I had a really nice experience with Kareena and Ayush… they helped me out patiently as metrotown location messed with my two sim cards. I would highly recommend to reach them out if you need any help.

The sale lady she was excellent and was quite friendly and open to all our queries.
She provided the complete information and without any hindrance or trouble.

I haven’t visited a Fido store in years and I’m happy to say I chose the right one today. The young lady and gentleman that served me treated me with kindness and patience. I was asked by Fido online chat to visit a store to show proof of an exclusive offer I received but magically disappeared from my account. Luckily I printed and saved a pdf copy of the offer. A tip for all you Fido clients. The in-store representatives weren’t able to set me up with the offered plan instead a case number was initiated and escalated to the back office team to investigate. Regardless of the outcome, Fido should honour the offer. I highly recommend this Fido store.

I was helped quickly with my small purchase despite other customers in process, and was voluntarily given a (useful!) complimentary gift when the price at the till was $5 more than estimated.

Kunal was the staff who attended the service he was so knowledgeable he replied my questions in a honest way and very patience and most importantly he gave me some options to choose his not trying hard just to sell the unit he let me to decide and guide me thru the process of choosing the unit.
