I have been to this Fido store on Davie Street so many times over the years as their customer service is wonderful. The people who work in this store are always helpful and very kind. Once again, two of these amazing people, Vassu and Shweta, helped me to finish setting up my new phone and resolve some technical issues even though I hadn't purchased the phone from them.
I highly recommend this Fido store if you are looking for quality service. They are the best!

We just moved to Vancouver and came to Fido to set up new Canadian Sim cards. Both Vassu and Mani were extremely helpful and very nice!

Very friendly and helpful staff, Vassu and Maui made me feel welcome and took there time to explain what would be the best deal for me. Once I had decided on a phone and plan they then set up my new phone and helped me transfer my data from my old one. Not only that but they perfectly installed the screen protector for me which I always find difficult to get just right when I do it myself. Absolute 10/10 service! Would recommend to everyone.

I upgraded my phone here today. The staffs were amazing. They were very helpful (took the time to answer all my queries). The service was also efficient.

We had a great experience at the Davie fido store. The customer service representative were Vassu and Gurmeet and explained everything very thoroughly with great detail so we could choose the best plan for our needs. They both have wonderful people skills. We appreciate the service we received from them.

It appears I may have had a rare poor customer experience from this location, but due to the treatment I received I would not recommend this location to any of my friends or family.

I ordered a phone online from this location as the website said they had the phone in stock. I do recognize the order confirmation email said to wait until I received notification that the order is ready for pick up, but since I was in the neighbourhood I thought I would stop by.

The sales agent was initially friendly, but was quick to dismiss my inquiry. I told him I ordered online and I was checking to see if my order was potentially ready early. He said that the phone is not in stock for online orders, but if I cancelled the order online I could get one from him.

He then proceeded to offer me an order that was twice the price of the one I placed online, but I could get my phone right there. I, of course, declined and said I would rather wait until my phone arrived.

According to the online support staff, he was supposed to honour my online order and provide me the phone. Instead, he cancelled the order entirely.

Luckily I inquired about this interaction online, because it seemed odd to me - Order cancellations can take up to 24 hrs to process and by then my deal may have expired.

This has now turned into quite the inconvenience for me.

I recently bought a new SIM card from this store and my experience was amazing. The executives Vassu and Gurmeet were super friendly and gave the best deal possible. The documentation process was very smooth, there was no wait time either. Also Manpreet has good knowledge about he services offered and recommended the best plan to go with. Overall it was a great experience.
