This is by far the worst Fido branch in the country. Everyone poorly trained and the staff threatened me multiple times saying that they would call the police and beat me up once I started standing up to them and saying that what they did was wrong. Please do not choose this as your phone provider.

There was a person who didn’t wanna help us at all, he was telling that it wasn’t possible to check something in the branch. I don’t think even he actively listened us. He just tried us to leave the store asap.and we went to other Fido branch and got our questions answered perfectly.

It was a miserable experience dealing with FIDO Robson store.
I signed a Plan contract on 04/02 afternoon, the lady told me to wait for FIDO text message (such as: we have received a request to transfer your number …….), then, install the new FIDO SIM card. She said the message should come soon, the latest would be the following morning (04/03).
Wait till 04/03 noon, still not received, I went to the store, there was only one guy with no customer, who didn’t even want to listen to my question, just said: You did not sign the contract with me, there is nothing to do with me, you have to wait for her’. That’s two days after!
Even worse, my original 7-11 “Speakout” phone number was terminated this morning as they knew I would transfer the number to FIDO. Suddenly, I lost internet access and phone call/receiving.
The original lady who signed contract with me was trying to help, but I have to wait till she is back to work, and told me I will need a new number, which I DO NOT want.
Finally, call 1866****** number, everything got straightened.

Terrible service! Lied to me when I bought the service and now got 70$ extra charges for no reason. This specific store has the worst customer service and staff are rudest.

An agent tricked us into changing our phone provider by lying to us. His name is Bob and works online. Either he gets fired or I will file a report with my lawyer. He tricked us by giving us fake discounts and I changed my provider and just today I realized not only I was charged 50 for service (which he said would be zero), I was also charged the regular plan fee… This is not a joke and a formal discrimination of law.

The worst customer service ever!
I went back to the store after they scammed me with a Black Friday deal they didn't even added to my plan and the rude impolite guy told me I'm WASTING HIS TIME and if the plan is wrong I can cancel! Asking why my plan is wrong! What the actual heck?
It's disgusting how disrespectful, rude and unhelpful they are!

TERRIBLE, They STOLE ME AT THIS LOCATION. EMPLOYEES BROKE THE CODE OF ETHICS AND NO ONE IS WILLING TO HELP ME. I got my plan in this location back on July 4th. Amanda, one of the staff, was the one who helped me that day. However she told me I had to pay 2 months in advance (July and august) for the promotion they had at that time ($50 for 20gb) and that my app would still ask me to pay for the $100 but that it would go away that I didn’t have to worry. Now on September my Fido bill came overdue saying I didn’t pay since July and when I went back to the store to clarify this. The employees where super rude, cutting me off and telling me I was basically lying, they kept saying they couldn’t show me my contract saying they couldn’t go that back in the system. Which is a lie! When I tried explaining Amanda was the one who charged me that they said there was no girl working at that location, however later One of the employees mentioned her name. When I asked when she would be at the store they said she is on vacation and will come back until November! I thought Amanda stapled the $100 receipt to my contract after she charged me but she didn’t. She only stapled the SIM card receipt. I’ve been trying to fix this for weeks but it’s impossible to contact any customer service representative. They STOLE ME AT THIS LOCATION. EMPLOYEES BROKE THE CODE OF ETHICS AND NO ONE IS WILLING TO HELP ME.

I have been with Fido since I came here and I always suffer from poor network, the data is awful. I asked the associate if there is any settings on my phone to imrove my connection but they told me they can not do anything. I asked her to check if there are any offers on my plan to purchase a new phone, she asked for my number and postal code yet she couldn't find my account. I showed her my acount information on my phone and she replied something irrelevant ; she said from today Fido has changed policies it requires PR documents. I told her I am on student visa and that's the only valid ID I have, besides It doesn't make sense at all. If some one has not a PR status, Fido doesn't offer any phones to him on his plan. It bothers me when I see unprofessional people at customer service who can not meet customer's needs. She asked for my number and postal code twice however she had written it all on a piece of paper.
