I moved on to the next.kodoos for being that busy but it's not what I'm looking for.

I have now completed my orthodontic treatment at first impressions just in time for the holidays. Dr. Luu and his team have been so professional and accommodating from start to finish. I knew my case was a difficult one requiring surgery and was feeling quite hesitant; however, they were patient with me and provided me with treatments options that made for the best results. Superb customer service. Once I got the free consultation I was ready for braces that I had been putting off for 15 years. The staff are very welcoming and accommodating especially when I need last minute help. The environment is clean and I never have to wait to get my appointment started. They always provide me with enough supplies to take home and are very accommodating if I run out. If you want to change your smile this is the place.

I got Invisaligns here and the results are amazing. Dr. Luu and the team are very pleasant and the overall experience is great. You will always feel comfortable and supported. I found this clinic via word of mouth, I had been seeing another orthodontist for Invisalign for 5 years and my bite still didn't align. I switched over to see Dr. Luu and followed his recommendations for braces treatment. The first thing I noticed with the team at First Impressions is their patient centric approach - they really know orthodontics in and out! I got my first pair of Invisalign about 3 years ago. The overall experience was a good and simple one. There were no mishaps, and I just had to keep my Invisalign in for 22hrs each day. So I only took them off when I ate. It was very simple to do and the results came over time.

Dr. Luu, the front desk, and the entire ortho team were amazing. He was very attentive to the detail and aimed for perfection. Which, I appreciate, thank you for straightening my teeth! I first met with Dr. Luu & the FI team back in summer of 2018 for an Invisalign treatment. It was estimated it could take 2 years for my teeth to straighten properly, and sure enough, 2 years later (along with keeping myself accountable), I've got myself a set of perfectly straight teeth. During this experience, I could really see that both Dr. Luu and his team of staff show the utmost care in their clients' health & treatment. They are very transparent and always kept me updated of appointments and my progress. They also ensured they had the proper covid-19 protocols in place, so there wasn't a time where I didn't feel safe. For anyone looking for orthodontics of any sort, I would recommend FI and Dr. Luu.

If you want everything done professionally I would go to this place. Dr. Luu and his team are amazing and friendly.
He is very picky and attention oriented about what he does which made me very confident throughout my treatment. He will go above and beyond to give you the best treatment that suits you.
If you are reading this and debating that maybe your dentist can give you a same treatment, you are mistaking. I drove more than an hour to go to him because I believe in his treatment.

First, a little backstory:
When I was 17, I got Invisalign. I was warned by that orthodontist that I’d never have “perfectly straight teeth”, because they were “just too crowded”. I had Invisalign for about 4 years, and they never really worked. I thought I was going to have to live with my biggest insecurity for the rest of my life.

When I turned 25, I decided I’d try “traditional” metal braces to see if they worked any better. I had originally planned to go to a few different consultations and scope out my options, but after my first consultation with First Impression, I chose them. Everyone was so kind to me, and I was quoted a very reasonable price and amount of time I’d need to wear them.

I had a wonderful experience here. The office is so inviting, the staff always greeted me by name, and my teeth are seriously PERFECT now! This sounds so cheesy but I literally cannot believe these are my teeth. They are flawless and I am absolutely ecstatic.

Not a lot of people will say they love going to their ortho's but I enjoyed my every visit to FIO's. Part of it was because of the knowledgable and awesome staff. Dr. Luu is meticulous with his craft and makes sure that you are happy with the result. It's a bittersweet moment as my braces journey is over, but, but, but.it is not totally over as I will still get to see the staff and Dr. Luu for my retainer!

I’ve recently removed my braces after 2.5 years with First Impression Orthodontics. Very happy with my final results. Right Before seeing Dr. Luu, I had braces for 2 years with another orthodontist. I was dissatisfied with my smile back then because my whole jaw after braces seemed to be more protruded than my original one and the first orthodontist didn’t do anything to my missing molar tooth. He told me to do an implant after braces. Then I came to Dr. Luu. He fixed my protruded jaw by taking advantages of the open space from the missing tooth (which the first orthodontist didn’t) and removing 3 teeth. I’m so happy with my smile, no more protruding jaws. Highly recommended Dr. Luu and his staff.
