Service was excellent and speedy. Koni was great and explained everything in details. Highly recommend this shop!

Came in a few days ago and Koni the sale rep was really pleasant to deal with. She was very knowledgeable with the items I purchased. There was a mix up when I ordered my phone and she was able to solve everything and also gave me a great plan. Will definitely go back.

My boyfriend and I went to this location on August 10th, and both sales representatives (a female and a male - I regretted not getting their names) were great and patient in explaining the details of the plans to us. My boyfriend switched from Koodo to Fido with an awesome monthly plan, 30GB for $45, instead of his old Koodo plan, 12GB for $40. I switched my Fido's to Roger's; the plan was excellent. I've been telling my friends and my family to come to this location to check out the Back-to-school plans.

I called your store branch and one of the customer representatives (whose name I’m not mentioning) did not answer my questions instead he went on charged me and cut the call before letting me know that the service I requested was successful. Very inquisitive “for making a record” but very little courteous manner. I had to go through live chat to get my answers. I never give bad reviews but this one I had to cause it was too bad for me to let it go!

My family had a great experience here today. The staff whose name I unfortunately did not get was very polite patient and helpful. Everything was done in a succinct and well explained manner. She was considerate enough with our request and tried her best to facilitate our on the spot demands. I expect when I phone back for confirmation of account I will be equally well treated.

No attempt to make potential new customers feel welcomed. Sales rep was blunt and rude and told us to shop elsewhere after we asked about their price matching policies with other companies.

I would strongly recommend going to a different branch. In fact, the second thing the employee said to me was "maybe go to brentwood". I dropped my phone, it broke. So, I went to the closest fido store to sort it out. She said "we don't sell phones". Yes, that happened. She explained that I would have to re-sign a new contract. This isn't a problem for me. However, she still didn't want to help me. I am pretty sure I interrupted a personal call that she wanted to get back to. I went to a fido store in Victoria a year ago and replaced my broken phone very quickly. I am a little stunned by this.

I had a pleasant visit. He polity asked me to wait and he was very helpful getting the phone I wanted and answered all questions I had.
