I would Definity NOT recommend.

The quality went down horribly with the new owners. I went in to get my nails done, seemed all good then the next day a nail chipped right off, i barley felt it. I went back in and they fixed it and during this she admitted she saw an air pocket between the nail and the gel and knew it was not going to last and fall off quickly. So instead of fixing the issue then when she saw it she just continued. Thus i had to drive all the way from surrey back to Abbotsford again to get 1 nail fixed. I have had these less then 1 WEEK and another nail has fallen off, another one is lifting, and another one has almost all the glossy top coat off already. This is extremally disappointing and i will never be coming back. I used to recommend this place, but now I have also shared this with some friends and family and they won't be going back either. Please improve your work and quality of products, and don't lie to your customers, if you see an issue fix it then.

The technician is experienced, meticulous and always meets my requests while always having fun!

This is the best nail salon in Abbotsford. I have tried many other places and am satisfied with First Nails Salon, great service, reasonable prices and very professional! Will return!

Got my nails done by the fabulous Tee @ First Nails (pic attached). Im super picky about my nails but shes never let me down! Highly recommend her!

I’ve been going to first nails for a few years now, however since the owners have changed the quality of the work has dropped significantly. This was a very poor job with nail paint on the cuticles. Does not seem professional at all. Seems like a young child had done these. The lady also didn’t paint the ends of the nails which also shows how poorly they were done. The length of the nails are also different for each finger/hand. Will no longer be returning.

Do not go here, horrible place, not clean, people don't know how to do nails, and management is rude

Poor customer service & the manager) is too arrogant. She was ridiculously RUDE. Asked them to do white on my toes she said she couldn’t do it and i have to pick a darker colour, even though her own nails were painted white. The manager wouldn’t translate and was treating me like she only cares about money and wants me gone as soon as possible
The service is PATHETIC for the prices they charge.
The only staff who was understanding and fixed my nails was T.
Would NOT recommend going to this place AT ALL.
VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Don't get your eyebrows waxed there ior tinted. Left a complete mess. I looked like a clown. Al lopsided leyebrows, missing half my eyebrows and just complete awful. The Asian lady with the nice eyebrows don't use her.

My go to nails for pedicure whenever I’m in town! Quick, efficient, welcoming, friendly. Not a fan of the hot stone they put on my legs after though! They always try best to squeeze me in whenever I call in or walk in!

Bad service, such poor quality for high prices. Got my nails done and I could peel them off right away. When I complained he said come in to get them fixed in front of this customers. Later when i went there she said we don’t have time now

I've started going here within the last month and a half.they have done an excellent job every time. My nails feel comfortable and natural. The staff are friendly and welcoming. My new go-to place!

My friend went to get a full set of acrylics. The person who was doing her nails was rough when she was filling them. My friend wanted almond shape and at first she didn’t even know how to do the shape. I even showed her a picture of what my friend wanted but she made the French tip way too thick and she didn’t know how to draw on the snowflake so someone else had to. They don’t look like the picture and they didn’t even have the glitter my friend wanted. I had a horrible experience here and I don’t recommend coming here at all.

Way too rude with customers and doesn’t even know how to talk to a customer. Doesn’t recommend it at all.

First time going there and I’m so happy with my experience! My nail artist gave me exactly what I asked for, they were perfectly shaped and they look gorgeous. Definitely coming back

Came for a last minute manicure, and really appreciate the attention the tech gave me! I asked him to do a colour match for me, and he got it perfect, and I couldn’t be happier!

Poor service, I’ve been coming to this place despite the bad reviews for sometime but I can’t handle anymore bad experiences my self. They have horrible time management. They will schedule you for a time and have you wait for half hour and not even say anything like it’s ok to waste peoples time.will not be returning to this business which is unfortunate because they have some good girls working in there.

They gave me best service I tried my gel nails from so many places my nails last only 10 days but from this place already month my nails stil looks Gud. I strongly recommend to this place Thank you

What an amazing experience. I showed the wonderful lady a combination of the 2 designs I wanted and she did 100x better then what I was expecting. Great vibes in the salon they are so nice to you and conversate with you. A huge selection of colours and a selection of amazing smells for a pedicure!

I had a lovely first experience there today. The gal who did my nails, Ti, really took her time which I appreciated. Normally I feel rushed through getting nails done but she was really meticulous and intentional. I will definitely go see her again. I got shellac on my fingers and regular polish on my feet. Great price, great experience.

I’ve been going to First Nail Salon for many years and they are amazing to me! Whenever i have shown them a picture of what i want they always will give you what you want. They will always make time for you! In my opinion, First Nail Salon is #1 rated in Abbotsford

They were extremely rude when I asked them to fix something my nails were crooked and un even they didn’t use acrylic powder on my nails they used nail polish I don’t ever write reviews this is my first one and I was trying to find a good nail place reading the reviews ect and all I’m saying is there nails dont look like the pics they have up AND LISTEN TO ALL THE BAD REVIEWS trust me on this don’t go there their nails are horrible

These guys are doing fabulous work. I highly recommended for nail extensions and shellack. This is my future saloon for Nails. I went just for shellack but my three nail were short they put 3 nail extensions free for me they just took money for shellack not for 3 nail’s extensions. Very professional service

I took my girlfriend here. She was very unsatisfied with the service and the quality of her nails. Not only did they fight with her on what was supposed to be a simple design, but also charged way more after the nails were done when they told my girlfriend it would only be 65$ ended up having to pay almost 100$

This is the only Salon I go to in Abbotsford. They fit me in at the end of the day Sunday. Very professional service. A lot of attention paid to ensure nice square tips. I am in LOVE. Already looking forward to my next set. The shop is quaint and bright!

