Gigi was very friendly and efficient in helping us obtain our vehicle registration and insurance. Being from Alberta we were not familiar with the process in BC. Gigi explained the options for our insurance. We left comfortable that we had the right insurance. Would highly recommend.

Great service on all occasions that I had to make a visit. I did not get the name of the lady who had returned from maternity leave who gave me correct information on dealing with out of province drivers license and car import. The second time I came with my car for registration and insurance, got excellent service from Laura who explained everything well and also helped me with fixing my license plates. Highly recommend.

I was just driving by last month from my brand new job and saw the AutoPlan sign so I took a chance and drove in. Keisha Theodore was very helpful and gave me some great advice on renewing my car insurance. This is the difference between a data entry clerk and a professional. I never experienced this before and was pleasantly surprised. Sometimes getting insurance can be an intimidating experience but I felt she was on my side. She is a diamond and it's easy to see she cares and really takes pride in her job. I hope she is recognized & promoted within this company.
