The girl named simran is very rude, she doesn’t want to help and this girl is looting money in the name activation charge which is free, even by calling customer care it’s free of cost, I went to next store near payal business center and did without any additional charge and they are very kind.

Not sure how these ppl are living by demanding/framing irrelevant costs to their own innocent students.

Went in on a Saturday afternoon, while the showroom was mildly busy a representative greeted me right away. My phone wasn't charging properly and they had fixed the problem instantly free of charge.

Just wanna share my recent experience at the store, I had some time to kill and decided to walk into the store, the curiosity in me wanted to explore and see if I could find a more suitable plan for myself!

Monica, patiently asked to what my needs were in terms of usage and went ahead a suggested various options in details to me which were all better then what I currently had and eventually settled in on a plan that would better serve me long term and when traveling, saving me tons from my pocket without committing to a contract. She did a phenomenal job in explaining and going beyond any other customer service experience I have had in the telecom industry.

Would definitely and highly recommend the store and in particular Monica if you are looking to save money and get a good plan on your Fido services regardless if you are a current customer or a new one.

My daughter and I visited the Fido location at Kings Cross today and we had the pleasure of meeting and being helped by Monica. Now here's a lady who loves her job and loves people too! We both upgraded our devices and Monica was able to find all the bonuses and freebies that we were eligible for. We both ended up with newer phones, better plans with more data and we're only paying a few dollars extra per month! I myself am a retail manager and was highly impressed with her product knowledge and customer service approach. This is exactly the type of service that will keep myself and my daughter loyal customers.recommend this location and dealings with Monica.

I have been a customer of Fido for over 20 years and have never met anyone like the Manger Monica at Wireless World Solutions. She was a Nightmare to deal with, she was very Aggressive, combative, and a major power tripper! Just make sure you get
everything in writing and get copies of everything!

Didn't get any help when we needed it. The lady at the store didn't even try to help my husband and myself, responding in very rude and aggressive manner. I was shocked! We don't call that customer service. A person like that shouldn't be working with people.

Gurpreet provided an excellent customer service, he suggested me a wonderful plan for my both lines due which I saved on my monthly bill for both lines & got more data and also on top of it I got 2 brand new LG Velvet 5G phones without any extra cost. Came looking for a phone plan as new to the country. Monica was extremely helpful and ensured that all customers were social distanced and wearing masks. She helped me find the best deal with international calling and let me pick a number I liked.

The plan I was getting for $50 (unlimited call+10gb data+1000 india minutes) across the city, where I got the same plan from $35, is a very supportive customer service, much less praise for Gurpreet johal, tnx fido exclusive dealer.

Awesome service from Monica, she lowered my plan, got me a new phone and free tablet too. Definitely worth the drive to especially go and see her!

I had the unfortunate experience of running into MONICA at the store a few days ago. She was really arrogant and extremely unhelpful. I just asked her to disconnect a line as I don't need it anymore. She refused to sort out my issue and the reason she gave me was that they don't negotiate in the store because of COVID. Unbelievable. I said I'm not negotiating, just want the line disconnected, she gave me a lot of unnecessary attitude and asked me to call customer care as they will help me with this and not them. Why has Fido opened this store if I still need to call customer care for these issues? Are these people not there for customer care?
P. S.: Johal at the same store is a really nice guy to deal with. He's patient and helpful. The day I walked in with my issue, he was not in and I had to deal with MONICA. Avoid her at any cost. She doesn't have the right attitude to work in customer care.

Worst Fido store I have been to. I usually have amazing experiences with the customer service at other locations but this one is flat out terrible. For example, My girlfriend had to come back numerous because of this garbage service. The lady was extremely arrogant and laughed in our faces when my girlfriend decided that she did not want the IPad, even though after 24 months, we had to pay for it in full price. Will never be coming back.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. RAVNEET IS VERY HELPFUL AND SO GOOD IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. BEST EVER

Seems like a hit or miss store.

They are better than most other private Fido Stores, decent service.

They are a bit shady as said in some other reviews.

Always look at the fine print and get things in writing when dealing with private stores, if not go to the Corporate Store in Guildford Mall, they won't mislead you or waste your time.

If you wanna great deal at Fido in Surrey you definitely wanna talk to Monica. Nice accessory selection also.
