Great customer service. The sales explain the agreement and the details so clearly and patiently.

Terrible customer service. Staff are so rude and entitled, literally power trips over customers. When asked to speak to the manager, the staff refused to contact them and refused to give any info on how to speak to them. Save your time and go elsewhere, the staff here are incompetent

Staff are rude. When I went to handle the business, the clerk lowered his head and played with his mobile phone. He said that he would not handle the slightly complicated business and asked me to go to the Richmond center to do it. It is obviously a store of the same level. The staff of Richmond center patiently helped to handle it, which is in stark contrast to the unprofessional style here

Lansdowne has very good service for me. In richmond centre fido i had very bad experience.

Promised bill credits were never received or apparently even existed according to Fido CS online. Probably trying to meet metrics.
