Fernie Central Reservations

This large cabin on Jaffray Lake was perfect for our group birthday trip. It’s quiet and relatively secluded with a stunning view of the lake. The home itself is thoughtfully laid out. With two large and open common areas and four large bedrooms each with their own bathroom! The beds were very comfortable too. The hot tub was perfect for our winter getaway. We even saw a deer up close! The cabin is close enough to Fernie to dip in for a meal or ski hill day but set apart to give you a real mountain escape. We loved it.

Was a great house for the 13 of us. There was a lot of room. I liked the fact that there was separation between the living and sleeping areas. Unfortunaly we were not able to use the Ski In/out as there wasnt enough snow coverage. But this was a bad year for snow. Normally this wouldnt be an issue.

Great place to stay, has everything you need. Diana was a great host any questions we had she answered in a timely manner.

Our unit had 3 bedrooms but one of the bedrooms was very small, not really big enough for 2 adults. Supplies were limited such as one very small soap for 6 days for 2 adults.

We love Fernie and have been to the 901 many times. It would be good to see a refresh on some of their units!

Another great stay at Stone Creek Chalets well appointed condos for my annual fall trip to the Elk Valley. FCR was very responsive to minor issues/needs (dishwasher latch issue) to make the holiday go smoothly. Recommend both Stone Ck Chalets and FCR!

A totally great experience. My chalet was equipped with everything I could imagine and need. Very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend staying in one of their chalets.

I had a family reunion and, with the help Alana Perrott had the reservation’s set up for most of my family.

Alana was a joy to deal with. She is very professional as well as very prompt with her responses. She was also very friendly and warm.

Great spot, clean, cozy room. Pool and hot tub were clean and warm. Only negative was the bed was too firm for our preference

The condo was very nice being recently renovated. The kitchen was well stocked, there were lots of towels. The games, books, Bluetooth speaker and streaming options on the TV were a nice addition. The beds are very firm but that's a personal preference. Otherwise, the accommodations and ski trip were great and would recommend this place.

The hot tub on the other hand was very dirty and not held to the same standard of cleanliness as the rest of the condo. Chemicals were eventually added to the murky, greasy, and foamy water, which was appreciated. More attention is needed on the maintenance of the hot tub which can quickly and easily be achieved.

We had a gret time at the place in Fernie.it was a great new house, very close to the hill.well appointed and very well maintained.
The whole process managed by FCR was excellent.

I stayed at one of the Silver Rock condos for a bit over a month. It was perfect for my needs. Quick ski access, a quality bed, and a full kitchen. The fire place was also a huge plus. In addition, Diana at Fernie Central Reservations was always incredibly quick to respond to any of my questions or issues. Overall great experience. No complaints.

We had a lovely stay at 400 River Road. The unit was neat and clean. The kitchen had all the equipment we needed to prepare meals. The location on the river, minutes from town was perfect. We did have one problem with the alarm system randomly sounding which was never resolved. Yes we would rent this unit again.

My stay was very enjoyable. The space was clean and communication before and after was very clear.
I was hesitant to try this style of accommodation due to some germ issues I have. Though I did bring my own towels, I was very pleased and comfortable. I will definitely use this method of accommodation in future.

We stayed at the Silver Rock condo and really enjoyed our stay as a family. The accommodations were everything our family need to have a fun and comfortable stay in Fernie! It was was to really easy to book and we will absolutely be staying there again!

Amazing room #411! Amazing Place! Loved the views from the balcony. Suite is equipped with everything you could ever need while away from home. Beds are super comfortable! It's on my list to return to in the future!

Superb experience! The location is great and within short walking distance of downtown. Rooms were well appointed, comfortable and well stocked with all the amenities. Beds were comfortable and noise was not as issue. Emma was our customer servicer representative and she is a rockstar! She was prompt, courteous and attentive. Highly recommend.

