I really enjoy the fatburger brand and have ordered from several locations around the lower mainland. However this location seems to be sub par.

Ordered 2 cheese burger deluxe meals (burgers fries and drink) and then was told that it was 2 bucks extra each drink, and meals are a choice between fries or a drink. Had to argue and bring up the mobile order website to show that it comes with the drink before they reluctantly gave it. The last gripe I have is the single use bag fee for a paper bag but they still use single use plastics for straws and cup lids.

Burger was good, but fries were in a sorry, soggy state.

I was sad the other location at Stadium station closed. But was happy to see this one up and running.

Get: Bacon Chedder burger with everything minus a tomato slice, ofc.

And Cali is also pretty tasty.

Worth the "extra cost" (compared to McDicks) and worth the walk down the road.

Not much to say about the staff. Aside from that I've never had any issues, and unlike perpetually whiney customers. I don't go looking for problems. 99% of the time at 99% of the places I go what I get is what I expect.

Great food.
Made fast.
With fresh ingredients. And it's worth the higher price tag. Every. Damn. Time.

I have yet to try 5 Guys. (similar chain I hear) And unlike your misinformed friend. Carl's Junior is NOT equivalent to Fatburer.

Nice food. The quantity is kind of overwhelming though. If you are medium eater, burger only should suffice. Meal is big portion. Shakes are tasty. Place is always out of guacamole. Also expensive. Burger meal will cost you as much as cactus club/earls/rogue meal!

Damn their burgers are lit! Got the Kingburger Supreme, added maple bacon, the flavors were ridiculous!
Yam fries were pretty good!
Was not a fan of the deep fried chicken burger.
100% will be back to grab a Supreme, maybe a Double Supreme ;)
Great Service and Clean Restaurant!

This location refused to sell me a side order of toast and hashbrowns. Interesting since I have before been able to do so. As a vegan, you have very little options for me. Abhorrent customer service. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Patty is ok. Not enough condiments, kind of dry. Too much lettuce. Overall very bland. Fries were fried perfectly but there was no salt so it was tasteless. Overall bland. Should have got McDonald's instead but I wanted to try something new

Worst burgers & fries we've ever had. Tasteless & liquid dripping out making buns so soggy they fell apart. Disgusting & this was our introduction to food in Vancouver. What a huge waste of money! $40.20au is a ripoff

Tasty burgers but they consistently overcharge customers. I ordered a burger combo where they advertise the combo as $3.99 extra but was actually charged $4.19 for it. Also, despite paying with a credit card, they entered the sale as cash payment so they could round up the total. These are really scummy ways to increase profits hoping that customers won't notice. Always check the bill totals at this place, the managers are crooks and purposefully overcharge customers.

This is a pretty cool place. The food is pretty tasty and heavy! As the name says fat burger lol. I live the Veggie burger & fries.

Great service and very clean. Staff are courteous. This is a great option- better than most of the food court. Also an area to sit that is separate from the main food court.

Had a superbowl date, the girl stood me up. Got beers from granville skytrain station, came back to waterfront noticed 1 tv in the food court and it was them. I asked if they can put the superbowl on, the girl who answered the phone said she would. That never happened as we all know women arent too bright in 2019, so I called back and asked to talk to the male worker. He understood right away, and put the superbowl on. It was almost going to be a 0/5 stars, because of the mentally inept woman that works there, but the situation was rectified. So even though they did take a while, they did fulfill my request on my emo day. So today, they get 5/5 stars

Disappointing all around. Took over 25 minutes to make our food (it wasn't busy) some food was cold. Service was sub par.

Awful service, visiting from out of town. Store closed way ahead of time. Was refused to be served when I arrived at 6: 13pm.

First time trying this place and we were surprised on how fast and friendly the staff were! Ordered a burger, onions rings and curly fries and the portions are quite fair for the price you pay for.

Good food, good quality, but for the price, i expected to be taken on a flavor adventure.i was not.
Service is friendly, and fairly quick, but its just not as debilitatingly delicious as i has hoped.i'd give it a 3.5 if i could.
The atmosphere is cool, though. Retro, almost diner-esque.

Terrible value for the food. The burger was ok, but a burger, fries and drink was $20. That is way too much for a fast food joint.

Its made fresh, so the wait is so so worth it. And the yam fries, to perfection! Yum! Best burger I've had in a while.

Fast and friendly service. And the burgers are great. Much better than the golden arches across the food court.
