They're extremely overpriced for a burger jointand their burgers are always burnt. I have no desire to eat here again

The service was great! Lively and friendly staff! Cooking up fresh food! The food was good but not great. Even though it was quite fresh it was just "good".

This was my first time trying a Fatburger burger. My mushroom burger in a lettuce wrap was very juicy and tender. I enjoyed it! The fries and onion rings were just average. They also have breakfast food, wings and chicken on the menu…maybe next time.

Watched the guy take someone order with gloves on then touch the screen and cash. Then didn’t change his gloves and touch food. Lemonade machine had black mole on it. Told them and hey said they “clean it” every day. Doubt it. Got a veggie burger and it was cold. Curly fries were a small bits. Won’t be going back

Went to get lemonade the whole system is covered in mold. She’s trying to tell me they clean it everyday.she’s currently wiping it down even though the moods already floating around in the lemonade.the cashier proceeds to touch the computer then went back with the same gloves to touch food.

Fatburger is that compromise between fast food and gourmet. My go to is the California burger which has guacamole that adds a juicy texture to the entire burger

Loved visiting this place, used to eat my breakfast here lots, 5 stars well deserved for their burgers.

Excellent burgers, fries and onion rings. Gravy was a bit salty. Service was fast and friendly. Paying by card was a bit tricky as it automatically added a tip. But maybe it was me. Next time i will be more aware if the machine was set up to automatically leave a tip.

Ordered pick up and the status updated earlier than expected, but when my husband arrived to pay and pick up they said that it would be several more minutes. When we did get the food our fries were ice cold. Really disappointed.

Pretty disappointed with my experience today, the burger had very little taste, the meat was dry and the bun was exceptionally low quality breaking into 5 pieces the second after grabbing onto it.

Very disappointed. Order to-go today. Chicken wing ran out. Which fast food restaurant run out of chicken wing at 3pm in the afternoon. Yam fires is burned and old. And their famous King burger.been known as thick patty and juicy. I had it before and look at the picture.the patty is dry old, cold. And the thickness of the patty has reduce by 2/3 compare to what I had it before. This meal cost me around $45. It is not worth it, and I will give zero star for this meal if I can. With the quality now, it is not better than burger kings or Wendy's and it cost more.

Fat burger used to have one of the best breakfasts in Richmond but they have gone SO downhill. This morning they didn’t even bother including any hashbrowns and the bacon was so small and shrivelled up. Won’t be coming back anymore such a shame.

Nice and hot meal. Tasty and filling portions. A bit on the pricy side for fast food but worth it as a treat for sure. I dined and ordered through Skip the Dishes and Service is good.

Food takes a while to cook, but the outcome is amazing and enjoyable! The indoor dining is clean, staff are kind, but the washroom area is not that clean. The food comes to you hot and fresh, which is probably why it is more expensive than I thought it was going to be. The picture I attached is the Mocha Java Milkshake (I think that was the name), it is really thick which took me so long to drink it and I could not finish it all.

One of my worst experience I have ever had, I went to the store after I long day of work just to order my food to go, when they called me for my food, I asked twice, are everything in the bag? They told me yes, I arrived home the didn’t put my drinks, and my sandwich was Disgusting the bread was Rotten, I think it’s my last time to eat from them.

Don't get me wrong, food is great! BUT. You could be standing in front of the counter for 10 minutes and not get your order taken. Terribly understaffed.

Love the fatburger brand.always liked their burgers. Alway go put of my way to find their burgers.but today I waited 27 mins for my meal to have cold fries. No apologies.

2 star avg. 1 star for burger and 3 star for their all day breakfast. Honestly not impressed. Burger King > Fat Burger anyday.

Best wings we have had in Richmond (so far). While I can't speak to the burgers, we tasted several wing varieties and were pleased with the flavours, price and size of the wings. We felt that the fries were the downside of the meal. The staff was quite friendly. Nice being able to order online directly through the restaurant for pickup. Will return!

I ordered a signature combo and requested no tomatoes. Instead, they gave me a plain burger. Their burger is supposed to be great, but thanks to the morons working there on Jan 31,2021, in the evening shift, they managed to ruin my dinner. This was done via SKIP, not sure if there was an issue with the app?

