Terrible. Went in and signed up 2 phone, changing service plans from Freedom. When I went home to register, I couldn't do it as the information wasn't matching. Called Fido. They said the account hasn't been completed and that I would have to contact the store. So, I called the store, and now they are telling me I have to go back in again. If they had done their job correctly the first time, I would not have to go back. Waste of my time.

Very demeaning and insulting staff who refuse to accept a passport as a form of ID. Pretty much refusing to give service at all. Cant believe these guys still have jobs

The staff was not helpful. Customer service was unacceptable. Employees were on their cellphones having personal conversations while I was in store.

Krupa by far has been the most kind, efficient and helpful person in the role. She went above and beyond to help me upgrade my phone while there were only few minutes left to close the store. She was so patient with my queries. In my honest opinion, this girl deserves a standing ovation. She'll be very successful in her life with these great values.

I have contacted Krupa at thus location in the morning during Black Friday about porting my plan to Fido. And she helped me instantly and she has gone out of her way without asking me to give me best deal. She gave me all the possible benefits coming with the line. Also she has answered/cleared all my questions and doubts very passionately. I really recommend her and this location for any phone or line related help.

My experience has always been the best at fido. Thanks to Keshav, no matter where he works (75th or south surrey) he always gives his best and greets me with a smile. I came all the way from ladner to south surrey, and the deal he gave me was worth it.

I just went to get a fido plan at the location in grandview corners and it couldn't have been better. I was extremely impressed with the staffs knowledge, patience, and there kindness. I was in and out within 20 minutes and my phone immediately started working perfectly! Thanks Fido!

Staff did not seem interested in clarifying policy about payment terms and overages, I was given information that was demonstrably false after looking at the terms on paper.

Upgraded my phone today with Fido. Excellent service from Gurjodh:
1. Explained every detail of my contract
2. Everything took less than 20
Min
3. Explained how to install esim before I even asked
4. I changed my mind about the phone I want half way through and he changed all the detailed no problem.

Hope this will help others to get a good service at this fido location

We had a very good experienced visiting Fido Authorized Dealer at 16050 24 Avenue. Arpan is so nice and answer all our questions & concern about phone upgrade and special offer with our existing plan.

Krupa was so knowledgable on phones and when i told her about the importance of the camera she knew exactly what phones would be best and helped me compare what would be best for me as well as customer feedback on the phones so far. Usually when i go into Fido everyone is always friendly but Krupa went above normal customer service expectations. I also had my young niece and nephew with me and she talked to them and laughed and even allowed them to come watch the machine make my screen protector etc. She was amazing from the time i walked in to the time i left and i am so beyond happy! Gurjodh was also working and was so kind to assist and help and also joined in on the conversation and knew exactly what he was doing to help me protect my phone. Both were amazing and my experience was beyond what i expected for just doing a walk in. Thank you guys!

What a rude place. Fido’s only place open. Been there and waited and waited. Astonished finding Very very slow in their doing. Even kept talking with clerks. Never care the people in line. Left the store giving them no business. Do not come here.

Very bad experience while trying to return my phone after 7 days. A sales person tried hard to find scratch under bright light 5-10 min, and finally says no return because of the scratch with bare eye hard to find, actually there's none, which noticeably the way they do the business. Have to left the store with feeling RIPPED OFF. Don't go here where I regret coming across because of other stores closing due to pandemic.

No wonder people’s good review here when buying but you will face whole difference when have to return.

I was here last night with my cousin nd were planning to get new phones. I met Guneet, she greeted us and listened what I am here for. She delivered excellent customer service and gave us the best deals. The store closes at 8 but just because of Processing & everything, we all stayed until 8: 30 pm, really appreciated.

Hopeless when it came to anything to do with warranty service. Rep actually pushed my phone back at me and said I should take it to a repair place. I said it's about a month old and is under warranty and said I thought i was in a fido store. It was, and I then asked if he wanted my phone number to check and see. Then, they had no loaners and I left to try another store. I would avoid this place.
Update after receiving on line response from location. I called the District manager and left a message. No response to my call yet. I also looked over all of the reviews on their site. Unusual mix of glowing 5 star reviews (many with very specific complements to named employees) mixed with a significant minority of one star reviews.

I've received an excellent service by a guy named ahmed spent time for guiding me.at the end I got an galaxy note 10plus from him and I really enjoy using it great phone and very helpful guiding by ahmed
