So kind and helpful service during an incredibly difficult time. They’ve been very helpful with the paperwork needed for government agencies, which can be overwhelming after losing someone. They really do ensure you are ok and have help get sorted when you need it the most. I would absolutely recommend their services.

My mother died on Thursday March 9,2023. I called First Memorial on Friday and Barb called me back on Monday exactly when I was told I would be contacted.
Fortunately Mom planned very well. And the service we received from Barb was extraordinary. She made us seem as if we were her most important clients ever and her humour and professionalism impressed my brother, sister, and I a great deal. Mom would certainly have enjoyed having Barb at one of our Scrcabble and Rummy Cube nights. Thank you so much for being there.
I guess now my siblings and I should continue using First Memorial for our futures. After all, Mom knew the best.

The Funeral Director was amazing. She combined kindness with competence. She made a difficult time so much more bearable. This was the second time with this Funeral Director in a year. Just knowing she was going to shepard everything through the process was a weight off my heart. Because we had made all the arrangements in advance the fraud protection was done right away, the forms were predominantly filled out for me as the Executrix. The checklist they provide to ensure everything is taken care of is very useful. I highly recommend them.

My mother prepaid for her cremation and other arrangements. It made a world of difference at a confusing time. The people at First Memorial were wonderful and I will now be making sure I make the same arrangements to make things easier for family when I pass.
