My family conducted a private funeral service for my father on a Saturday. We are grateful to First Memorial Funeral Service for offering a more intimate space for our self-directed memorial service with viewing at a reasonable cost. The funeral directors demonstrated utmost professionalism and were very helpful in facilitating our service effectvely.

I am extremely thankful to Raj for making sure that everything was carried out with utmost love, empathy and quick turn around. We were devastated when we lost our brother in a plane crash and it was Raj who from day 1 was extremely meticulous and would follow up on each and every step. I would highly recommend Raj more than any service. She is an asset to any funeral service she works for. God bless you Raj ji

Very professional.they helped us plan our Mothers funeral perfectly. We knew to come back after planning our Father's funeral back in 2008. They make the process simple and easy.

I contacted Angel who works for the funeral service company last December 2022.

She made the process really simple and easy to understand.

Usually I get a little concerned about upsells or being opted to purchase things I dont need. Angel was extremely helpful and comforting to help me pick out services and items that best suited my families needs and never did I feel pressured to get anything I wasn't sure of.

On the day of the funeral, the entire event went smoother than ever imagined.

With all the emotions and crying from the event its self, Angel and the staff at Memorial Funeral Services made all our guests, family, and relatives feel welcome, at home, and as comfortable as possible.

I really don't think it could have gone smoother than it did during the funeral event.

It was the best parting event anyone could ever ask for. My family, friends, and all attendees were extremely thankful and happy for hosting the funeral at Memorial Funeral Services.

Thank you to First Memorial for their compassion and customer service during a difficult time. Ms. Rajkamal was professional and responded in a timely manner to all my questions and concerns before, during and after the service.

Please do note that the cremation is off site about a 20 minute drive from the funeral home. That being said the service and cremation ceremony were both done with the utmost dignity for my sister Rose.

I want to say how thank-full and grateful myself and my family are, for the kindness and caring that was shared by Tracy, Nichol and all the staff from first memorial funeral chapel in regard to the recent passing of my daughter Camille Turner-Webb. My daughter's passing was tragic. Tracy's compassion for people helped me through a very difficult time. Camille's funeral was beautiful. The atmosphere made everyone that came feel at ease. The obituary that was posted by Dignity memorial brought tears to my eyes. The poem says it all. I highly recommend anyone that is facing the passing of a loved one, to contact First Memorial Funeral Services for any need. They really care.

I want to thank the staff at Dignity for their services related to cremation services that were done for my father who died on June 15th, 2022. My dad requested that he didn't want a funeral and our small family honoured this request but still feel that someday we are going to memorial event of some kind for him and for my beloved mother who had passed away 7 years prior to my father's death. She too was cremated and requested that a funeral be not made for her. Many years ago my mother and father prepaid for their cremations. I do not know whether that is available anymore. Dignity honoured the prepaid arrangements.
I was put at ease with the details of the cremation of my father by Banni or as she calls herself Bonnie. She was very kind, understanding and very patient with my sisters and I in procuring all the documents necessary for dad. She was also very flexible with her schedule to accommodate me. Raj helped us in all ways possible and went above and beyond to help us in completing all the process and paperwork. She took care of everything all by herself and we weren’t worried at all about the process as she was in contact at all the steps.

We dealt with Raj to have my father in law's body to be transported to India during covid. I found her to be very professional honest with high degree of ethical standard. Once we handed over to her, we had not much to deal with. She took care of everything. Just have sincere gratitude I am so glad we chose First Memorial Funeral Services.
