I had issues activating my account because fido sent the wrong sim card to my place, but Ash sorted it out for me in store. Very friendly and helpful. Thank you!

I’ve been a loyal Fido customer for over 10 years. I looked at the personalized plan options in my Fido account to change my plan but had some questions so decided to go into the store. Ash wouldn’t even let me in to the store and just told me to look at the website. No help whatsoever. Walked to the other Fido store and was immediately assisted

Store manager was not helpful. Asked about Fido deals for existing customer. Just said nothing at the moment. Looked at my account and did it myself.

Fido deals are great tho.

While shopping for Black Friday deals to upgrade my plan + get a new phone, I’ve not even been invited into the store.

The shop staff treated me as if they didn’t want any business with me even though I am already a customer with them. Honestly, this experience will probably make me rethink my carrier choices.

Worst customer experience that I had in quite a while. If you want anything from Fido, AVOID this store.

I had a great experience at this store. All staff were very welcoming and helpful. My sales rep was Minh and his service was incredible. I needed a phone plan for a couple months and Minh let me know about a deal that was on. I had to bring in my visa and he held on to the deal for me as they were limited. He remembered exactly what plan I wanted hours later and it was set up very quickly. The service from Minh was 5 star and way above my expectations from previous experiences I’ve had with other companies.

I got my new phone from this store. The store manager and Ash were so nice and welcoming. Ashkan helped me to get the best deal. There was some issues on my account and Ash reached out to Fido support team and spent almost half an hour to fix it for me. Thank you guys.

The worst customer service! From the moment you enter the store, you are treated like an unwanted guest. We had the guy with an FDU mask treating us like this.

This store does not value customer.
Extremely RACIST, RUDE and UNFRIENDLY staff at this location. I had a simple issue with my SIM card and Annie (staff here) did not care to understand/answer any issue. When she did not know how to address question she used the words "GET OUT OF THE STORE, I WILL CALL POLICE". Store manager Lee is very irresponsible as well. If you are black or brown, they will ask you to get out. If you are white or asian, they will welcome you.
I am Fido customer using two phone lines but cancelling the service after this mistreatment.

Their customer service is awful. As are their manners.
Minh Dang (associate) and Lee Tran (manager) couldn’t resolve a Fido admin error between them, even with Fido customer service on the phone too - a system glitch on their end proved too much.

Lee, Annie and the young man from Sweden are all doing a FANTASTIC job at this location. Friendly, welcoming, and Lee is extremely efficient. They really know their stuff and solve problems quickly.

I’ve been in the market for a phone upgrade for sometime, being a loyal Fido customer of 10 years - this is the best in-store service I’ve ever received. I initially went into the one at Cambie/Broadway and the lower level of Pacific Centre, they were both terrible in terms of service, my experience at each of these stores was actually nothing shy of awkward and cringe not making me feel confident in committing to an upgrade at all. This location here at Robson is well put together, and the lady I dealt with was thorough in detailing everything perfectly on all of my available options right threw to loyalty discounts, very happy with the new phone, service and would definitely return here in the future opposed to the other terrible stores I’ve mentioned here.

Asked for help with my phone, didn’t offer, didn’t stand up and look at me employee kept typing on they’re computer basically dismissing me to go to another store. If you don’t want to be in customer service don’t be.
