From the moment we entered First Memorial and spoke with Terrie, we were in amazing good hands. Terrie took her time, listened to our needs, gave exceptional advice and walked us through what was a most difficult time for our family. The dignity given to my brother and having him look like the person we knew, brought so much comfort to our mother and all of us. I thank Terrie and Melinda for making us feel like we were and are a part if the First Memorial Family.

To be completely honest I couldn't have had better service and experience after my mom's passing including all the help and the brochure and explaining everything. At the beginning I wasn't looking forward to this experience at all but your staff completely change my mind on how quality funeral homes can really help a family.
