Fatburger Sumas Way

Ordered in for dinner and got the worst grilled cheese sandwich I've ever seen for my sons' dinner. They literally took a hamburger bun and turned it in on itself with a single piece of cheese. Their food is always pretty good my husband and I love the burgers so we decided to treat out son. I'm so disappointed with this restaurant, I can make better food at home %100. They shouldn't make garbage food out of scraps and sell it on a kids menu.

This was gross once again I don’t know why I came back order two mushroom Swiss burger pay $28 for it. Burgers weren’t made fresh. She had them ready in like two minutes. The buns were dry. The thing was disgusting. What a rip off I’ll never go back there again.

For the most part it was an ok experience but when I showed up just a lil bit before closing time they told me that they didn't have anything that they could make me to eat. I was probably only ten minutes before closing time and they said that it was to late for them to make me any kind of food or drink and that they were pretty much closed for the day and there was nothing I could order at that time.

The burgers and service was great. The only issue I had was the prices. It would have been cheaper for me to sit down at one of the pasta places and get them serve me at a cheaper price!

Always enjoy the food here. It's one of our favorites. Really like their milkshakes as well.

3 stars only because it was a bit to loud with the ladies on their phone screaming across to the person on speaker phone yelling in Punjabi as your trying to enjoy a meal is a little much…. But! Food came out fresh hot and delicious

Not recommended! Only two customer in the building. Staff member took my order, and completely forgot to bring the order out. After awhile I went to check on my order, and she panicked. Also to the cooperate office, before you respond we your standard "please email us". I did email you weeks ago.

Had to edit from 3 stars to 1 star. If you are going to get Fatburger, probably take the time to drive to the High Street location or even better, the Mission location. The staff is un-welcoming and they orders seem to be slapped together. After my last order, I probably will not be going back to this location.

Great food, really clean location. Definitely recommend. The best burger I've had in a while + they have great gluten-free & vegan options. Try the Boneless Wings!

While the food is delicious. I can't help but be annoyed with the service.twice out of my 3 visits.counting today's trip I had my order messed up.ordered boneless wings and proceeded to ask for mild sauce on the wings after my husband's order she says ok.get the order home and no wings.but had some dipping sauce and fried donuts or something I'm not sure I didnt even see them on the menu.given no receipt to check and see if the wings were on the order.

Staff was nice, milkshakes were soothing earning 2 stars but curly fries were too salty and burgers were super small almost the size of a junior chicken. This is expensive and much different compared to advertisement and burgers served at Highstreet Fatburger.

Amazing portion size as compared to other restaurants. Loved the vegetarian options on the menu.

They made my chicken strips right from scratch I watch some bread them and then cook them and they were amazing

Came in at 930 told them i wanted to eat in they said i could but the dining area closes soon then we paid and sat down they approached me and told me i had to leave that i couldnt sit here because the dining area was closed in 5 mins and my food would take 7mins so i had to take it for take out. I found the staff to be rude when your company closes at 10pm and a customer walks here in the rain durring the christmas season this is how u treat someone? Never coming here again in fact not eating at fat burger again im writting this review while waiting for my food and to be kicked back out to eat in the rain not acceptable and very unprofessional.

Ladies here were so understanding of our serious gluten allergy. Let us keep the original meal that was cross contaminated too! Would definitely recommend this location

Awesome food as always. Took alittle long from when order was places online, to when store got it and started order.

Good burger and great service. Seemed more crowded than other fat burgers but still ok. Maybe hitting that busy crowd restaurant feel

The staff that served us were very pleasant. The food was really good, I love their burgers and chicken tenders. I got a Hawaiian burger, and it is a bit messy, but that’s the way I like it. The tenders are probably the best you can get in town. Also had some curly fries with the original seasoning, very good as well.

They do burgers really well. Even lettuce wrapped. Their lettuce wrapped are done with actual care and attention compared to everywhere else my family has ordered a lettuce wrap burger. Their burgers are by far the best and most generous in town. They're even priced cheaper than other restaurants that you would go to for burgers and you get way more for the dollar value too. It's a great restaurant for young and old families. I just wish the restaurant was bigger)

Filthy floors. Dirty bathrooms. Tables disgusting. Garbages overflowing. Understaffed. No hairnets on employees. Employees are moving from cash to making/preparing food without washing hands. Watched the cook wipe away sweat from his face and touch the food. Absolutely gross food preparation conditions and a disgusting establishment. In addition, undercooked meat, meat patties that were clumped together and thin (in no way representing Fat Burger standards), no milkshakes and they knowingly served our children cold fries, in an effort to get rid of leftovers. It’s a shame to see such a good quality franchise turned into this poor excuse of a business. Never returning to this location.

