Shradha was very helpful, she found exactly what I was looking for. Fast and efficient. Help me with all my concerns. I'm very happy with her service. She is very polite and sweet. I'll refer my friends to this store thanks to her wonderful service. I speak spanish so she learned some words in spanish. It was fun to talk to her.

On November, 18 i visited skynet store. I met to Sunny Thakur. He suggested me to got a new phone, which was offered by Roger on my current plan. He advised me about my current plan and much more. I loved the communication of Mr. Thakur and thanks to him for helped me. It was a great experience. Before this I didn’t send any reviews to anyone. But this is really appreciated to you. Very bad customer service, please be aware they won’t tell that they are going to make a hard enquiry on your credit. Before going to this store be aware its going to cost you your credit score.

We were at this store on Mar 10 2023 and Sahil was excellent with his service. Was asked if we could come in the next day to get the phones switched since it was a busy night. We agreed and decided to go in the following Monday. Sahil had left for the day but Shraddha stepped up to the plate and took care of everything. This was an excellent service from both of you and we are very happy with all you 2 did. Being in this country for 48 years, I have come to realize that customer service comes from not expecting much when you walk in but then be pleasantly surprised when you walk out with a lot. People for some reason expect the world when going in to a store then start complaining when it's not everything they wanted. Lower the expectations a little and guaranteed you will see a huge difference. Great work guys.keep it up!

They don't ask for your approval to do a credit check. We noticed that they don't ask any customers to get their consent for a credit check. Staff needs training on credit policies.

I had a lovely experience at Fido for buying a phone plan. Lovedeep Kaur was really patient and helpful in answering all my queries. She made sure that I get the best phone plan according to my needs. I really appreciate her customer service and would surely refer my family and friends to her.

If there is a negative rating, I would be giving that. I didn't get any of my questions answered and the girl at the reception just wanted to get rid of the customers. I didn't expect this here.

I too stood in the shop for more than 20 minutes with no recognition that I was even there. Upsetting, but see I am not the only one with this experience.

Went in the store to buy new phone with better plan. But their customer service changed my mind. Won't come to this store again. Stood inside the showroom for 10 mins. There were 2 reps sitting and none of them even acknowledged or asked to wait for some time. Like they completely ignored that someone is looking at them for last few minutes. Store had just one other customer at the same time i was there. I wonder what their customer service is like when store is actually busy.

Very friendly staff, they advised an appropriate plan and guide me throughout the process. Special thanks for Site Manager Gurdeep for his personal interest towards walking customers. Really appreciated and cheers.

Upgraded my phone to 13 pro max, had great service at the store. Manjeet is really informative and humble. He explained me the whole plan with patience and gave me genuine advice and offer that saved me money on monthly plan!

Worst coustomer service ever. The guy named karan dont know anything about coustomer service, when i asked him about the deals he was just kept giving me this attitude as he is doing me some favour.

Customer service at this location is amazing! Both staff Karan and Gurdeep are so personable and honest and go out of their to help their customers. Karan went above and beyond. I have been to many Fido locations in the past and have never received as great customer service as I did here this week.

Visited 7500 store few days back. Had a great experience. If i am not wrong, the girls named Swati and Simrandeep who helped me and are very cooperative and friendly. They gave me a very good deal. I visited many fido stores but no one gave me the best deal as 7500 store did. So happy to take the service from here. Will recommend everyone to visit this store.

Not very much clear about what is going on at this Fido store. My nephew purchased his new connection two weeks ago. One of the guy there, Karan, attended him. To clear his transaction he accepted cash, but for the same my cash was denied at king George Fido store. They told me that cash is not been accepted by any store for long period of time.
I wasn't curious at first, but when I matched his billing with the other store because my nephew was not given any receipt. Its not about the $20, but about fuss created by these people. My nephew is an international student, and he was little patronized.

Guys really know what they’re selling, especially Lakash. Will help u throughout the process with easy to understand language, no technical lingo whatsoever.
