I don't like writing negative reviews for companies but my experience here was quite poor. I had read negative reviews but decided to bring a blouse here anyway since it's really the only option for dry cleaning in Parksville. I brought in a silk blouse with some staining from a purse I was wearing. When I picked up the blouse it looked like it hadn't been cleaned at all and when I pointed out that the stains were still there the employee at the counter said they didn't look at the back of the blouse.another customer picking up a suit jacket was frustrated that they had tried to clean it twice and it still wasn't clean. He was also insisting he had already paid but the employee said he hadn't and eventually the customer paid and left in frustration. I took my blouse to "Top Quality Dry Cleaners" in Nanaimo and it was more expensive but spotless after one go.

Pleasant owners. Quick return on cloths taken in. And never any issues.

Brought a suit came in to be dry cleaned. Dress Shirt came back with the couple spill spots still on dress shirt. Ending up having to get spot out myself.
