Came here for a Bachelorette paint activity!

Jess was fantastic! She explained everything so gently and thoroughly! She was super knowledgeable and helpful!

In response to the reply- OMG I am so sorry that this was left as a 1-star review for six months. Yes, this was meant for a business with a similar name in Alberta. My mistake! I haven't been here before but I changed the review to 5 stars because of my mistake lol. Sorry!

Been a few times now and everytime has been amazing, never had any issues here. This place is run by great people and I highly recommend dropping by if you're in the area.

Really great experience! My partner and I went and each painted one thing. They have so many choices of different items you can paint, we both did kitchen type things but they have decor, sculptures, etc as well. Everyone that works there is very knowledgeable and explained everything to us about the experience. We left the things we painted there and they fire them, then we picked them up a week later. I actually got a friend a gift card to here because we had so much fun, I always recommend it to people. I painted a mug which came to around $50 in total which included the painting experience as well as it being fired, which made it completely worth the money.

I went to fired up with my friend for my birthday! It was a great experience since I love art and plants. This place has a lot of cute plants and my friend and I spent a lot of hours creating our special designs. I loved this experience and I had the best time. We coloured our chosen objects and picked them up after a week. Magic is real ️

The atmosphere just blown me away everytime when I walked in. Positive vibes only. Come in, paint with family or friends and just having an awesome time together. On top of that changing cool items to paint and the sweetest, most hilarious team ever. Send you guys all my love - Jule from Germany (who adored to work here)

Fun place to paint and get creative and we have been many times, however, our last visit the staff was not helpful or engaged whereas in previous visits they made an effort to ensure you had everything you needed to create.

Had such a good time here! Got to paint a bowl and picked it up a week later. Had a blast. The staff member that was there was super friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely be back.

Really adorable and well laid out place. Nice selection. There's defintiely the opportunity for cloths at the table and perhaps a paint colour reference card so you know how the colours will dry down, but overall the experience was nice.

Such fun! New staff member that day who was training. Bit slow and not very knowledgeable. Many staff working although had to go find them. They were chatting in the back.

I normally don’t post reviews online, but I wanted to make an exception here as I have been a patron of this establishment for many years and their attitude, quality, and performances are exceptional, as well as their choice of ceramics, paints, and other materials.

Here’s to many more and I look forward to coming there again!

My favourite mug was painted with love at Fired Up! Every time I visit, it is always an enjoyable experience with attentive and knowledgeable staff. Keep being awesome!

I've been to paint at fired up on numerous occasions, and each time has been just as enjoyable as the last, if not more so.the staff are very friendly and full of knowledge on any and all questions.the place is clean and well kept up, not to mention they seem to have a great routine to keep covid at bay.the atmosphere is light and conducive to creative flow.and the place is in a fantastic spot.it's really nice to be able to go to a shop like this and be able to zone out from the world and all its chaos for a while, like you can here. Kudos to the people that keep it running!

This business really goes above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable, safe and having a hilarious time. Had a lot of fun at our recent visit to make some Christmas presents. Thank you! Highly recommended, even in the face of this never-ending pandemic:)

It was pricey but good, I gotta say as a new experience there during Covid it wasn't the greatest. It costed us 30 dollars extra to just make a reservation on-top of the total for all the materials. I have been there before and this experience was definitely not the same, but what can I expect with Covid! Looking forward to seeing the outcome of our projects.

The way Fired Up has adapted to covid-19 conditions is just phenomenal. Their online purchasing is so pain free and delivery was very quick. Every staff member is great and super supportive of any questions you may have. If you have time away from work or school this is a wonderful activity, highly recommend Fired Up!

The ladies have gone above and beyond to help me complete my late husband's last piece. Not just a business, made up of caring, knowledgable people.highly recommended.

Had a super fun time with the wife in a relaxed environment with good music. The options were endless and if you wanted to try something mew then the staff were more then willing to help.

Such a cute place. Lots of variety when it comes to the different pieces you can paint and also good pricing options. Been there a few times now and enjoyed it immensely every time. Also the staff is always very helpful and friendly. Definitely would recommend.

So much fun and the staff were all really helpful. A bit pricey, but you are paying for all the work that goes into finishing the piece as well.

Although my kid had fun. I found the paint was runny and lacked variety. When I asked for a metallic, or pearly affect they gave me glitter (which wasnt glittery just black flecks, also $2 extra) I came in to pick up my items and there was a mug that had gold and a pearly finish on it. I asked and said that's what I was looking for, the employee told me it was only for the owner and her friends alone! Very disappointed. Over priced and no options for the effects your looking for, and not everything is available to everyone. Wont be going back!

Always great customer service and i love it here and no they are overpriced at all and they are amazing that's why i always end up coming back

This is a wonderful place to spend the afternoon or entire day. The staff were extremely helpful and explained the entire process to me with great ease. Love this place and cant wait to go back and paint many more projects.

AMAZING business and contribution to the ever growing art space in Victoria as well as giving back to the community through art. Owned by a badass lady with a badass staff to match. Such a lovely, eclectic, comfortable enviroment to make art in. Love how it can be as hands on or hands off type help as YOU wish. Love the setup and variety in pieces. Staff are not only badass (as stated above) but super friendly that treat everyone like they are old friends and its awesome! You can spend as much time as you want on a piece for however long (thankfully since im as slow as a sloth) no pressure. Great for any age or skill. Great for date night, birthdays, bachlorettes (they do parties just ask), girls night, rainy day activity or just because you wanna get dirty while making something beautiful! They do canvas classes and tutorials to! Seriously if you havent been there yet you need to check it out! Ps GREAT FOR GIFTS ESPECIALLY FOR THAT PERSON WHO'S IMPOSSIBLE TO BUY FOR.whats better then handmade? ! Oh wait there is better and fired up is both local and handmade! Worth the 1 week wait time for your piece to get fired!

Wonderful place to go with children or on a date. It's appropriately priced and the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly + helpful if you aren't a "artsy" person.

Great activity to take kids to. Took my 5 year old daughters and they loved picking out pieces and painting. Glad I didnt do one as well as I spent most of the time helping them get paints and clean up their palettes.

A clean, fun environment to make works of art. So much fun painting pottery pieces. The staff are extremely approachable, helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely be coming back to paint more.

Went here for part of my best friend’s bachelorette and we had so much fun! Jana was so nice, the paintings turned out amazing, they gave us lots of tea and played music we liked. All around 10/10, I would do this again.