Did a great job with the nails, loved the end result and the staff was also friendly. However, the guy who was doing my nails cut me many times and due to excessive filling of the sides of my nails caused them to become sore and bleed. Even after several hours they are sore and hurt to touch

This was my first time i love the finishing my nils pulls the stuff so friendly i will go back for sure

I had acrylic on my nails ans removed it myself. I went to get gel so that my nails weren't so weak and bendy. He didn't soak my nails, he didn't scrape or clip my cuticles, he didn't do any shaping, he left nail polish all over my fingers, they're dents and marks in the cured nail polish and he didn't even oil My cuticles. Would not recommend.

All my nails are loose they all broke not one stayed on and they all broke within not even having them on for 2 weeks

I have to give a huge thank you! My nails were were butchered from someone else. They took me in & fixed it. They made it 1000x better! Thank you! They take there time to fix and do such a beautiful job!

Poor customer service & the lady (owner/ manager) is too arrogant. I felt uncomfortable as she keep yelling throughout my entire appointment. Been there few times, but found other staff nice except her. Overall, even though they do good nails job, I won’t recommend anyone as they discriminate & are too aggressive.

Tom was Soo great. Had a pedi, nails & gel nails done. They are so nice there and do a great job. Takes time to make sure it's done nice, even and what we want.

I went in as a walk in with my aunt, I asked if they had what I wanted (holographic) I was told yes. After the acrylic and everything was done I find out they do not have holographic but chrome. I wash my hands and every finger and cuticle is full of acrylic (took a few days to come off) My nails were all uneven lengths and some crooked not to mention super thick. Weren't at all coffin shape like i asked for. A week and a half later the gel overlay is peeling and the chrome is pretty patchy. Wont go back.

I took my daughters for a pedicure today and we had the best time with the wonderful staff at First Nails Salon. It was our first visit to this salon and it's not going to be our last. They're really sweet, very skilled (the nail art - my girls are so happy with the flowers!), and everything was very clean. We all really enjoyed the massage with hot rocks and that we weren't rushed in and out. Thank you so much!

Absolutely love my new artist Jenny! I just show her a picture of what I want, and she nails it (no pun intended), every time! I only pay a few dollars more than my old artist, but it's totally worth it. Definitely recommend this place!

Lovely experience! Best pedicure of my life and staff was so friendly! They took the time to massage my feet and rub them with hot stones and I have never felt more relaxed. It's been 3 weeks and the polish is still going strong! Loved this place and will be returning as much as possible!

This place is more than just a nail salon. They are highly experienced and I recommend them 100%! Tom has taught me how to take care of my nails and alwayssss smiles when he's finished. I feel the passion at this place. I feel the professionalism here. Irene, Tee & Jenny are the same. I usually don't call for one of them to do my Manis and pedis because they're all AMAZING!

I used to go to a different salon for many years but now have a new home. My nails are real! Tom has helped me and shown me the proper way to maintain my real nails. The pricing is sooo good too and I love their massage chairs. Skilled crew at this place with good service. They can do diamonds, designs, explain it and they'll "nail it" lol I never have to wait and they finish a Mani and pedi within an hour! What else can you ask for? !

Very personal enjoyed yhe conversation while gerting nails done and they turned out great. Don't even get me started on prices! I thought they had made a mistake amd under charged me.lol

The Staff has amazingly artist type skills! Best of all it's like a candy store for nails! Seriously they have ever color you can think of, glow in the dark polish, polish that changes color with hot or cold, glitter, beads, and bows! Staff was friendly and fun! It was a not only a great service but now I have prettier nails than you!: p lol It was like beautiful nail art bar!

I love this place! I have moved to cloverdale but still come out here to see Jenny and Tom. I love how clean they are how professional and knowledgeable they are. I have never had a bad experience in the 3 years I've been coming! Love this place

I got acrylics for the first time here and they looked horrible. They were crooked, the colour was uneven, and they were the wrong shape. I took them off after the first day. Total waste of money. I asked for coffin but the lady just gave me square, not what I wanted. My friend got hers done at the same time as me by the other lady and they looked great. I know my friend goes there for her nails all the time but I will never go back.

I tried out this place for the first time the other day. The owner (male) is amazing at doing fake nails! He was so gentle and made sure that i was satisfied with them. The color selection is HUGE! They have so many! I think this will be my new nail salon!

Love! I had Tee (sorry if the spelling is incorrect) do a set of gel nails today and she was AMAZING. I was nervous because I haven't had fake nails in years but she truly took her time, made me feel relaxed and that I liked my nails along the way and her along with the other staff made it a really great experience. Stumbled upon this place when my regular nail salon was closed over day, and I'm so glad I did! My shellac nails have never lasted as long as they last when I get them done at first nails! The only reason I need to take the shellac off is because my nails have grown too long! Love this place. Staff is kind and friendly. Reasonably priced. They always make time for you.

First nails was amazing and these nails were my first nails and I was ok but the staff was not friendly but they were ok and my nails look good
