I was definitely lucky to have class with Paul. He was patient no matter how many times silly simple questions I had. Also, consistently cheer me up so that I can have confidence to keep going. He is PROFESSIONAL! The woman who admin staff is so sweet and kind. I am so happy that I can finally sleep in from now on but still I would miss class with classmates and Paul.

Paul is a phenomenal instructor, highly skilled in the trade, and able to effectively take that experience and translate it to teaching us everything we need to know. I now have the skill to succeed at any type of bar I choose to work for, restaurant, cocktail bar or club.

I had such an amazing time taking this course. Shoutout to Hamza who ensured the learning process was enjoyable from start to finish. His guidance and attention to detail really set us up for success (his music playlist is good too). You are guaranteed to have an unforgettable experience with lots of laughs while learning the art of bartending.

All the lessons were detailed and very rich in knowledge of the profession. The lessons I learned in program elevated both my skills and the ability to make accurate decisions during service, along with a whole load of other stuff. Would definitely recommend.

This was a very comprehensive, yet basic, bartending course that genuinely lives up to its description on its website.

While my instructor Grant didn't go as in depth about the less practical matters of being a bartender than he did making the drinks. A solid base for which to take 'Serving it Right' was given. This in addition the fact that what did focus on was drinks. Grant managed to provide us with a very solid foundation for making drinks that will commonly be asked for in any kind of bartending setting; be the patron old or young, experienced or new to drinking.

In terms of critique, I truly can't think of anything substantial to complain about other than the fact that beer was not truly covered in any depth. While there isn't really a way to truly cover beers as each bar will be different. It would be appreciated if beer was covered in more depth other than just learning to pour one through one example. Perhaps going through some of the most commonly drunk beers, both bottle and tap, would allow us to get a better understanding of what we probably will experience as a bartender. In fact, I think having a practice day where we would essentially go through what drinks we commonly would make as a real bartender would make the course better and help us prepare even further.

Overall however, I think this is a very excellent course that covers so many aspects of bartending that I feel like the $675 price tag is cheap. The instructors are great, Grant especially, the hand's on experience really immerses you into being a bartender and prepares you fairly well for life as a bartender.

I had a fantastic experience at this school. The instructors were highly experienced and knowledgeable, and the curriculum was comprehensive. The hands-on approach allowed us to practice and improve our skills effectively. I highly recommend this school to anyone interested in bartending!

Zack is really good ppl. He teaches night classes and did a great job of captivating your attention. Great system, inspiring people and lots of fun.

Such a fun experience. Met some really cool people and learned so much more than I thought I would. I now feel confident to work as a bartender in any establishment.

Amazing experience! Great instructors. Easy to follow lesson plan. We learned 100+ cocktails, wine etiquette, how liquors are created, etc, easily, and in only 8 days!:)

Participated in an Intro to Bartending Class for a date night and I think our expectations going in were too high.

At no point do you handle any real ingredients. It’s all water with food colouring. So while you are practicing making different drinks, you have no idea what they would actually taste like since you are playing make believe bartending with water and the equipment.

I understand it would be very expensive to have a 3 hour class use real alcohol and ingredients but for the price, the participants should be able to make at least a single real drink.

Each of the 4 sample drinks were about a half ounce of different mixed drinks. The best part of these samples was trying to guess which spirit was the foundation.

Also run down location: the equipment was chipped, no barstools to sit on and some of the steel equipment was rusted.

Save your money and spend it on some tasty cocktails.

Tieg is an excellent and skilled bartender, host and teacher! He taught us so much in three quick hours, all we need now is practice and thirsty friends.:) It was a fun filled evening, I would highly recommend checking it out. It’s also a great date night activity.

The owner (Chris) and the instructor (Tieg) of the school are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about alcoholic beverages and teaching. I take the weekend class and really enjoy learning. The class is 20% theory and 80% practice. I gain more knowledge and confidence in handling cocktail drinks after taking the class here. Highly recommended for cocktail enthusiasts.

My wife and I had a great time doing the Intro to Bartending course. 3 hours went by fast as it is very interactive and Chris is a great host/teacher/comedian. A wonderful way to spend our anniversary!

I have attended both the whiskey and the wine seminar and had a wonderful time. The instructors were both really knowledgeable and upbeat. I learned so much about whiskey and wine. I also discovered what types of whiskey/wine I prefer. The classes are a really fun and informative way to spend an evening with friends or to bring a date. I even met some new friends! I was attending the weekday evening course. Chris and Zack welcomed me and all my classmates warmly. And Zack was our instructor for whole time.
He is really knowledgeable and excellent. He guided and taught us carefully. Now I’m confident with more knowledge of bartending. I dare to make my own cocktails with basic foundation from FAB.

This was an all around great experience. Zach and Chris are both very knowledgeable and excellent instructors. This course was much more than I expected and I left with the confidence to start working as a bartender. The class involved pretend making drinks with water. I felt like I was playing pretend bar with my 3 yearly. Did not expect to pay $55 each for 13 of us just to make fake drinks with water for 2.5hrs. All in all major disappointment and I was tired. Would not recommend to anyone. Just go to dirty apron and spend the money to enjoy a real class with alcohol and actually learn something.

Awesome atmosphere, great people and even better instructor! I took the weekend course where Chris taught us everything from layering shots to basic cocktails and it was a lot of fun. I learned more then I thought I would which was great. I would also recommend the wine and whisky tastings those were also really fun and if you take the class they're at a discounted rate

Fine Art Bartending School offers excellent teaching for all. Small class size and individual attention from instructors would ensure you get everything you need before starting your bartending career. I personally want to thank Chris and Ken for being patient all the time and passed me substantial knowledge about cocktails during my studies here.

Had so much fun in this class! Really challenges you, improves your knowledge, and makes you a fast and great bartender. Would take the class all over again!

Chris was an amazing and very informative instructor. Whether you're brand new to bartending and alcohol, or already have some experience, this is a great course for all skill levels and is a good time!

We took a team of 13 colleagues to a Friday afternoon cocktail making class. Chris was a brilliant teacher and host. We made 12 cocktails in 3 hours, and learnt some great tips and tricks about cocktail making.

Really enjoyed this course. Graham is amazing, easy going, also made me take an interest in prohibition. I'm now currently working in a pub on the weekends. Taking this course was beneficial for me I recommend it.:)

The teachers really make you feel comfortable make behind the bar. Its a nice course, they make it simple to understand the art of bartending. Greats teachers & great energetic class.

I went there with a group of 7 girls for a short fun class as part of my sisters bachelorette weekend. It was so much fun, everyone had a unique experience, and it was educational! Now I know what 1oz really is! Highly recommended!
