The rep in the store lied to me about Black Friday promotions. Then told me I had “buyers remorse” and couldn’t help me with the promo that was available later on that was sent to me via the Fido app. Word for word said “sounds like you have a case of buyers remorse. ” Disgusted by their customer service and would highly recommend going elsewhere. Last time I sign a term with Fido

I’m mildly frustrated about Fido and how they train their employees. I saw a plan in store for 40g/$45 and went inside to inquire about getting it. I’ve been a loyal customer for years and yet was told I’d have to call and they aren’t able to give anyone the plan without activating a SIM card but to call as they should be able to do it. I went onto the Fido support chat in which jaswinder kept emphasizing they can’t do it for existing clients and then continued to try to upswell me (apparently he contacted a supervisor multiple times). When I asked to speak to his supervisor i was told I was put in queue which clearly was not the case (a previous employee put me in queue to speak to him so I know what the queue screen looked like). After waiting endlessly I decided to call and finally got a hold of some lovely lady who immediately did what she could to get me the requested plan. My main issue is that is seems like because sales are commission based that it’s kinda up to the discretion of the employee as to how helpful they want to be? !? ! How on each is this ethical practice?

Worse customer service. I went there because I have been trying to get through costumer service for a while now. First it seem they didn't want to work there it took them a while for someone to help me and when they finally did they didn't want to help me, they want me to charge me $15 dollars. Is sad to see how they treat costumers that have been with fido for years. I'll be canceling my plan and credit card with them.

I purchased a phone from there and then decided that I wanted to take some more time to decide on a new phone so I returned my Samsung. Whoever was working there that day said that he reversed the phone charges and took care of it online for me on my Fido account. Fido continues to charge me hundreds of dollars extra because he didn't do it properly. He insisted that he had as I asked him 3 times.

Had a great Experience with Rohit. Had my phone stolen and had to come in to cancel my old phone. Figure out what I was eligible for through phone protection services. He was very helpful and patient with me. It was already frustrating enough to have this happened. Thanks Rohit for your exceptional service!

Amazing service from SUNNY XIE. Super patient and helpful. Absolutely 5 stars. Proactively assisted me with my phone. Fixed all my problems with it, and introduced me to some of the best products I can buy and use. It took 3 hours updating everything (don't even ask, my old phone is a mess), and he was beyond patient with me. Thank you for everything!

Alex is a fantastic manager. He helped me through the whole process of getting a new phone while making sure I have the right plan. 10/10 would recommend to everyone!

We got the blackfriday phone deal and we were waiting patiently for our ready-to-pickup email. After 2 weeks, one of us got an expiration email saying we missed our pickup and so the order was cancelled.
We called the customer service and they said we had to go to the store to resolve this.
The next day, we went to the store and Andrea was so amazing and patient throughout the process. After almost 2 hours of her going going back and forth with the customer service reps, she manage to get some headway with our problem.
Even though we are still waiting for a verdict on our situation, I want to thank her for her great work in trying to make it right for us.

This organization demonstrated that the mobile plans and excellent customer service drew me to purchase a cellphone and plan from Fido…the three support individuals at the Fido Store on Stephens St and Broadway that I dealt with were alert, informed, great listeners, professional and knowledgeable to meet my low past experience with cellphones and mobile plans…Fido’s slogan “”at your side”” was very present in my purchases…Alex, Sunny and Sumaiya were the staff members that were very helpful and set a very good atmosphere for my initial journey into mobile devices and plans…

This is not about the store but the whope Fido company. 2 days ago, an agent named Bob tricked me with this offer of his and because of that I canceled my other provided and moved on to Fido.
Today I received my simcard and I realized there’s no discount applied on my account. I’ve been on hold for 3 hours now; no manager, no on responding. One agent finally told me that they can’t have 2 discounts but Bob gave me an offer of 2 discounts for my wife and my simcards, and because of that I moved to Fido.

Fido scammed me into buying their plan and now no one is responding. I’m chatting and phoning for more than 3 hours now and no manager has appologized or anything. If I don’t get my discount, I will sue the company for lying, and distributing false information and in fact Lies.
