Worse pre-sale team ever. Got an experience with them at Havenridge complex in Maple Ridge.
They advertised re-assignment as selling feature and it turns out they are not allowing to do that. Basically they are lying to realtors and buyers to sell as much as possible.
Plus no firm completion dates, keep promising some virtual completion dates in email? Who does that? No contract addendums, no developers signatures for completion dates. How we are supposed arrange lawyers to complete transaction? They are not available as walk in. You need to boom at least 2-4 weeks.
I do not recommend them as seller or buyer realtor. Totally not professional at all. Avoid at all cost!
