Fennell's under promised and over delivered. I had a 12V fault that they found and repaired right away, so I got the RV back days sooner than I requested. Excellent service and good price.

Jay, Sarah and Paul, thanks so much for squeezing us in when you were so busy to fix our cracked TT bathroom drain pipe. Giving us a space to work, helpful advice, parts galore and very reasonable bill. We're back on our trip now and the bathroom drain hasn't leaked a drop!

Everyone should know that these folks run the business with passion and a desire for their customers to have complete confidence and satisfaction. I had the pleasure of dealing with them over several stressful weeks in August fixing various components in my fifth wheel. They did not have space to take in my rv but readily, and professionally provided me with invaluable knowledge and insight into causes and remedies for my situation. They provided parts at a reasonable cost. I would NOT go anywhere else for parts or service. Marty and Sarah (owners) are hands on folks who make you feel like family and friends. Thank you to Jay and Paul who answered my calls and questions and steered me in the right direction. They all do the Fennell name proud.

We called up Fennells RV repair to ask some questions about a leak we were experiencing within our motorhome. We were told they were booked out for the next month but offered for us to drop in and they'd point us in the right direction. We dropped into Fennells for some advice and the repair team ended up spending close to two hours repairing things for a great price and answering any questions we had as we are new motorhome owners. The men and women who work at Fennells are full of knowledge and are great to their customers. They even told us to ring at any time for further advice. I'd highly recommend Fennells RV Repair to everyone. They even gave our dog some treats!

So helpful, low key, busier than one armed paper hangers, and yet still take the time to give great service and timely repairs.won't go anywhere else.

Took a tent trailer in for some work. They found a couple of important items I knew nothing about. Took longer than anticipated but that's how it goes sometimes. Highly recommended!

Love this place been going here for years it's under new owners now and still a great place to go for parts I would recommend to all my friends and family.

The team was great. I say team because I was politely greeted at the door, explained my issue and was handed off to the guy who new the best answer. Everyone involved genuinely wanted the best outcome for me!

Excellent customer service and attention to detail. I called in and Paul gave me valuable information about where to find details for my hot water heater specs. After such great service; I couldn't help but come to them for my next problem, a water purifier adapter. They didn't have it in stock so they made me up a custom bypass hose while I was waiting. In less than 20 minutes and $20 dollars I was on my way. It was just before closing and I said I would come back tomorrow to pick it up if they wanted but they said NO, we'll do it right now. Sarah and Marty, you have a great team. Thank you.

Great service. Had a tent trailer cable fixed and they were under their quote when done. The new owners are doing a great job.

I have had nothing but fabulous service from Sarah! We needed a new axle and tires on our RV - Did you know no one on Vancouver Island does axles on a 5th wheel? Sarah handled it, and the warranty people for me. They wanted us to drive the RV to Vancouver to get someone to look at it. Sarah set them straight. I will always, always recommend this company. Just called them about our heater/air conditioner - instead of us dragging the RV in, she right a way knew it was the thermostat, transferred me to Paul who told me how to make sure it was the thermostat. She was right! Saved us a lot of headaches! Never mind the $$$$. Thank you guys for being you!
