Finlay's East Beach Cafe

Lovely view of the ocean from the heated patio. Enjoyed the cranberry bran muffin with hot coffee. Friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Only had water and saw a friend I haven't seen in years, but the place smelled fantastic!

Great stop for breakfast before going through the border. Has a great ocean view with nice outdoor seating.

Simple, little cafe with self service, and a good bite! You order at the counter and the food is brought to you. People staying at the hotel above it comes down for meals, which makes it somewhat international:) We had breakfast there, which was simple, but good and filling, and definitely enough to keep you going for the day! Would recommend it. Good spacing on patio with tables so it's comfortable and not cramped, and has outside heating. Also, scones are OK!

Good location, good coffee, unappealing plastic wrapped and unwarmed muffin. Mango mousse cake may have been good but too tiny to taste. Too bad

Its a very good cafe to go with family. The food is so delicious and the staff is so good and we can always see them with a happy face and service is so good. I recommend to all of you to visit in this cafe.

I went here a few times when it was called Watt's but now it is called Finlay's I guess. From my most recent visit I had the tuna sandwich which was good with a side of bacon. The sandwich was filling and the bacon was cooked perfect. Good food. Nothing spectacular. I feel like all of this can easily be made from home but none the less it is a good place to have a simple breakfast or sandwich

Very very mediocre food. Mexican and Greek wraps were basically the same except the “Mexican” wrap had salsa. Both were mildly warm. The “curry” chicken soup was chicken broth with bits of chicken and celery but no curry flavour. Chai latte was just sweet. Butter chicken was on the “Christmas” menu on the board but since it wasn’t Christmas, we couldn’t have it. Grateful that it’s open today but would not come back given the choice
