UPDATE: "So i went back to This store and notice Thomas is no longer working in this Store. What a loss for Fido! Hope he return to serve UBC community. "

Thomas seems to be always very patient, helping out a lot seniors include my mother, and fixed the problem the “Customer Service Team” had created on my little phone, made my phone working correctly. I was returning today to inform Thomas this gentleman about my phone insurance, although it's a shame that he does not have Screen Guard what I was seeking for. But I am writing here, Thanks Thomas for the extra miles you did and your patience to fix the issue I was facing.

I switched service providers and needed a new device this week. It was truly a “one-stop-shop” and I was able to get everything I needed set up and running within an hour of entering the store.

Henry was very helpful and did everything quickly and thoroughly, explaining every charge and agreement in my new contract. I’ll definitely go here if I need anything in the future:)

I got semi-scammed by this store for a SIM replacement due to a technical error on Fido's end. Any Fido service fees you pay to this store will not go to Fido directly. I would suggest going to the actual Fido store in department stores instead!

The guy was also speaking on the phone with another customer whilst in-store customers have been lining up for 10-15 minutes. Completely unprofessional. AVOID unless you have no other choice!

Thomas Tan has been very helpful and patient. He helped me re-activate my SIM card again. He was very nice and polite to me! He stayed longer to help me out. Thank you so much for a great service Thomas!

I bought a prepaid SIM card on April 23th, from THIS store and provided all of my information to the salesperson. However, he randomly entered my date of birth and postal code, making it impossible for me to top up my account without going back to the store which is an hour away from my home. This is ridiculous and I am extremely frustrated and angry that the salesperson did not do his job correctly.

Basically this place is 100% better than wireless wave that offer none chose number in UBC, glad Thomas in Fido UBC assisting me to the great plan! Sheiiii
