I finished my Invisalign treatment here recently and was very pleased with the service. Dr. Fazel and the team were very polite and detail oriented from start to finish. Would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for expert advice on how to change your bite and a polite staff atmosphere to go with it

I had a great experience with fifth ave dental! All the staff were awesome and the cleaning with very thorough. It had been a long time since I’ve been to the dentist and I was very nervous, so it was great to be treated with kindness and compassion. I’m looking forward to going back for my follow up appointments!

10/10 experience! Dr Sadaf has by far been the most caring and genuine dentist I have ever been to.

I had a couple of fillings done yesterday, and on top of taking her time to ensure the work being done is perfect, Dr Sadaf kept asking for cues to make sure I'm doing okay and if I needed more numbing she'd happily provide it - I truly felt cared for, which isn't so common!

It's always a nice plus that her front staff are so welcoming, and on top of their game too! Totally recommend going to this office:)

I recently had an extraction and a crown l done at Fifth Avenue Dental Centre dental practice and it was truly an excellent experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff were super nice and attentive. I felt a good energy and welcomed in the clinic. The dentist, Dr. Sadaf, who performed the crown procedure was incredibly skilled and thorough. The office has the latest in house crown technology and Dr Sadaf spent the time needed to finish my crown in one visit. I felt very comfortable throughout the whole appointment and when the freezing wore off my tooth felt totally fine. All in all this clinic (from the front desk to the assistants to the doctors) go above and beyond to ensure top notch experience and high quality service. I would highly recommend this dental office to anyone in need of any dental treatment.they are truly the best!

This whole office is the absolute best, the hygienist was SO careful and gentle with the cleaning - I had a cavity filled the last time, and the dentist didn’t even do any freezing! She didn’t think it was necessary and was totally right, I felt nothing! They are tooth whisperers. Can’t recommend highly enough.

My son and my husband are patients of Dr. Fazel, I trust her a lot, she is one of the best and most polite dentists I have ever seen. My husband has started Invisalign 7 months ago and currently the positive effects on his teeth are already visible. My 12-year-old son and I came under their supervision to have our dental procedures done by them. I really recommend that you go to them if you are in Vancouver and have dental work.

Everyone at Fifth Avenue is very nice, and the service is always top notch, but after many years I've decided I don't think it's the place for me. It doesn't feel like there is any consistency between visits, and I don't regularly have same hygienist or the same dentist (I definitely couldn't answer the question "Who is your dentist? "). It feels like I get a different recommendation for additional treatment every visit, but rarely (if ever) have any of those recommendations repeated. I just don't trust the advice they have to give anymore.

Very professional and lovely staff members. From the receptionists to the hygienists and dentist, all the women I met were caring and friendly- couldn't have asked for a better experience. Already recommended to all of my co-workers.

I have severe anxiety when it comes to visiting the dentist, like shaking. The staff here were super friendly, kind, and compassionate. Dr. Arvan was able to squeeze me in for a wisdom extraction even though I was late. No time for sedation but honestly you don’t need it. They numb you with gel first before poking at anything. Definitely will be my go to dentist from now on. Thank you guys so much again.

My daughter was nervous going in for some fillings and Dr Fazel and staff put her at ease immediately. The work was done without any problems and fast! Treatment given was explained & questions answered. Very professional.

I was interested in getting Invisalign and a friend recommended Fifth Avenue after she’d had a great experience with them and they totally lived up to the hype! Dr. Fazel answered all my questions during the consultation and Tiana did the attachment application and was so chill and helpful with showing me how to remove the trays and take care of them. I’d like to switch to this office for my usual dental appointments after I’m done with Invisalign because the staff are so friendly and their hours are great. Highly recommend!

I’ve had a wonderful experience with this dentist. They have been very caring, kind and gentle with their approach. Very happy I found them after various trials with other dentists. All around a happy customer when it comes to all the staff there!