Burgers are decent but the service at this location is bad. (I would probably order from Fatburger more of this wasn't the case.) You can just see the staff scrambling around at the production area like headless chickens, causing massive delays in orders. They need some training.

My first time trying your burger and I loved it! My husband and I ordered for to go. Both meals were well prepared, packed and at the perfect temperature. Definitely will come back!

The skinny milkshake portion is way too small, just go for a regular size for a satisfying shake portion wise. The taste is okay and isn’t not thick (that’s how I like it and disappointed). The service was a bit slow for two orders of milkshakes and curly fries. The fries were fresh and perfectly flavoured (got lemon pepper). It’s my first time at Fatburger and not sure if I’d ever go back for milkshake.

There was 0 compliance with health and safety for covid-19. When I ordered my food only one employee was taking orders/making food, the other two employees were having their lunch outside, right where the food is handed out to customers (as opposed to having lunch one at a time, in the back or away from the till area). When the food was being made and now two employees were in the kitchen area, they kept taking their face mask off while preparing orders so they can chat! When they gave the food to the previous customer and later to myself, the mask was basically below their mouth. Did not feel like a place where they would care about hygiene or respecting COVID-19 related policies.

I like fat burger, the burgers are really good! I order here a lot, last time they messed up my order. However they were willing to make it right the next time I came in. I appreciate the fact that the manger was willing to.

Good food, bad service. The one taking orders wont even let you finish ordering and just cuts you off as if you are done with your order.this happened to me twice already with the same girl.

Wow! Best burger we have ever eaten. We have visited this branch three times and absolutely love their food. Would recommend the Ultimate BBQ, Bacon and Cheddar and a double fatburger. The quality of meat is really amazing and everything is fresh and delicious! My kids love their hot dogs and mini fatburger.

Washrooms are always super clean too!

Awful. The staff is very rude. I went there for a skip order and they were busy but they should know how to treat the people that come to their restaurant.

Walk in order. Longer wait but expected due to COVID. What I didn't end up expecting was the customer after me complaining about the wait and the staff scrambling to finish his order before me and others. Resulting in me having to wait even longer with no apology and quality of my order was so rushed that my milkshake was basically watered down milk. Definitely not the same service level and quality I had experienced at other Fat Burger locations.

Food is great. The service was incredibly slow. 4 people in the restaurant. All seated. 3 staff in the back. After almost 5mins I had to yell to one onlf them and ask if I could order. After ordering it took 12mins to get our burgers. 20mins totall experience. Not at all exceptable for a fast food chain. The staff were literally clueless.

Enjoyed the special burgers at Fatburger Richmond. Everything done fresh after the order, from crispy fries to bacon and Angus beef! I ordered the Ultimate BBQ Burger: a big, juicy ⅓ lb Alberta Angus beef patty basted with BBQ sauce and topped with two onion rings, maple bacon, double Swiss, lettuce, tomato and mayo

Staff was nice. I ordered a kingburger and fatburger and the taste was there, but it would of been better if the patty wasn't squished. You squish the patty And the juices are gone and the meat starts falling apart. I know this because I use to work as a grill at fatburger Dunsmuir.

$17 for burger, fries and drink. Overpriced.

Had to wait 15 minutes to receive 1 burger.

Incredibly poor customer service from the lady on till. Rather dismissive with no eye contact or communication. She placed my order on the front counter without even looking at me or saying a word.

Someone was waiting to order while i was waiting for my order; she said one minute and continued doing other things for over 5 minutes as the man stood there waiting to order. He was literally pacing around and reading things on the walls. Why are you making a customer wait for over 5 minutes to order when your place is empty and I'm the only one in the store waiting for my order.

I came to this establishment once before and experienced similar customer service. Will not be returning.

And guys believe me this is a great place and worth spending for the best food.the customer service more over the food.its just amazing.the staff makes uh happy enough n lets uh know the best.moreover the food is fresh and the prices are also affordable.according to me its the best place to fulfill all ur family hunger needs! Whenever there are some guests at my place the first place that comes to my mind is FATBURGER
and after having the food even all of my guest appreciate the food! Love this place.:)

I ordered some lunch through skip the dishes. The food never made it to my door or reception area. I have a text message stating I'm in the parking lot from the driver. Once I got off the phone with a client I went to get my food. Driver was gone but the request was to deliver to door. Contacted Skip the Dishes to send driver back or refund my money back. They said they can't help me. Sorry Fatburger but due to the poor service of Skip the Dishes I will not be ordering again.

