Have been going to the one on qaudra and Mckenzie for about 7 year and will always be going there they are great

Very misleading to be advertising that you're open on Sundays, allowing online appointments and then the shop being closed when one drives over for an appointment.

I had a great haircut here. The hairdressers are very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks!

The ladies who work here are the best and hilarious to chat with. I love them. Been going for years and i won't go anywhere else.

A family member took me here for trims. She was served by one of the regular cutters and then the desk guy called me over to his chair to trim my hair. Position & tools were not clean (particles on combs, hairs in brushes, etc.) nothing was in the disinfectant solution, minimal trim and my scalp and neck have been itchy ever since. Unfortunately,
my observations were made half way through the approx. 10 min.cut. Decent price but I would not recommend.

Don't try going after 5pm. Told they were closing even though they're supposed to be open until 6pm. Not the first time this has happened. Disappointing.

Never felt so unsure while getting a hair cut. The young guy has to be too young to be working or trained, and the other guy seemed to have a poor attitude the whole time and was glaring at me from the other chair.

I had to really go into detail for a very common/old hair cut, and the young guy, while trying his best, kept pushing up against my shoulder. I was expecting to have to go to another shop right after but I was able to fix it myself when I got home. Really just not a good experience and I wouldn't feel comfortable send a female family member in to get a cut