The house and views were very much as described and was clean and well supplied. The garage access was a bonus for our needs. I understand the place has been sold but the knee high grass was quite unsightly. I dont remember reading that a train roars through at any time of the day or night with full on horn blasting in the middle of the night. That being said the views were amazing and a nice time was had by all. Id give 3.5 stars if it would let me.

We were a group of three families (all adults - 9 in total)
We loved the spacious accomodations that included three levels. Every person/couple got their own room with beds to spare! We loved the location as we could hear the river flowing by from one of the bedrooms upstairs. We spent a lot of time walking along the river, reading on the benches and eating our breakfast while enjoying the amazing views of the river and mountains!
We woud definitly return to this home in the future.

I recently stayed at 901 in Fernie. The unit was absolutely beautiful, spotless when we arrived, a fantastic floor plan and fully stocked kitchen. The location couldn’t be better to enjoy downtown fernie and quick easy access to biking and hiking trails. I HIGHLY recommend this property. FCR never disappoints!

After selling our own Fernie condo two years ago, we rented a large condo at 901 for a visit back to our “happy place”. Working with Fernie Central Reservations was an easy and pleasant experience. Communication was excellent. The condo was immaculate. Can’t wait to come back again!

The house on Baynes Lake was beautiful. The house provided everything we needed for our stay there. The lake was beautiful to paddle on & the house was clean and comfortable. It even comes with a separate suite with 3 extra bedroooms.

Our place was beautiful and had everything we needed. Loved the heated garage for all our gear. Would visit again!

I wanted give a big shout out to Fernie reservations on making our holiday amazing. We had booked a condo with a hot tub, but when we arrived the hot tub was not in working condition which was upsetting to us. We contacted Fernie Reservations and within minutes they had upgraded us to a different cabin that was beautiful and a working hot tub as well. They definitely think about the customer first and were a pleasure to work with. Would definitely book through them again. Thanks again so much!

Wonderful stay at this ski in ski out. The host was very responsive and accommodating to our requests. Made for a wonderful ski vacation!

This is the fourth time our family has rented this home. We have had a wonderful experience every time. The house is perfect for our needs and in a great location close to the hill.
The service provided by FCR has also been exceptional. A few small issues with the house were fixed very quickly.
We will be renting again next year

Such a great place to stay in Fernie. Really close to ski resort. Condos are very well kept and hot tub is amazing to come back too after a long day of snowboarding. Highly recommend.

Great condo on the hill. We had a 3 bedroom with a private and quiet bedroom upstairs with bathroom for us and the kids and friends downstairs. Great layout. Parking was easy with extra visitor parking near condo. Ski in was easy with one street to cross then almost right to door. Ski out was a bit of an uphill hike to Elk chair but not bad - maybe 10 min. Hot tub was amazing, clean and hot - too hot at times so kept it at 102F. Would stay again for sure.

We had a great time and the accommodation worked perfect for us. It was close to the ski hill, clean and had everything we needed for us (five adults and two small children).

Our first time in Fernie - will be back! Host was very responsive. Residence was excellent, and truly slept 10 people, and allowed 10 people to live and be inside comfortably. House was well stocked with everything one could need.

The place feels like home.
We were just starting to settle in on the 5th (last) night, and sadly realized that we should have booked for at least 2 weeks!
Some furniture needs updating, but all round a great place!

A group of 7 friends attended the Alder's chalet in Fernie on the 9th - 13 Jan for a ski trip. The property is beautiful, so much space, wood burning fireplace, huge fully stocked kitchen with double appliances! Steam room and hot tub.best trip we ever had. Management was great and so easy to communicate with. Can't say anything negative as this property is spectacular! Thanks for making our trip perfect. Lloyd Ripani

Pros: nicely furnished awesome couch and TV, great bathrooms amazing rainhead showers. Great location, so close to the downtown and grocery. Also I appreciated the host allowing a later checkout than the 10 am standard which I find very early when packing up kids and gear.

