Have used Fibretech for a few different renovation projects in the past couple years. They offer good pricing, knowledgeable staff who offer excellent/honest advice. In particular, we had an amazing experience with Rishab Suri (Manager at Coquitlam Store). He is patient, knowledgeable and flexible ensuring that he provides excellent customer service to us. Rishab is excellent in answering any question and helping me with my material choices. He goes above and beyond and never hesitates to offer his professional help whether it is a simple question over the phone or in the showroom.

Some of the best customer service I have ever received. Jaspreet went above and beyond when I had an issue with a product that wasn't working right. After numerous efforts to rectify the situation, with parts, he got the manufacturer to replace the entire unit. Thanks for your due diligence.

Sid was most helpful with our questions and very responsive to our inquiries.
We needed a bathtub for a particular size, which wasn’t available during our Renovations Sid provided us with alternatives and suggestions that would make it work. We very happy with our purchase.
We also had to exchange our toilet since it would not fit. The whole process was seamless and we could do the entire transaction over the phone.
I would highly recommend this store for the options of products and most importantly the excellent customer service.

Having done a lot of running around for our recent renovations it's safe to say that they have the largest variety of bath and kitchen fixtures to suit all budgets. Our point of contact was Chetan who was a pleasure to deal with and was forthcoming about lead times which is an issue these days with most manufacturers. He offered great advice and even tried to expedite our orders. It was very easy to communicate with him and he had no issues when we changed our minds.

As a general contractor what matters most is customer service and the Coquitlam location with Akshay have always provided me with that. Expert advice on all hardware and family of products is also critical, so that we don't experience undue delay on time sensitive jobs-that also has been a great release for me to know that they have our back's great job guys!

Good prices, but mediocre service. Follow-up service if the guy salesman doesn't get your order the first time is difficult. For some reason - the guys suck at following up with their customer service.

Beware "bait and switch" tactics. - I went in to buy a shower wall unit, paid the agreed price in full and waited for delivery. It was a good price, so I was happy. A few days later I got a call saying that they accidentally gave me a volume discount and I would need to pay $110 more or they would cancel my order. At the time, I was caught off guard and could not afford any delays in my renovation, so I reluctantly agreed. They charged me less than $110 - maybe because I chewed them out over their reprehensible behavior? Asking for more money after a sale has already occurred is probably illegal too. I guess all sales are final, except when they're on the wrong end of it? Anyways, the shower wall unit arrived a few days later and is working out fine so far but I guess you can say that having my order held for ransom left a bitter taste in my mouth. I might consider going back there again, but only to buy products I can carry out of the store with me - never get anything delivered from them.

Awesome service and beautiful store! Staff were friendly, informative and incredibly helpful. Sunney went above and beyond to help ensure I was picking the right product and provided me with all the information I needed to make my decision. He got me everything that I needed quickly and at a price better than all other competitors. I will definitely shop with Fibretech again and I recommend them to all my friends and family!

Terrible customer service. Walked in and noticed the salesman was speaking with a customer. We weren't acknowledged. We definitely needed assistance as we hadn't been there before and had a lot to discuss as we are building a new home. Walked around for a while and looked at everything.not acknowledged. Waited and looked around more.not acknowledged. Left after receiving no help AT ALL. Won't go back.