Nothing personal against this specific location but I'm not impressed with the quality of food, portions, and price tag that comes along with it from what I've experienced.

Now, I can't speak for the burgers and main portion of meals but I had some curly fries and a drink. The amount of curly fries I got and how generic they are in comparison to other places left me feeling cheated with the price tag.

My drink was the banana shake and boy was that expensive for a medium sized looking milkshake (only size available) that tastes of boring banana pudding.

I may return for a burger at some point to get the whole experience. But if it's as much of a rip off as what I've experienced so far it'll be the last time I return.

Great Burgers and the best Chicken Tenders. I have never had a bad meal here and would definitely recommend this place either for dine in or take out. The staff behind the counter are friendly and efficient and get the food out fast and efficiently.

Kinda expensive for my large family but food was pretty good. I would go back. Kids even got extra treats so great customer service!

While the food is always good from fatburger, there is no exception this time. I'm leaving a 2 star review due to my disgust when I walked into the establishment to pick up my order & the 2 ladies were handling everyone's food with long hair & no nets. This is a health code violation & I didn't enjoy my meal thinking about how I may find a hair in my food. Won't be back to this location due to this.

Girls working there she is so nice and smile when we enter to the store everything is ok expect floor wasn't clean

Convenient and quick. Fresh and quality food. I like the blackened chicken burger. It's a little spicy and filling. Fries are also really tasty. I liked the seasoning available on the tables to make them more flavourful

Friendly staff and great food. The wing flavours are tasty too. They have a really well prived breakfast as well.

First time at fatburger.the girl at the front was friendly and greeted us as we walked in, ordered two cheese and bacon deluxe combos, about $24.the food was good ad so was the atmosphere/ service

Absolutely awesome quantity burgers and chicken. Super deal on breakfast as well. Only $8! And served till 4pm. Excellent service and super clean franchise. We'll be back for sure.

Not hygienic, girl at the counter never used gloves, when I complained there Manager said that I m being rude, perhaps they took my attire that I'm like uneducated. Won't recommend this to anyone, pathetic service, not caring about hygiene.

Finally got to try their hamburger and it was delicious. We will be back again for sure. Highly recommend

I found the location at High street to be much better. The service here felt a bit impersonal and formal, even for fast food. I'm giving this 4 stars since I know how good Fatburger is capable of being. Do yourself a favor and visit the location at high street. I will add that they do chicken just as well as beef, so make sure you give the chicken a try.

Great food, great service with a smile. A bit pricey but well worth it. Small seating area though. All and all, worth visting if you love great tasting, messy burgers!

Awesome burgers and the best breakfast in town. Only $8 for a real, sit down breakfast. And they have a $5.29 1/4 pounder that puts McDonald's $5.99 one to shame. Super friendly and helpful staff. We even got table service! Free parking. You should definitely check it out

Restaurant is on the smaller side but has a fun decor. The service is great and the staff is friendly, great place to go for big juicy burgers.overall 10/10

Non existent service. Stood at the cashier for several minutes with the cashier behind the till. At no point did either cashier look up to greet me or apologize for any wait. Restaurant was not busy, 2 customers ahead of me who had already been served. Walked out without ordering.

Signs are confusing giving it the illusion that it is an all day breakfast but they end breakfast at 4.

Best place in town to get a nice big burger, delicious fries and a shake. I take my friends here often. It's the perfect place to go when you have a craving for a big burger.

Great service. They are the most accommodating fast food restaurant. We wanted to sit outside with our dog so the manager got us chairs and a table to eat outside! Food was also made fresh and tasted great.

I have heard a lot of good things about this place and finally got the chance to try it out! It turns out all of those good reviews were true. They make a mean burger and the staff is great. I would say the only downside of this place is it costs a little more than other fast food places but its definitely well worth the money!