Cons: Cleanliness was lacking in relation to the pricy cleaning fee. There was a spill on the kitchen floor, dust accumulated on the tables and dust and crumbs under the couch. My son found an old chocolate under the couch. Also the beds were advertised as queens but sure looked and felt like doubles. We had a hard time sleeping on the master bed. Communication with the host did not make me feel welcome at all, I got the sense that I was a bother.

The Griz Inn was very handy for location and the condo met our needs as far as being clean, having a working kitchen, wifi and comfy beds. The rooms are pretty dated and furnished very cheaply for the hefty price. We had to tighten screws on our plastic dinning room chairs so they wouldn't fall apart and our closet doors wouldn't stay shut since the springs were too dead to stay in the tracks. We also had to wait two days for our broken shower to be fixed. The hot tub wasn't too hot and was very chlorinated but was still enjoyable after a ski day. The pool is small an had no working showers. I would stay there again if I could get a better price for the location.

It is a great single house to stay, beautiful lake view, super clean and plenty of room to fit up to two families, will definitely come back!

Stone Creek Chalet is awesome place with beautiful autumn color. Hot tub is essential in this place after long mountain bike.the chalet is good for family. We have stayed for four nights. Kids loves to jump in hot tub. Only bad thing is the malfunction of gas BBQ. We couldn't use it during our stay.

Amazing retreat for a stay in beautiful Fernie. Well appointed - great views - fabulous deck - perfect layout. We will be back!

This place is perfect. Three of us stayed for 4 nights (me, my husband and my mother) as we were in Fernie for a wedding. The condo is in a very central and convenient location. We could walk most places. It was perfect for cooking meals and providing a place to relax between wedding events. The kitchen was very well equipped. We would definitely stay again.

My daughter, granddaughter, and I had a lovely stay at the Riverside townhouses in Fernie. The facility is clean and well stocked with comfy beds. It's a home away from home, and we plan to make our girl's trip to Fernie a regular event with Fernie Central Reservations.

Lovely location - very quiet despite being next to the highway. Clean and well appointed. I would recommend Silver Rock and would go again.

The Black Bear Chalet was very spacious, perfect for a larger family getaway! The entire experience was easy and any of the crew we dealt with were knowledgeable and quick to respond. We will definitely be visiting Fernie, BC again!

Absolutely beautiful property! Very well stocked, clean, and great location! I wish we could have stayed longer than just the weekend. Everyone in our party said, “I would definitely come back here! ” Which I think says a lot. Very enjoyable stay!

Snow Creek Lodge was amazing. FCR made the process extremely easy. The 40cm powder dump on Sunday night was also a nice touch ;)

Our group had a fantastic experience with Fernie Central Reservations; the directions and steps were clear to follow, the pictures and description were exactly what we expected, the line of communication was available 24/7 and working with agent, Diana was amazing! There was a mix up with the building code/locked door when we first arrived but Diana solved the issue very quickly and we had an incredible stay- we will be booking with Fernie Central Reservations again soon!

Place was very clean and comfortable. The accommodations actually exceeded the pictures on the website! We had a great family weekend staying on the hill.

Overall we were happy with our choice, but there were a few small issues. The condo is a little on the small side, particularly the upstairs bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked but a bit mismatched. Lots of pots and pans but not always lids to fit them. Tin foil, plastic wrap etc.would have been nice to have. The living room furniture is old and rather uncomfortable. The walk up to the Elk chair is a workout, although no more than the 15 minutes suggested. We hope to find something higher up the hill next time, hopefully ski in/out. The staff at the resort were all very friendly, in spite of the fact they were working in -25 temperatures. Due to the weather and the pandemic it was the perfect place to social distance. In four days I never saw more than 6 people making their way to the lift at any one time.

Twelve of our family just returned from a week on hill, at these unbelievably gorgeous log cabins. If you have not yet, you must rent one of the many hosted by RCR. Diana and Chris are amazing at keeping these properties clean and well maintained. We will definitely be back to these "ski in ski out" luxury accommodations!

The room at the Griz was pretty good overall. Bedrooms were big with lots of storage space. Kitchen was well stocked. Dining area and table were small. Ran out of hot water for the 1st 2 days until it was fixed.

