The employee was reluctant to spend time in explaining me the plan details, he was probably busy or not interested in handling customers. I found most of the customers unhappy or disappointed with most of the representative behavior, I think a serious overhaul is needed at this location. Seems like students handling the entire Fido office and they do not know how to deal with customers.

Bad experience, the person was totally unsupportive. He didn’t bother about a customer who is paying $65 a month to Fido and looking for upgrade. I felt like he is favoring me by explaining plan details. In total he spent 4 minutes with me to tell that I should go and check these things online. I don’t know why you need these stores then.
I am going to move of from
Fido ASAP and switch to other provider, can stand with this unprofessional attitude of the employees.

The guy in the store was so rude. He is a sales representative but I think he doesn’t know meaning of it. Will recommend to go to other fido stores. I curse this store will shut down soon.

They will not help at all very bad people at store please replace them by better one
