Although fido is a good company compared to the rest of the competition. The one short Asian kid is rude and unpleasant to deal with. Going to end up losing customers in the long run. But by the sounds of things from the reviews, this might be the business culture here

Had to call customer service in store. Was on hold for over an hour. Was told to come back another day. Been a customer here for years in Ontario. Worst experience I’ve ever had at and with Fido. Trying to add a new line has never been so difficult. Not impressed.

Worst service, They have no knowledge especially the guy at store.
He didn't even listened to me. It is so disappointing and disrespectful. The guy was not even polite.

No wonder why the store rating is so low. Wish i could give them 0 stars

Awful service.when i went there for help with a broken sim card, the employee seemed more interested in playing games on his phone rather than helping anyone out

Fido is the worst. They will over charge you and you have no way of getting customer support. You call and it hangs up automatically.
