Upgraded my washrooms recently and experience very professional response from sales executive of Fibertech, Harkanwar Gulri. He was very knowledgeable and well informed about latest trends.he managed to offer me best rate and matched the rates of another competitor. Fibertech showroom is also one of the best in the area with variety and display.

Our builder recommended the showroom manager, Pulkit, to us. He is very patient and good at communication. Bought from Pulkit twice and also recommended our friends to their shop. Thanks to Pulkit, great experience so far!

They helped me with all my bathroom items selection for a complete renovation, I've been their customer for about two years now. They are very friendly and knowledgeable, their advice helped me a lot in planning all the items I wanted without overloading my plumbing and water supply, they have great selection of everything, and they always help me load heavy items in my car. Highly recommend.

This company is backward. No customer feedback about their Aqua Art Product. They always think their product do not have any problem. Once you paid, they are not gonna help you if you have product issue. Hit and Run attittude.
The issue started on the following date:
Dec. 26,2022 The Toilet Bowl (AA- 2137S) will only flush halfway and the flush lever keeps on moving clockwise. While the tank lift wire (chain) became loose and could not lift up high. I found out the flush lever is undersize which will keeps on turning. The FibreTech technician (rude) came and said nothing wrong with the lever but he changed it with different type of lever (Square) which is the correct size but it's not the same as the original (head of the lever) where it has a longer and easy to flush it. Not ergonomic. Not good for someone who have arthritis condition. I went back to the store to replace it and the owner (Parm) was trying to help me but there was no correct size to replace.
Our builder contractor agreed to replace another toilet. So I was advised to go back to the FibreTech and select another toilet for replacement. Since Afsana, the only good manager is out of the office for couple of weeks. So I end up met Simranjeet Kaur and explain the issue of the toilet I had. She give me another model AA 9990 FM that has insulated with the Styrofoam to prevent condensation.
Jan 20,2023 the contractor's plumber came to installed it. He got a hard time to adjust between the flapper, lever arm flush and the water level adjustment. This toilet should easy to install and no need to adjust because it should be pre-set by the manufacturing company.
That late afternoon.the tank was not fill up with water. The flapper jam again in the water level arm adjustment.

Jan 21,2023 We went back to the FibreTech. I show her the video to Simranjeet Kaur. She seems not interested to know instead she refer me to another salesman. The salesman will not handle our issue and he send us back to her. Then she advise us to see Baljit, the shipping department. Baljit will not talk to us instead she talked to her boss in Punjabi. The boss who does not want to give his name, raising his voice and told us to go back to Simranjeet Kaur, sales department. He was very rude and we end up yelling each other in front of other customer. We feel like a bouncing ball.
We went back to Simranjeet Kaur and she took us to the Manager on duty. I show him the video and he just laugh at me saying that their product has no problem at all and told us, they never have any customer complain. He just told me to adjust it by myself and I told him the plumber has been trying hard to adjust it. The manager thinks the builder's plumber is new and do not know how to adjust. Very unprofessional. The issue was not resolved.

I would not recommend this company. Go somewhere else. Home Depot or lowes or Rona.

Simranjeet Kaur, the sales lady, misleading me that the toilet has no Styrofoam on it. No apologized that she gave me wrong info. They were very rude talking Punjabi in front of the customer. Very bad service @ Shipping department.
AquaArt toilet product will never improved if they just ignore the customer feed back.

Excellent experience so far from showroom to delivery. Thank you Pulkit for helping us select all the fixtures for our reno! Without a doubt, very knowledgeable and experienced. Quickly learned what our preferences were and recommended products that suited us. Competitive pricing as well.

We just received our first delivery today and delivery staff were also amazing. Great communication on when they would arrive and arrived precisely on time. Delivery staff were very gentle with our items and went above and beyond.

If we ever need plumbing fixtures again, we'll be back for sure!

Had a great experience with this company, the salesperson -Jas- took the time to explain to me the difference between toilets, gave me various alternatives, same when it came to shower rain systems… very friendly and polite as well as really good prices!

I’ve dealt with Fibretech on a few occasions now and I’ve been satisfied every time. I recently had a warranty issue and it was dealt with promptly and professionally. Amarpreet Kaur was the associate that I was dealing with and she addressed my issue right away and followed up to notify me how /when the issue would be handled. Great

Could not give a rating of zero. Customer service rep was friendly and helpful, however their procurement department is incompetent. After doing all the leg work, and speaking directly with a manufacturer regarding availability of a water supply elbow, shower bracket and wall plate, I provided ALL the part numbers to Fibretech. Spoon fed them, and yet they claim some parts are either not available or discontinued. I suspect Fibretech did not bother to contact the manufacturer, after my assurance that the parts exist. I confirmed with the manufacturer that all the parts are in fact available, and they have offered to deal with me directly. I will most certainly take up the manufacturer on their offer! Dealing with Fibretech has been a complete waste of time.

Very clean and quiet showroom, saleperson pulkit help us alot, replacement, refund, is very convenient and hassel free, i recommend them very strongly.
Most of the stuff we got on time, minor delay is ok.

We have had the most amazing experience with Pulkit. He walked us through what we needed as this was our first reno job. He was patient as the entire process ended up taking over 7 months instead of the 2 months we had anticipated. He was very accommodating when we chose to return certain items because we preferred something else.
Now we are totally done with our bathroom and starting on our guest bathroom and we have gone back to deal directly with Pulkit. He is very knowledgeable and very accommodating.
I have already recommended him to friends and family who are thinking of renovating.

