The food was fresh and hot. The customer service was the best I've ever experienced at a burger place. They were happy, attentive, and really cared about our experience. They also got our order right! I would recommend this fat burger any day of the week!

They can never be trusted. Worst experience I've ever had. They tell you their food is halal and it is not.

Amazing Service from the second we walked in (2 adults and toddler). I shamed my whole family by spilling Diet Coke all over myself (my fault) and they were so helpful at not making me feel like a giant loser that I appeared to be. They cleaned up the mess immediately, refilled my drink and helped us switch tables. If I was to dump an entire fountain drink on myself again, this is the place I want to do it. They even have a toy chest for toddlers that helped entertain my son. Because of this exceptional service, I will be back the next time we crave burgers. The food was tasty and great portion sizes as well! Don't be scared off by the price.

My first time at FB. Absolutely great experience. The service, the food, the staff- everything excellent. Highly recommended. I had crispy chicken burger meal. Freshly made, burger and fries nice and hot, tasted really good, loved the way they serve it and bring it to ur table. All in all great experience. Kudos to the staff. Thank you.

PSA: Beware of misleading combo price!
the $3.5 combo deal on menu, although it saids applies to any burger or sandwich, it is not in practice. It is only usable for the budget sections! Actual combo price for a normal burger is $6!

The contents of the deal are the same (fries & drink) but they didn't show the true price in normal burger sections, misleading you into thinking it's $3.5!

The food is top notch though, so I'm buying from the budget section from now on.

Good food and the staff was friendly. Fatburger is a pretty consistent chain and this one lives up to the brand.

Walked in Friday Dec 9 around 1: 30pm and was met by a fantastic employee who was great. My order was wrong (not the employee who took the orders fault as she told the other staff what I had ordered) but it was rectified immediately. Many places lack great staff, you are lucky to have such positive outgoing person in your employ.

This really is a great place for burgers. The staff are friendly and everything is very clean. We have ordered many of the burgers, all of which have been delicious. The best onion rings in town.thin batter, crispy not greasy Mmmmm

The Excellent service is one of the reasons we returned for 2nd visit. The other reason is the food. Very well done both times. However, the fries need and extra minute of frying or the oil needs to be 4* hotter.
I was a little disappointed that my chicken burger wasn't a burger but rather strips in a bun. But, the strips are very very good chicken strips. The burger toppings are plentiful and feel fresh.

Late evening hunt for vegan food, we stumbled upon this Fatburger location. 2 minutes to closing time, the hostess was super accommodating to let us still place a take out order. I was very impressed they even had a vegan option, as I had never been inside a Fatburger before. I took out cheese and any dairy ingredients, but added guac, pineapple and mushrooms to our burgers.

The burgers were fat and juicy and a great value for money. I would definitely go back to Fatburger and specifically to this location.

Honestly I ended up here because I missed the turn for A&W but the bacon mushroom melt was the best most memorable burger I've ever had. Staff were really friendly. Place was really clean.

I am definitely coming back to this branch of Fat Burger. Service is exemplary! The moment we got in, Jona, welcomed us with her smile and very good aura. Anne and Jerome as well as Jona prepared our order with the least waiting time, they are quick and accurate. These three are assets!

First time eating at Fatburger. This is by far the freshest burger I have had at a restaurant. The food was amazing, restaurant very clean and the staff was very friendly.

For one $18.00 Hamburger, I was shocked, as I was charged for toppings that "5-Guys" gives at no charge, definitely a cash cow for Fatburger.

Being charged $1.49 for 1 egg topping was also a bit excessive.

As for the taste, the burger meat was very greasy and not a lot of flavor, although it was fresh and not frozen. I believe that it was not 100% lean beef, as lean beef has much less grease than this burger had.

I'm disappointed with your burger product, and BTW, your fries are also quite overpriced, and tasted like Burger King fries. So sad.

You have some "Ketchup" to do, if you want to be as good as 5-Guys! Start with better meat and spuds!

The food is good. Expensive compared to other fast food chains.
The staff here and not very polite. They are more interested in conversations with each other than helping customers. They are polite in what words they say, but there is no meaning behind the words. Not a very pleasant experience. The food takes a long time to be prepared.

A bit pricey but overall is better taste and portion than typical fast food joints. I think the atmosphere inside and staff are great.

Yes the burgers are great tasting pricing is good but you can't beat the great welcome you receive when you enter and leave. The staff makes you feel like a long time friend.

Firstly I havent been to a fatburger in years due to not having one close to where I live. This was about the most delicious burger I have had in about a year or more. (Hard to beat homemade, but this was too notch)
Let us start with the location- it happened to be convenient for me which is always a plus.
The location was clean, quiet and seemed to be well taken care of. Milkshakes here are amazing, but I really loved the burger. So very delicious.
The staff were extremely friendly and personable, and I have to say this was likely the best experience I have had at a Fatburger customer service wise, quality of food-wise, and just overall. Very pleased, and frankly, stuffed still.

Didn't like the service. Onion rings looked and tasted out of a bag burger wasn't worth the price could of spent same amount $23 and went to white spot or denny's for better quality.

Had one of the tastiest burgers I've ever had, two if you count the bite of my wife's! I had the Hawaiian and my wife had the BBQ. Most definitely going back once I've burned off the calories

This location deserves an extra star compared to the willowbrook food court one. The staff here seem to be working hard and understand the wait times a little better. Food is fresh and always made to order and clean enough for okay experience!

Had the ultimate bbq, food was delicious, staff was great, and the restaurant was very clean. While it takes a touch longer because the food is made fresh it is worth the wait.

OK, it's a good burger. But this isn't about the burger. It's about the customer service. These folks have it figured out, and go above and beyond every single visit! Such a pleasure. Hopefully the owner of this business reads this and recognizes that it's the customer interactions that keep people coming back. Like me - I'll be back!
