Go to the one in the mall over this location.
You wait for ever, even if it’s empty. Then some how Every time I get food from them the veggies are wet/soggy with out fail and Soft wet fries when you ask for extra crisp. Haven’t gotten a good tomorrow from them in the last couple years. Don’t go to this one anymore but it’s always a let down. Especially if we skip the dish’s from that location instead of the one in the mall by accident like today.

The mall can give me dry buns crispy fries and veggies, Why can’t you!?

The mall has never forgotten an extra patty, extra cheese etc.you have ‍️

Everything was delicious. Restaurant had a great vibe and atmosphere. Staff was welcoming and attentive.

I’m a bit of a burger connoisseur and fatburger never disappoints. Always a great customer service, never a long wait and always so fresh tasting. The boys love the hotdogs and kid’s meals are the perfect sizes. My go to for a delicious burger.

Quick and friendly service. I got a thick milkshake and a chicken tenders poutine, both were amazing.

Loved the burgers, don't like the price. Shouldn't cost close to $20 for a burger and fries and drink.

Very unhappy. First of all, I was told it would be ready in 10 minutes, I think they forgot mine because I waited about 25 minutes. And they weren't even busy. Second, do they expect to examine my food before eating. Other than the service I was really enjoying my burger, then there it was. A blond hair was hanging out, so I went back. The manager was like, "Well you ate most of the burger, and refused to do anything about it. So I just shook my head and walked out. They are lucky that there is something wrong with my voice or I would have gave them a piece of my mind. My first experience there was better. I will probably never go back there again.

Food is good. Speed is horrible if you are sitting in the restaurant. Tell them that you’ll eat in the food court, and they will make it fast.

20 min for two burgers. And I had to ask multiple times.

Best location I have visited with my family, the food is delicious, fast and fresh and I am not even talking about the portion sizes:) The Lady at the register is super friendly and nice. Definitely the place to satisfy your tastebuds with delicious filling food.

Went today, and the place is not the same without the very cheerful cashier with beautiful nails.
Rihanna does not seem like she wants to be there. Even the Asian and EIndian cooks seemed lack Lustre and place was empty at noon
Staff today put a damper on Fatburger.

Asked for water and no eye contact, just put it on table and walked off.

Went there for a quick bite for dinner. Placed our order and sat down. Waited for about 15 min before our food came which was fine. Noticed my order of deep fried pickles didnt come soI called the waitress and she told me they put in my burger?
I thought I ordered a plate of fried pickles, but waitress said they ran out.
I am not sure why she did not tell me when I ordered it that there was none available. Now I wonder if she charged me for the side order of fried pickles?
Burger was fine, and shake was good but abit annoyed about the service.

Made to order, never had a bad burger at the Langley location. Lettuce wrapped version is fantastic. Staff are great as well.

Grear food, great service and restaurant is kept very clean, they did however stop serving beer but other than that best burgers ever!

My go-to for burgers, and awesome breakfast. Staff is friendly and always accommodating. One day I came in for a pick-up order and salted my hash browns with their seasoning salt before leaving, and next order they put some seasoning salt in a container for me. What a great service and other restaurants should take notes. This is how you make loyal returning customers!

Tried fatburger after many months and was good. However, i had fatburger at other locations which was bit better in taste

Great location off highway. Connected to Tim Hortons but has great hamburgers and more. Restrooms were sparkling clean.

You pay for what you get. Fantastic burger and super friendly staff. Today was our first time there and we will be going back.

As a skip driver, management is very rude, demand you put orders in your bag immediately, don't let you leave without having a drink in your skip bag, they are demanding and rude to skip drivers, which our hourly wage is time wise, so the longer we have to mess with in store non sense the less we make. We all have bags in our cars for food, if we don't deliver hot food we get fired.

Too strict, won't be doing skip orders for this location anymore.

Obsessed with the chicken tenders they are something out of this world. Plus great fries and the best gravey yummy around. Can't wait to go back but in moderation I just 26 pounds lol.

Onion rings have absolutely no flavor the shakes taste half as good as the one that Willowbrook mall and the whipped cream Tastes sour and stale at the same time instead of sweet definitely recommend going to the one in Willowbrook mall

Had a quick oreo milkshake and fries. Fries were fresh, shake was delicious! Going to have to frequent more often, never really thought of eating at a fat burger til now for some reason

Not a fan when you rely on delivery drivers to keep your business afloat but can't even let them use the washroom because your not a customer. Very disappointed.