For our 2-bathroom renovation project, we were recommended Fibretech (AquaArt) in Surrey by our contractor. Coming from North Vancouver, it was still worth the drive.

The warehouse and showroom is large and there is many of the products that are for sale. Knowing there is a vast amount of choices for bathroom fixtures you can chose from, common to the high end choices, Fibretech will order this all as well.

The showroom manager, Pulkit, helped my wife and I out and was very accommodating and helpful. All the parts, including plumbing rough-ins, were thought about when we ordered.

For our renovations, going to Fibretech was one part that had no lingering issues. Highly recommended to visit for you renovation projects!

Have no experience buying here (yet) but service seemed really good and the selection is seriously something to check out if you are doing a bathroom reno.

Got a got price on two faucets. One was faulty which was replaced next morning without any issues. Worth it to go.

I came in today to help my aunt pick a toilet out and drop it off at her home. We had been to a few shops earlier. Being very honest she can be a difficult customer. Our sales associate Rafeeqa was very patient, helpful and knowledgeable. She never made her feel difficult or annoying. I would definitely recommend this location and especially dealing with her.

I visited Surrey location yesterday, in search of some parts for my broken toilet. The salesman was Pulkit. He took his time to educate me about the old parts and the universal replacement parts that I need. He even recommended a good plumber just in case we might need an extra hand. I found them to be customer focused and determined to derive customer satisfaction without pressure salesmanship. The salesman had an excellent knowledge of products and gave me excellent choices to meet my needs and my budget. He made follow up contact to ensure the product worked well. Any problems with defective items were handled promptly and corrected immediately. Most products arrived on time and were in good order. The shipping staff were very helpful in retrieving the products and in assistance in loading. Pulkit was the salesman. He helped me get through a major house renovation with relative ease. BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED!

Had to return a faucet due to leaking issues. Thankfully the faucet was under warranty. I was greeted at the front office and instructed to talk to a sale associate in the show room. I located a sales associate and asked if he could help me out. To my dismay the sales associate was incredibly rude. He them passed me onto another sales associate since he had no interest in helping me. I was told to go to the shipping department to exchange the item. Again I was met with rudeness and down right impoliteness at the shipping department. I was given a new faucet and told this was the same style. I opened the box to confirm the same style since the bathroom in our home has double sinks and we want the faucets to match. The faucet I was given did not match. I showed the differences in the two faucets to the shipping associate. He them went on to say to me that its unusual to have duel sinks in a master bathroom and that the faucet he gave me was close enough.

We never step foot in this business again!

I had a very stressful reno and Pulkit was there every step of the way. He too time to hear what I needed, made great suggestions, is knowledgeable, and understanding. Thank you Pulkit! We went into the Surrey store twice and met Pulkit on our first visit. He was so helpful and offered us so much information on products. We were not too sure on which brand and some many was too new to us. So week later we decided to go back and he helped us again and we left with all the products we needed and he made sure all was in stock to make it easier for us. It’s hard to find good customer service these days but with Pulkit he made it easy. Thank you for wonderful service and hope to come back to see you again.

Fibretech is having great selections, I am dealing with Afsana from last few years for my projects, it's always pleasant dealing with her, she always guide my client for better selections, she is having great knowledge of products.she is thorough with prices and she is an amazing guide of plumbing fixtures, I get puzzled if she is not working, it was difficult to deal with any one else when she was on vacation. I am glad to have her as our guide.

Bad customer service. I came into their store to buy an item, it was in their warehouse. However, when i dont need it and bring back. They said it was a special order. How it is a special order if it something i buy on the spot and they have in their warehouse? !

Great experience with Harry Dhingra and the team at FibreTech in Surrey with our major bathroom reno. Would highly recommend them. Harry was very helpful in helping us pick the right products and offering options for our tub, sinks and shower since they had a lot to choose from. We also found their pricing to be very competitive. The staff at the front counter and shipping area were always helpful and friendly and when we had to make a few changes, they were were very accommodating over our three month project. Theres great selection and i recieved great service from Lally when picking items for our new build. Theres a huge showroom and lots of choices. Would highly recommend.

Made over $1500 order for kitchen renos. Salesman forgot to add soap dispenser for kitchen in my order. Had my counter cut for dispenser and had plumber come in to install everything. When plumber did install we noticed the dispenser was missing. Wasn't on order from the beginning. Had to make another visit and when I asked for some discount for my troubles for an obvious mistake by the salesmen I was tagged with a $58 bill for a soap dispenser. Calling in the plumber again will also cost and add to my troubles. Didn't earn a return customer for me.

Don’t know what they sell. Their sales reps should know about their products. Also don’t tell you if something is final sale. Be very careful when dealing with these guys. Also never got told about back ordered items like other people who left reviews. Go to Emco, you’ll pay a little more, but it’ll save you a ton of hassle

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. One star is to much for this company. If you need to order items for your new house or renovation please consider ordering from Home Depot or Rona. The prices are way better for the same Moen products. Once you pay the deposit you are stuck with them.

I am not going to buy any more from these guys. They gave me demo shower tub. I call them many times but they don't care.
