Fatburger Mission

I ordered mushroom gravy poutine. It took them 20 minutes to make it. It wasn't mushroom gravy at all. That would involve a bit of mushrooms being mixed in the gravy. They just pulled about a pound of mushrooms on the fries and then poured about 1 tablespoon of gravy over top. I definitely won't ever eat there ever again

They gave me a huge portion of yam fries, I'm talking 3-4x more than any other fat burger! Food was fresh and good, the only issue is they blatantly speak a different language in front of you while you are ordering, making it a bit uncomfortable, like they are talking bad about you.

Manager at the cash register was very friendly and professional, food was very good and juicy

I have yet to visit a Fatburger I didn't like.
This location, as all I've visited, has very friendly staff, amazing fresh food. My new favorite is the Buffalo Crispy Chicken burger.

Gave my food to another table so was cold when I got it, even though each table had a number, didn’t have time to wait for them to remake it

Occasional customer service issues, consistently decent food in line with the chain. 8 or 9/10 for food.

Best burgers and customer service in town. The staff at Fatburger are quick, kind and personable. I highly recommend this location!

It's a burger place - little more on the expensive side but food is good and staff are friendly - it's also kept quite clean.
