Nice food. The boneless/wing combo deal has good value considering it includes fries and pop. Staff was very, very nice and friendly, and wait times to get the food were quite reasonable. Would eat from here again!

I honestly don’t know how well they keep the hygiene in the kitchen but every time I regret buying food there.

Like what some reviewer had said, the beef patty has no bad smell or left any strong after taste. That is already a big difference from many other fast food outlets. I like how they freshly cooked everything including the fries to the order.

My wife called at 3pm for pick up orders which was asked to be ready at 5pm. However, when I arrived little bit after 5pm the food wasn't ready. Maria, a supervisor said they are about to start to prepare now and it will be ready in 5 mins and literally throw chicken wings into the frier. The tone of her voice was very rude. I asked her why the order is not ready even though we called 2 hours ago. Maria's voice was high and almost yelling at me. She said they were too busy and have no time to started. She turned on and blaming me even though it was their fault. She was extremely rude and her customer service was very unprofessional. When I asked her I would like to speak to the owner as she's not even listening but yelling at me. She kept saying owner is not here, only comes when he wants to and refuse to provide the contact. I asked her to stop cooking as I want to cancel the order. She said okay but she definitely taunted me. What is wrong with her? I will never visit this place next time as it wasn't the first time we experienced same issue. First few times, I just thought she was having a bad day. But it's very obvious that she is just so rude. Not only her but also the cashier was very very rude and have a dig at me. As I can read the review from other customers, it's the continuous issue at this store. Both Maria and cashier needs to get customer service training before working on the floor. It was extremely unpleasant experience. I work around the restaurant, I'm going to tell all of my colleagues and friends not to go this place. Please avoid this restaurant unless you want to experience that I had and ruined your dinner.
P. S. If you HAVE to go this place, double checked the price! I canceled the order from here and ordered exactly same items from different location, they charged $11 less. I guess cashier needs to be honest or learn math.

The burgers were truly yummy. I loved this place.
The only problem was that they used plastic straws (instead of paper ones)

Service and food was excellent. You can tell it’s fresh cause it was brought to my table piping hot! It’s awesome to enjoy hot foods on such a dreary day! Only downside is the size of the restaurant. It was extremely crammed and very hard to find a spot to sit and eat. Other than that, it’s an amazing experience!

Big Dissappointment. Burger wasn't okey. Beef Patty was dispersed and The greens etc.put in the burger were not fresh.

Awesome burgers! A bit more than what you'd pay at McDonald's but a whole lot better in alot of ways! Juicy, tasty and massive portions. Yep, this burger shack is a winner in my books.

The food is fine but the service is terrible.

We watched another customer order a burger requesting no pickles, once he received the burger it had no pickles but there was relish on it. The man showed the burger to the workers and they rudely said that is relish you didn't ask for no relish. He replied that he doesn't like it and the workers basically shrugged it off and blamed the man.
They didn't offer to remake it instead they were basically taunting him. The man stormed out leaving his food behind and the staff stood there laughing and talking to each other.
Completely disrespectful and rude.

Good food, quick service, great price! The lettuce wrap option is very welcome for gluten-free folks like me!

I love this restaurant very much. It has a great ambiance. The cuisine is splendid.the service is dynamic and the stuff is professional. The cost is reasonable.very much recommend.

Really liked their Red Hot Buffalo Chicken burger, and the Cajun Cheddar one is decent too. It is a little expensive though, like you could get a large pizza for the same price.

Ordered the swiss mushroom and tender chicken poutine with shakes. The burger is juicy enough, but the meat doesn't as thick as the picture. The flavour is just ok, better than any other fast food chains. I would likely to recommend the shakes and poutine. For $20 burger.i would prefer denny's than this. But, overall the service and the food is just fine. Not as bad as A&* or Mc*

Amazing as always. If you have not experienced the Chicken Tender Poutine I would highly recommend it as it has become my personal favorite.

Decent place to get some good old Fat burger. I like the coziness of this location. Not ideal for Covid, but regularly its fine. Staff are chill and food quality is consistent, if you like chicken wings, they really do a good job on their wings!

Had the Nathan's chili dog. Decent chili and good amount of cheese. All in with a drink was under $10.

The service here is very friendly. I got the mushroom burger and that was yummy. The mini is a good size, and get with a side of sweet potato fries. I'd definitely come back!

The menu and service were beyond my expectations. I really liked the atmosphere of this restaurant. Superb restaurant to take the family out for dinner.

Both times I've been here the team have got my order incorrect and then insisted I had ordered incorrectly. Otherwise, the food is good and portions large.

Never going back to this location again they got my order completely wrong and all the tables and chairs were dirty and sticky and it wasn't even busy when I went in just 1 other customer. Do a better job please!

Just had the Angus Swiss mushroom Burger, I have to say this is by far the best burger I had since ages.it’s may not be like those gourmet burger, but it satisfied me to the fullest! The last time I had the same flavour was the Angus Swiss quarter pounder from Bellingham, WA.

Patty was juicy enough, mushroom was good too.and Swiss cheese.awwwhhhh I’m in heaven!

While the place is small and crowded; the staff are excellent, and the restaurant clean. I wasn’t 100% in love with my burger, but I think it’s more preference than taste.

My favourite spot for a burger in Vancouver. The meals aren’t cheap, but they are made with great ingredients and fresh to order. The west broadway location is also unique as it has a really good outdoor patio. Highly recommend this spot over other burger joints.

I have ordered from this Fatburger through Skip The Dishes 10 times in the last 3 months. The burgers, poutine and chicken wings are delicious! I have never had any problems with missing items or packaging.

I ordered skip the dishes. I ordered fries and burger. I received the order late thats fine. I opened package fries were in a box and burger was wrapped in a foil. Guys seriously who wraps a burger in a foil when i am paying a premium for a burger. McDonald's burgers comes in a box. I opened the burger it was a mess all squashed up and messy. There was a gravy i dont what kind of a gravy was it. I know it was mess I just threw the burger away. Fat burger pls improve your packaging when delivering. I wont order again.

Got food poisoning a few hours after. Ordered the BBQ burger with fries and a drink. Felt immediate stomach pains, followed by nausea and vomitted. My partner felt super uneasy and his stomach hurt all night and felt unsettled. His stomach felt pain in the morning after. He ordered a burger with two beef patties, side of yam fries and an Oreo shake.
