We just had a LOT of work done on our vehicle. It cost a fortune but we weren't surprised, we had our suspicions of what would need to be done. They did the work, fairly quickly. The older gentleman was overly friendly (almost suspiciously and desperately so), and then called us a few days later to say he wanted to have another look since we had spent so much money and had so much done. Incredibly time consuming having to take the time to drop the car off for another full day, but we had noticed some creaks and such that we hadn't had before. We had initially figured it might have been the new suspension parts wearing in, or stuff in the trunk. They had a look and claimed there was fishing line wrapped around our CV boot and made comments that maybe my husband had been out and about and shouldn't have driven on the beach, and that we'd need to have the CV boot fixed. This isn't a thing that happened. It only went to work. We said that we'd bring it back later to check if the supposed fishing line had caused issues. They said otherwise everything was fine (weren't concerned about the creaks).
The creaks stayed, and started getting worse, including some rattling noises. We decided it had to be addressed. I was scared it was going to become dangerous. We took it back, mentioning everything above. They had a look and said everything was tight and it was fine. They said there were no clunking or sounds. We did a bit more looking into it and it really seems that the CV is going. Pressure on the side of the passenger side front tire with just my foot causes the clunk noise, not to mention the creaking (not on any other wheels). The clunking and creaking got even worse in the days after they said it was fine. It got to the point we stopped driving the car on the highway if possible. We've just traded it in on something newer. I need something dependable for work. That car won't be getting serviced at BigO.

I stopped by, without an appointment, because my tire light came on. Nick was there and not only fixed the issue but also checked the others to ensure they were okay. Service was exceptional, I was so grateful for his kindness and his assistance!

Had a screw that punctured my tire as I was coming off the Barnett Highway. Nick was able to quickly inspect and assist. Very honest and helpful.

While having my tires rotated at Muffler Man on the same block I was told my rear brakes were almost gone and needed replacing. I came to Big O Tire for an estimate to replace my rear brakes. When I was there the mechanic brought me over to my car and showed me all four of my brakes. He told me I still had over 70% of my rear brakes remaining and he didn't feel right to replace something that was perfectly fine. I'm thankful that I came to this shop today. The service at the front desk from Tracy was excellent. I am beyond thankful for the honesty and transparency the mechanic displayed today. In the future should I require any vehicle services I will be coming here knowing that the people who work here are honest and fair. Thank you.

Cannot say enough about the service I received at this location. Nick & Steve were great to deal with and I'll be seeing them in the near future for some repairs I've been putting off. It's hard to find an honest shop these days and I'm so glad I found them!

Previously, Nick & Sal did awesome, reliable, professional and honest work. Nick goes far and beyond to ensure your car is in excellent condition, he is super friendly and ensures customer satisfactory. The new team under Steve is great, Steve continues to work with Nick which is really a great team as they both have amazing experience. This is the place to go to if you want assurance of vehicle best maintenance.

Our family has been with Steve for many years now because he always goes out of his way to make sure we're taking care of and he's always Fair. Steve and his team go the extra mile to make sure he's able to help out in any way from loaning a car to picking up and dropping off our vehicles and making car repair is painless as possible.

Not a wonderful experience. Nic appears to be gone and if he is't gone I can't imagine him treating his customers so shabbily. Had my car brought in, an older model. After paying almost $700.for repairs I noticed when driving away, a light was on, that was not on when I brought the car in. When asking for the mechanic to speak to me, he, the mechanic said in no uncertain terms, my car was old and it was towed in. When I asked what did the towing have to do with anything he said again, well it was the tow. When I asked if he could take a look at the light, he said, "sure let's hoist it up for another hourly fee". Nice customer service eh? The kind of great service that makes you never want to refer others, right? I have interacted with Nic and his mechanics in the past. Great service. Lovely. Not this time and this was the last time ever. Firestone and mechanic may you and all your kind go broke with such poor customer service skills.

Steve, Tracy and their crew are all amazing. They take care of our vehicles like their own, they always go above and beyond for us and will help get our units back on the road as quickly as possible.

Talked to Nick over the phone. He took the time to listen to what the problem was and give me possible solutions to try myself. Turns out he was right and I was able to fix my issue on my own. Thank you Nick.