My favourite burger joint! The atmosphere inside and the quality of food make eating here a wonderful experience! The milkshakes are a must try!

I'm only giving this location (Langley) a 1 star. I've been to other Fat Burgers and had a great experience. Their food is great. HOWEVER! I ordered the King burger supreme with no condiments (no lettuce, tomato, onions, etc), instead I ordered chili on top (+$2). Now I've had this order before and I know what it looks like, its usually a nice amount of chili, especially since I'm not getting any other condiments. But I basically got a scrapping of chili (pics added).
This was for take out, so I called in to let them know that the amount of chili they put in is.basically nothing. The phone was given to the manager and he started arguing with me instead. Telling me that's how much chili is usually added and that he's been working there for 5 years now so he would know. The manager was rude and very condensing. I have never experienced such demeaning and insufferable behavior. Would not recommend going to the Langley location under current management.

Great services while ordering take out. Looks like the layout is spread out to adhere to covid-19 protocol. Food is usually cooked in a timely manner. If there is a backup in the kitchen, staff have been good with letting those ordering in person that there is a wait.

Food is better than 5 Guys and a solid option versus Wendy's that close by.

We walked in at 7.50pm on Tuesday February 5th and there were 2 other people dining in here.
The lady at the tills took our order, she was non verbal with until asking if it was to sit down or takeout. I genuinely mean not a single word to us.
She didn't even say anything about the number we are supposed to bring to our table.
Next thing was that the tables were mostly dirty, had previous food stains and crumbs on them, we decided to take in on ourselves to do it as the lady doesn't seem like she would be bothered to do a thing.
The burger was good, nothing spectacular, the fries and the milkshake would be the reason I would come back again, they were way nicer than they should be.
Overall, eh, I don't see myself coming back to a place like this when you have Vera's in a similar or even cheaper price point and better quality.

The best burgers, fries and hand made shakes in town. The name pretty much says it all. Anything less than a 5 star rating and you must be talking about somewhere else.

Had two bacon cheeseburgers deluxe, bacon wasn't cooked. Mentioned it to staff and they brushed it off. Regular customers here but won't be back. New fatburger in Willowbrook mall, will go there instead.

Nice place to hang out with the girls to load up on some delicious food. Service is fast and friendly and those chicken tenders are amazing.

Ordered our food; had a line up of people behind us.we sat down, waiting for our food expecting it to come before others.to our surprise our food came LAST; others were served first.
No apology, no remarks, no explanation.

The front cashier could explain alot better how things work given it is our first time at your location. Service was good especially when I went to fill up for a coca cola and a clear liquid out instead and the staff addressed this right away.

Visited at 7: 20PM on a Wednesday night. It was very quiet. It took 20 minutes for our order of 2 burgers, a fries, and onion rings. The girls behind the counter were having a great time chatting and going into the back to do whatever (?) A terrible experience and even worse service.

From my days off 5 patty king burgers until now, This location has offered reliability for service and quality.

Hard to go wrong with a Fatburger burger! Always tasty! But, you guys at Fatburger should try to find a bun that doesn't disintegrate into hundreds of mushy pieces as soon as you clamp down on a burger to pick it up. Otherwise

Yummy! I had a burger with bacon cheese two onion rings and bbq sauce it was huge I think next time I would order a different burger as the bbq sauce was a bit much for me but if you love bbq sauce guarantee you will love this burger we also had a burger with pineapple and it was excellent the food was made to order and when it was delivered to our table it was hot and fresh the burgers were absolutely huge with a good portion of fries the service was excellent couldnt be better as it shows with 5 stars I'm going to bring my husband on weekend

Service is a little slow but the burger and fries r really good. Dont know if it makes a difference or not but u hear the cashier tell the chef that u gave a tip. U sit down and they bring u ur burgers.

Nice place. My beyond meat burger was delicious, especially with the added free spicy sauce. My son ate his kidz burger in less than a minute, so that speaks to his feelings on that. Prices are reasonable, though not the biggest portions. My kids thought the jukebox was a relic from prehistory, which i guess it kind of is. Enjoy!

Tried the mini burgers, they were excellent! I'm getting older, don't eat as much, they were the perfect size! Delicious! Plus, there was an employee who was the happiest person I've met in awhile. I think he was greeting people in the parking lot!

First time going pretty good burgers decent price good place to go with friends or family and just hang out
