This store is a bit shady, the package prices given are very expensive, and they do not proactively fulfill their promise to refund the initial installation fee and other expenses after 3 months. It is recommended to visit other stores more often.

Very bad service received at Richmond center Fido store. They are so short-staffed. The guy whose name is Gary was very upset when some questions were asked after a long waiting. When I bring up the service quality issue with him, it seems he doesn’t even care and asked me to go ahead with a “tch”… it tells me that they do not even have supervision on their service quality!

I went there, I was in the store for 20 minutes waiting to be helped but they were just talking to each other and ignored me.

One star too many! ! Only 40$ is provided for 5G traffic. Five days later, another store changed it to 40$10G! !

The employee here named Eric is really terrible. He gave me wrong explanations before he understood the mobile plan himself. He even moved my number to a different plan that I didn't want. I will never come to this store again, it was a really bad day.

William wasted my brothers time when all he had to do was swap a SIM card. As a former employee I asked him to do a sim swap but was of course ignored until I came in after calling in. He wasted an hour of my time, the guy who I came to get help from was lazy and unhelpful as well. I guess this is a trend for this store.

William has no willingness to help. Does not offer appropriate solutions although they exist. One phone call with someone who understands Fido he all of a sudden can help. Waste of time.

Worst customer service ever. JENNY doesn't know anything and she looks like she doesn't want to help at all. She deleted my app on my phone without asking me because she doesn't know how to log out from their Fido app. She even doesn't know how much is their plan transfer fee. She told me it might be fiveteen or fifty. That's ridiculous. Never go back again. I would give 0 star if i can.

Fido Richmond center store kept messaging me and calling me without my consent! Please stop it! Sam the new manager is very rude! Same as the previous manager! Will never use Fido again!

Second time service in this store is so below any norms its not funny. I am client of Fido and needed help with transferring file. When I came in all 3 of them were eating lunch-with chopsticks-full meal right at the desk. Then of course I couldn't get any help.very disappointing and cannot wait to get out of the plan at the end of the term

I was at the Richmond center location on june 17 in Richmond BC & the assistant manager Sam is extremely rude & disrespectful. Earlier on Saturday i was talking with a customer service via chat as i am looking to change my plan. I was offered by the rep a plan for $39 w. 20gb. I was told by the chat rep i can make the changes at your store. When i went in to the store Sam says that's only for new customers, i explain i have been offered this plan by your rep & he asks me to show the conversation. I show it to him and after reading the conversation he says he can't do this plan. I ask for his managers name & card and when they will be in next. He gives me a name and says he doesn't know when the manager will be in maybe Monday. I ask Sam why would he want to look at my conversation with the rep if he wasn't going to honor what was offered he says I'm free to go when i ask again he says he will call security as im leaving he says don't come back. He is rude & disrespectful. I have been a customer of fido for a very long time no one deserves to be spoken or treated this way. I have already filed a complaint with the mall customer service. I spoke with Fido customer service and they apologized for his behavior and were able to switch my plan. Do not go to the store they're disrespectful and unprofessional.

I had arranged for a SIM card to be picked up in store by a trusted agent that was set up online. Upon arrival at the store we found out that the agent has to be set up 30 DAYS prior to be able to pick up. Gurleen and the store manager William were so rude and condescending to my friend and did not offer any help or solutions to us. I understand there are policies to follow but there is no need to treat your customers with such arrogance and disrespect.

Miscommunications can happen between online service and in-store, but the least you can do is act like a professional and offer aid when things like this happen! Especially the manager William, what’s the point of being a “manager” when you can’t even help your customers out when there’s a problem? Instead of being condescending, act like a manager and offer solutions! What an unprofessional example to show your team! This has certainly helped me finally decide to terminate the overpriced service with Fido! Good riddance!

They charge 15 dollars to change a phone plan in store. It was to ridiculous. And this store definitely need more staff

Staff are super helpful. Gualeen fixed my account issues with patience and care. Highly recommend this store from creating your new account to upgrading the plan.