The speed of service was average. My egg and bacon breakfast sandwich took 10 minutes to serve with a family of 4 ahead of me. The sandwich didn't really stand out because everything just felt beyond greasy. The price point was fair though and I don't think I overpaid for a sandwich and fountain drink. Not bad for a lazy afternoon.

I really like hamburgers, but I found Vera's burgers to better. I feel it is because the Fatbuger's burger patty did not hold together as well when I was eating it and the bun didn't have great mouth feel (it melted away too much for me). As for fries, they were just ok. To be honest, I still have not had a superior tasting fry in Metro Vancouver. If anyone has any fry suggestions I am open to them.

However, I must plug Fatbuger's milkshakes as they have some of the best milk shakes that I have ever had.

Burgers are very good, as were the chicken strips and lemonade. However, the fries are merely OK. I haven't tried the breakfast at this location, but generally they are amazing. That's what I plan to try next.

What a great example of a turn around story. This location was terrible when it first opened, they hired the wrong staff, the place was filthy and orders took forever. Now.just wow! What a difference, food tastes great, it's made fresh, place is spotless and the service was well friendly! Keep up the great work, you've won my business back.

Food - outstanding! Ambiance - great! Servers - efficient, charming and friendly. Fabulous place to stop for lunch or for dinner, with your mom, a date, or the whole family.

Burger was alright but overall not worth the price. Service was reasonably quick but bag was difficult to open. Save your money and eat at a fast food chain instead.

Try to order food at 7: 40 pm today. 2 East Indian lady at the cashier in front of me have endless conversation with a east Indian male staff at the cashier with their language. I ask this staff is any other staff can take my order then that 2 lady were rought to me. After I order the food the male staff walk to the dinning table and carry on the conversation. Don't know they are friends or making new friends.

I mean the lady at the counter was so not interested, it looked she did a favour by taking the order. Sorry, truth hurts but that's my experience. Unfortunately I dnt ask her name but guess not her day but that shouldn't show.

Fatburger is on a good location. Because there are plenty of parking lots however, it does mean with luck! Short or long walk! It is also noticeable

It is open with a wide length of time. From 9 in the morning to 10 at night (most days).

Today I order hawaiian burger. It’s a bit sweet however, it is juicy and taste great! They have many choice for ordering you can choose burger alone or make it as combo! The price is also reasonable.

Obviously, don't come here if you're not looking to eat a healthy sized burger. I value places that have good food and are consistent with their output and people.

You'll need to wait an average of 20 minutes for you burger, as they are made to order, and maybe even slightly longer during peak times.

The Mushroom Swiss and Ultimate BBQ are my go to burgers if you're looking to not hold back. Otherwise, their Original is perfect as well. Fountain drinks are bottomless and the fries portions are large.

The staff are efficient and I haven't ran into any issues with anyone. It's definitely not a full-serve restaurant, so don't expect them to do multiple check-ups on you.

Loved the burger. I ordered the mushroom swiss burger and when the burger was brought to our table. Got the wrong burger. My wife and I were hungry. Ate the burger anyways. Tasty

Ordered breakfast and my girlfriend ordered poutine.my breakfast sat on a counter at the kitchen, no hotplate, until i walked up and said give me that before it gets cold.it was already stone cold.then the poutine came (takes less time than a breakfast) and it looked like barf.the server was professional but the stoner idiot kid in the kitchen made sure i won't go back.

Much better then my last visit which was over a year ago. Friendly staff and quite clean. The boneless chicken wing is more like chicken breast meat then wing meat. If I'd only ordered their burger, I would have give them a five star rating.

Stop kidding yourself, size DOES matter.
We ordered one burger and we split it into two and still had leftovers. Such a tasty treat.

Staff is helpful, average food service is on the slower side. But the cashier needs to speak louder! She mumbled her words and i can't hear a thing over the background noise.

The fries given to us seems it was just reheated and not fresh, maybe because they were about to close their store that time