Great location, comfortable clean and well appointed. Lots of space for multiple families (even though we were only one.) Easy and convenient no contact check in.

Our family stayed at The Alders chalet on Fernie through Fernie Central Reservations. The home was spectacular and met all of our expectations. The home was well designed for larger groups, was situated in a great location with immediate ski access, and was still a private setting. Fernie Central Reservations dealt with any of our questions immediately. Our family highly recommends this stay option.

The Riverside Condo we stayed at was awesome and so spacious. The place was exceptionally well stocked with all the comfort amenities to present the feeling of being at home away from home. Due to Covid, we didn't utilize the entire space (ie. 6 Bedrooms) but would highly recommend and would rent again with a larger group or second family.

Spacious for our group! Our first time snowboarding in Fernie but won't be our last! Easy check in, large heated underground parking, and just a few minutes from the ski resort. Hopefully the hot tub and pool will be open for our return! Close to Big Bang Bagels, definitely a must for breakfast on the way out!

Perfect weekend getaway, close to the ski hill, only a 5 min drive to the base. The unit was equipped very well! FCR was terrific in handling our arrival with easy access and communication prior too. We will be back!

We stayed in the True North unit and enjoyed our stay very much. The house is beautifully renovated and decorated. It’s in walking proximity of the ski hill. Diana from Fernie Central Reservations was very helpful and accommodating. The day before our departure we asked for a late check out and she made it happen. That was very appreciated, especially when you travel with little ones.
Note: the bunk bedroom is the only one in the basement. Our kids had planned to stay in that room but they are too little (age 7 and under) to stay in the basement by themselves.

We would recommend this unit and are looking forward to return next season.

We stayed in Cedar Ridge Estate, and it was a great place to stay, close to the hill base, clean, easy to communicate with the owners and comfortable for the whole family! Will definitely be booking again.

Silver Rock Condos was a great place to stay for a family getaway. The reservation process is easy. The check in and check out process is clear and easy. The condo was very clean. Extremely limited pantry items so need to bring or buy everything. The microwave in the unit where we stayed was not working. The lighter was out of fluid so unable to light candle for fondue. So a little disappointing but overall was a fun time. Quick access to the ski hill and many trails for outdoor activities.

Our family stayed in a condo at the Grizz Inn. Location was perfect and condo was more then comfortable for us to hangout in and use as base camp for days of skiing in the hill. Hope to be back!

Our condo at the GRiZ In.was clean, beds were comfortable though would be nice for the wheels to be locked cuz they rolled every time you got in. The sound on our TV didn’t work. The location was excellent and restaurant in the facility was fantastic! Was a bummer the hot tub was out of commission due to something as simple as a filter. Would’ve been nice to have been notified about that. Over all pleased with our stay.

This place is very nice and close to ski hills. The management is very patient and helpful. Highly recommanded

Stone creek was a great place to stay, not far from the hill and short drive to town. Super easy check in and out, lots of room for us all. Liked the fireplace and used the hot tub every day! Will definitely stay there again.

The condo we stayed in was beautiful, spacious and cozy. The beds were very comfortable, there was plenty of space and we really enjoyed the fireplace and hot tub. It was a great location for our family - close enough to town to walk and lots of gorgeous views.

Absolutely fantastic. From the responsiveness of the staff to the well appointed condo, we have zero complaints. We never wanted to leave! The 901 is gorgeous and convenient home base for any of the many activities Fernie offers. We can’t wait to come back!

The accommodation was extremely clean and well presented and very suitable for a family stay.

Sept 2020 - I stayed in Fernie at the Silver Rock condos. The condo was clean and comfortable, however, the balcony was very dirty and hadn't been cleaned in a long while. It would be nice if coffee filters were provided as well. I also feel that the website should have disclosed that the hot tub and pool area were closed so we were aware prior to booking. Other than those few things - was very happy with the accommodations and would stay there again.
