Our trip was absolutely fantastic, and a large part of the credit goes to our tour guide, Ken Hui. His expertise and in-depth knowledge of the area truly impressed us. Ken's wealth of experience added immense value to our journey, as he shared fascinating insights and historical facts throughout. His passion and dedication were evident as he went above and beyond to create a memorable experience for us. We feel incredibly fortunate to have had Ken Hui as our tour guide, and his exceptional skills and guidance made our trip truly exceptional.

Our 4-day Banff tour was regrettably marred by numerous disappointments, primarily stemming from the tour guide's lack of consideration and questionable actions. From the start, it became apparent that his communication skills were lacking, with a notable emphasis on boosting his ego rather than ensuring a positive experience for participants. The tour guide asserted his control over everything, proclaiming the ability to arrange plans however he saw fit.

Despite our decision to forego the group meals, the tour guide went out of his way to isolate us, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere. His attempts to manipulate us with false claims about the inflated cost of food in Banff and limited dining options outside the group conveyed an attitude as if we were entirely clueless about the area.

Adding to the frustration, the tour guide sought to exploit his position by significantly increasing the price for breakfast at one hotel, presumably for his own commission. This not only demonstrated a lack of integrity but also contributed to our overall dissatisfaction with the tour.

Furthermore, his actions went beyond misinformation; he actively hindered our engagement with hotel staff, impeding our access to accurate information. This intentional communication obstruction highlighted a troubling pattern of behavior, leaving us not only frustrated but also feeling taken advantage of throughout the entire tour. In essence, the combination of the tour guide's lack of consideration, poor communication skills, and attempts to exploit the situation for personal gain created an environment that fell far short of our expectations for an enjoyable and seamless travel experience.

Thanks to our guide, Tom, the 9-day Disney-Vegas-San Francisco tour was a blast! The entire trip was well planned, and he certainly went above and beyond our expectations. Great itinerary covering Reno, Vegas, Disneyland, Universal Studios and San Francisco and much more. Our family had a great time.

We really enjoyed our trip to Whistler. Ken Hui is very experienced and knowledgable as a tour guide and brought us to a lot of points of interest with beautiful views!

The tour guide Aken is very friendly and knows the history of the scenic spots very well. I will definitely look for tour guide Xu next time I visit.

Our tour guide Ken Hui was a very talkative person with a humorous personality. He had professional photography skill and took beautiful photos for me! It was a fun trip to Victoria. Highly recommend to bring this attractive guy along, especially if you need help taking nice photos.

We took a one-day tour of Whistler today on 9/11, and met Ken Hui as our tour guide. His professionalism, service attitude, and enthusiastic explanations made us enjoy this rich journey very much!

Disappointing tour. Tour guide is unclear about tour arrangement. We were constantly checking among ourselves when we should return to the coach. Even worse, the itinerary promises different seats assigned every day. Tour guide did nothing accordingly, which was extremely unfair. Go for another travel agency but never First Express if you want good quality travel experiences.

Ken Hui is our tour guide today for a one day Victoria Tour. He is very good, responsible, caring, etc. I had a very good time with my family as Ken as our tour guide.

We joined the 4-Day Tour to the Rockies/Banff, and it far exceeded our expectations! Our tour guide, Tom, was exceptionally knowledgeable. Throughout the entire trip, he shared stories and histories of the Rockies, lakes, scenery spots, etc. The Moraine Lake private tour is not to be missed! The photos we've taken do not do it justice at all. You can't possibly capture the essence of that experience on camera.

Ken Hui was our guide and was fantastic. He took care of our group all day and made sure we were comfortable. He helped with pictures. The ferry ride was beautiful. He is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Highly recommended and was worth every penny.

We just had a trip with Ken Hui to Vancouver Island and he was the absolute best Tour Guide you could possibly ask for. He took so many pictures of us at the Butchart Gardens and was very patient and kind. He also is extremely knowledgeable and has such a vibrant and an outgoing energy! A big shout-out to our tour guide Tom, who has always been consistent with his professionalism and expertise. We’ve joined the Disneyland 9-day tour numerous times, and each trip was amazing and unique. Tom was very dedicated and would always go the extra mile to make sure everyone was happy and well taken care of.

Victoria day trip led by Ken Hui was great. He knows his stuff and is also trilingual. Ride was smooth and the locations he took us to were very nice. Would definitely recommend.

I just went to Victoria Island with Ken Hui. He was an amazing tour guide. He was extremely nice, funny, and good looking. He took us to to the Butchant Gardens, the BC Assembly Building, and Canada’s Castle. He was extremely knowledgeable, telling us historical stories and facts. He was also a great photographer as he helped us take a lot of beautiful pictures. I would highly recommend this tour with Ken.
