Just moved to Mission, had a new girl Bella cutting my hair and she did a fantastic job, great help from the wonderful staff as well. I’ll be back

Its been a month and my son still has permanent bald spot wft is wrong with that lady. If you dont know something dont make little kids pay for it. Calling her stupid would be a compliment at this point.

10 min color roots, she rushed stains all over my neck, face and forehead. For a quick roots, they should take more time to be thoughtful of how I had to leave all stained. Won't return

The girl that booked us in today was definitely lovely! The way she played with my kids was adorable. She spun my daughter on the chair making her laugh, and it was really sweet. My daughter (4) and son (1) got a haircut today. The haircuts turned out nice, so that's good. The girl who cut my daughters was sadly so rude to my daughter. It was hard to listen to, as my daughter was very excited. My daughter is such an adult pleaser and was trying so hard to sit still but was very excited. I mean honestly though she was hardly moving. More patience would have gone a long way in making the experience better for her. Literally no patience was given to her. As soon as she moved slightly, the girl snapped rudely at her. I hope the girl cutting her hair was just having a bad day and isn't always so disrespectful towards excited kids. The girl who cut my sons hair almost turned him down before even trying. Which through me off honestly because he's gotten his hair cut a few times and I've never experienced such lack of patience with them before. However once she got cutting his hair she was very silly with him and it turned out great! I hope in future the staff here remember these things are very exciting for kids! And it's okay if it takes an extra 5 mins to be kind to kids, they are just kids.

First off this is an amazing place. I've been going to veena for 12 years and she cuts a perfect hair style.since she's been gone this very amazing women TIFFANY has stepped in to cut my hair and let me tell u.she's phenomenal. Hilarious and just an all around great time at the salon. Truly appreciate what she does for me. I recommend this place for these people.
