Fido

Don't even have a cellphone with thus company and they continue to call me. Asking for someone else. I've told them many times they've the wrong number.

Yet they continue to keep calling my Freedom Moblie 3 to 5 times a day asking for someone I don't know.

I had great experience at fido store located in sevenoaks mall abbotsford. Ekamdeep helped me patiently with whole process by offering better deal of a new ph as well as helped me transferring data. Extremely happy with their customer service.

Harleen was awesome in walking me through buying a new phone. Super reps at Seven Oaks Mall!

Had to be on the phone for 2 hours while in this store. The employees made it bearable. Great little store.

Terrible service here, got ripped off, I used to love fido. I went to bell, and the service was great, did not charge me for a SIM card. Generally far better than fido, idk what happened.

Hello, I had a great experience there. Ekam is really sweet and assists me greatly. I most certainly would like to continue my plan with them.

Not this store in particular but fido in general. I recently made an order online for an upgrade. Found out it's on back order so I contacted fido.after waiting for an hour to talk to someone the first day, was transferred to customer care, they were closed when I was transferred. Got on chat again and waiting another hour to find out the time they were open. Got ahold of them again the next day within the time frame, got ahold of someone after another hour wait.tried to ask them to cancel my order (because it hasn't shipped yet) and they told me they couldn't do it because it was already "accepted". Now I have to wait for an endless amount of time for my upgrade to arrive.not a happy customer with fido. I've been with them for 4 years now.
