers were ok but had some sogginess on the bun and too much cheese on the Hawaiian burger, additionally my onion rings were undercooked and not crispy. I actually believe the high amount of staff in the back causes inefficiency contrary to what they are trying to achieve. The place is tidy and the order callers are friendly and accommodating though so kudos to them. I don't think I'll be returning, there are better burgers and value out there.looking at you Bin4!

Workers argued with one of their coworkers in front of everyone belittled her. The lady that served me was super rude. She kept cutting me off while I was trying to order and still messed up my orders. She over charged and was rude because she messed up my order. The burger I ordered was pink definately not happy

They don't put flour or cornmeal in their hamburger

When I went in o expected much more than there was, it was busy and they had lots of staff in the kitchen area nut still took 20+ minutes to get our order and at a price of 14 dollars for a big burger and fries are not included, seriously how much does a potatoes cost so for the two of us we got a big burger and a cheese burger split a friend and two large (small) milkshakes and my order came to pretty much 30 dollars, I thought well as long as the food is good I can let the price go. Well guess what the food was not that great. So for the price I will go to Bin4 burgers and get a great burger instead. Just a note I sat waiting for my order right in front of the till and I saw staff wiping the sweat from their foreheads and then going right back to cooling the food. Just saying that if the owner reads this maybe have a word with your staff about not doing stuff like that kinda gross.

I Ordered the Blackened Chicken Burger w/CHILI CHEESE FRIES & MED FOUNTAIN POP: CHERRY COKA-COLA! My Roommate Ordered a Mushroom Swiss Burger w/Poutine instead of Fries, with a Small Order of Chicken Wings (Boneless).
Our Meals were given a Time of 7-8 maximum 10 min wait for the Order to be brought right to our Table. Impressive results and Loved the Awesome Recipe got the Blackened Chicken Burger, and the Chili Cheese Fries were a Heaping Medium Sized, plus "Filling"! The enormous amount of Chili Cheese Fries were Fantastic, so much that I took my Blackened Chicken Burger Take-Out! To be Enjoyed later as a Second Meal! Fatburger Belmont Centre Tables for DINING-IN were Sparkling Clean!
Its quaint from the outside, when you Syep Inside it is a Great Space to Enjoy your Meal and Checkout the TV'S playing Sports! They Offer Free Free WIFI @ Fatburger! You only have to Ask for their WIFI Password to connect. Awesomeness and Hearty portioned Dinner Meal Deals! Cheers?

Pros: a. Burgers were filling and tasty.b. Mini Choc shake had real whipped cream (*though the cream was unsweetened) and was tasty.c. Attentive & friendly floor staff / bus person. An unexpected service for a fast food establishment.d. Patty excellent. Fresh veg on burgers excellent.

Cons: a. Mini shake cost almost 4$ and is the size of a McDs kids drink.b. Cost of 2 burgers, 1 sm fries, 1 fountain drink, & mini shake was $30. For TWO = too much for me to want to come back.c. My daughter had to scrape off 2 tbsp of onions on a burger that was supposed to not have onions, but maybe the new staff person who was clearly struggling with the touchscreen missed this detail. Not a deal breaker. Just make.sure when they read the order back to you check for changes like this to have been put in, as I had my chance and blew it.d. When I pointed out to the bus person that my combo was missing its soda another (? Manager) lady asked to see my receipt. I pointed out I obviously have the combo and no cup and she left. I showed her my receipt when she returned with the cup, but felt odd they asked to see a receipt for such an obvious error on their part. Just the same the drinks selection is also a plus. 2 types of uncarbonated lemonade, and cherry coke along with other fountain faves.e. Gravy is a basic mix.f. Pineapple add on is not grilled, just warmed and dripping in juice making the burger sloppy and squishy.

Overall I may eat here again if someone else pays because the burger was tasty but overpriced for what you got and how long we had to wait at 5: 45 on a Wednesday.

Very friendly service, quick to wipe down tables and clear tables. Great burger, priced well, compared to Bin 4 burgers and just as good! Customer service was excellent.
