I’m referred by my brother, as he experienced a very good service from the Fido. I will look forward to enjoy the experience with Fido.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at the Fido store today around 4: 20pm. The customer service provided by the girl at the front was severely lacking. She spoke to me with a noticeable attitude and showed no interest in explaining the available plans when I visited specifically to gather information. It's disheartening to encounter such a lack of professionalism. If employees are not genuinely interested in assisting customers, it raises questions about why they are working in a customer-centric environment. This experience has left me reconsidering my choice of service provider.

I visited this store. Because i received an email from Fido a welcome back offer. But when i visited this store I had a very bad experience with store staff. The lady was so rude. When I asked for a plan she just replied in a rude manner to visit another store, I can't do anything for you, we don't deal with these type of offers. She was speaking in attitude.

It was great visting the fido store at delta and they provided me with great customer care and service

Lakash was super helpful and explained to me the plan in detail. Highly recommend Delta store and find Lakash to help you.

They charged a $50 activation fee in-store to my brother, we inquire about it from another store and they said the activation fee was waived by Fido and the store can't charge you this fee in-store, this was confirmed by fido Customer service as well.
Be careful people about this, they gave him charging cables which they did not need.

Pathetic service & unprofessional staff. I went there for some services. First of all there was no social distancing was there. I was in a que & there was a white guy before me fighting already with the staff for there services. When ut was turn. They treated me so unprofessionally. Without my consent & giving me knowledge they checked my credit. Next day i get to know that they checked my credit without my consent & even without my knowledge just to add a number from bell to fido. However they charge heavily for the services they provide right away. Next day i call the owner & he was like do whatever you like to & call the customer care and talk to them. They have only one solution of all the things just talk to customer care. But yes this time I will talk to them to higher authorities will try to get in touch to complain about them that they check my credit & might be many other people like me without the consent & without telling to them. How can they play someone's credit history like this.

I went into the store this evening in the other day with the phone not even from Fido the sales guy had no problem walking me through it set it up giving me suggestions to send me on my way to turn around today to come back to realize the phone that I had didn’t work for what I need it ended up hooking me up with this new iPhone dual Sim capabilities wicket friendly shop was closing I was in there 20 minutes past closing time no concerns smiled the whole time wicked service from this guy. Safota was his name sry if the spelling is wrong ️

Got a Huawei Tab with internet for free with a new phone. Charndeep explained the deal well. Overall good customer service by the boys at Fido.

Visited today and helped by Yogesh very simple and humble person and talked with me in very polite and good manners and moreover his dealing skill is very good and he solved my iPhone issue quickly and I am very much happy. Highly recommended, best wishes
