I came in to get help with an older family member's phone, stressed and communicating poorly, and left happy. Yash was quick to identify the issue, explain what I needed to provide (even if I didn't like the answer) and quickly fixed everything once I was able to provide what was requested.

Exceptional service from Asiye at Fido! Her patience and expertise made our visit a breeze. She took the time to explain all the deals, guiding us to choose the perfect one. Highly recommend her assistance!

As the rest of reviews clearly indicates, the poor customer service at this location is a fact. I just went to pick up the phone I ordered today at this location and I found out how terrible customer service they have. Asieh (Called herself Asi) was the rudest person I ever talked to in customer service. It’s unbelievable how rude and unprofessional she was. Alan although was not rude like her but he obviously does not have any customer service skills and could not manage to help. Everyone already talked about the poor customer service at this location so it should not be a surprise anymore and I won’t come back and definitely spread the word.

5 stars for this location's customer service. I tried to transfer my out of province phone number, but Fido/Rogers up top were putting up road blocks. Zuzanna and Kevin at the Park Royal location made multiple calls, going above and beyond trying to get the situation sorted. I'm floored at their commitment to helping me out.

I was at Fido on park Royal I got new plan for my phone and riyal helped me a lot to find best one match with my criteria. He was very genuine and very knowledgeable. Thank you Riyaz.

I went to this location to upgrade my phone and a girl name Asiye helped me and explained everything completely. I took a day to think about my options and went back to the same store. This time a gentleman name Riyaz (store manager) was there and he was really rude and inpatient. He refused to offer the same deal that Asiye offered me. It seemed like he didn't want to help me at all. He made really mad and frustrated to the point that I just walked away. I went back to the store when Asiye was there and she helped to figure out options and got my new phone. The next day I went back to the store to ask some questions about my new phone as I am not familiar with new technology. Riyaz was there and shockingly he was really rude again. I took this very personally and I will never go back to this location to shop.

Riyaz is discriminatory. Despite being calm and having the voice tone as him, he refused to serve and came across as cocky. Where is customer service these days? Riyaz must be terminated.

If zero stars was possible that's what they would get. Everything from the product itself to their so called "customer service" is absolutely terrible.

They sold me a phone (that has hardware issues) that fido even was going to replace but because I bought it from the mall kiosk they said they can't do anything. Words of advice.do not buy through this mall kiosk. They could care less about their customers just so long as they make the initial sale they don't care about what they sell you or how much money you've wasted. Just looking out for themselves.
CAUTION: DO NOT BUY HERE or waste your time.

Terrible customer service. Tonight I went to fido at Park Royal and asked mohammad saraf to explain about my bill.this tall chubby man told me we just sell accounts and the way he talked to me was so rude and impolite.

I was very confused that which plan to go and Rutwa hooked me with some amazing boxing day deals. She was very patient and helpful. Thanks.
