Absolutely atrocious gym. Dirty and the staff are so lazy. Machines are awful, tiny space and not even worth 1 star.

Creepy staff member Nawaf makes it ZERO POINT ZERO. He’s one creepy weirdo.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. RSF is a billion times better. Fit4Less SUCKS.

Cancelled my membership in September over the phone with them and they have now charged me for the following 2 months. No one ever picks up the phone which makes this difficult to resolve

Place is very reasonably priced and staff do an amazing job at keeping the place clean. In addition, there are disinfectant spray and paper towels everywhere for people to clean the machine after use.

Worked really good for me - I don't use machines and never been in the washrooms. I get in, do my pullups/pushups and some dumbbells, and I'm out.
If you're this type of person, I think it would work for you, otherwise, and from the comments I read about harassment or washrooms I have no clue.

It can get a bit busy and the gym is small - there was a day I got in and got out almost the same minute because it was so busy!

Key card dosen't wrok sometimes and you are locked out i try to reach out via email they said oh over sytem is fine you have just 3 seconds to get in otherwise you locked out i read the comments other people have same issues they dont care if you locked out seems manger feel happy if you stay outside

They have the Worst costumer service. Washrooms are very dirty. Employees are not well trained. They just charge you the fees and don’t care about costumers.

Absolutely terrible gym. They NEVER answer the phone when you call
However when you arrive there always sitting in the office
The cleanliness of the gym is terrible from tissue paper left everywhere
The bathrooms look like there cleaned maybe once a week
And then last week I was in a rush after work and decided I would maybe shower there
And this was the last time I went as there tanning beds were "broke" for over a week and the showers were absolutely disgusting
I've seen better showers in prisons.
This gym should have a a zero star rating

Staff is unfriendly and never answer (tried to freeze my membership mutiple times with no answer or call back now it's expired.)

Machines are fine. Small room for stretching / other weight lifting. When busy very crowded. Small space.

Fit4less in the Richmond location is extremely unprofessional. If I could I would rate them with no stars. They do not have a stable manager that you can reach nor do they reply your emails. Today, I called the gym for a follow up and the staff there told me that even staff could barely reach the manager. You can imagine how unprofessionally managed this gym is. The staff also told me that he had to go abruptly and hung up the phone while we were having a conversation. They do not have an honour system when facilities are out of service, even if it was out of service for a month. They do not contact you by email nor telephone to inform you that your membership is expiring. You need to pay an extra fee on top of your registration for a new membership after the old one has expired which is crazy especially when you have been an active customer. I do not trust or recommend this gym and I will not ever be renewing my membership here. You pay for what you get.

Nothing 'less' about pricing. Will take 30 days to cancel and charge you the entire time for it. No option to pause membership. If you cancel and re-take membership, you'll have to pay a 40$ cleaning fee for the entire year again.

The gym is very cramped.
Workout machines are packed next to each other with less than a foot of space between them.
The overall gym has very limited floor space.
Poorly lit with yellowish lighting.
The massage machines could use some serious wear and tear maintenance. The hydro massagers lack privacy.

The only pros of this gym are that they open 24/7 and that their membership is very cheap. However, if you don't need the 24/7 service, you're better off spending an extra 4-5$ a month and getting a membership at club16. Much a much better gym and much larger.

As a retired pro athlete, i can say this place is perfect for me! Staff is amazing and very helpful! Affordable and accessible!

DISGRACE OF A SERVICE. Got a membership and was CLEAR about my MEDICAL MASK EXAMPTION. A week after that apparently they got threatened by Richmond by law and said they won't respect my medical examption. I explained nicely it's ILEGAL AND RACISTS and there manager did nothing. Offcurse I cancel it.
Spinless cowards.

It used to be open 24/7 before the pandemic. I like the fact that social distance measures are in place. Equipment are sanitized every after workout session. Plus it's affordable.

There are bathrooms on site.
Hand sanitizers are in place too.

If your new to this gym please note that there is a good habit of sanitizing your equipment after your workout. It has always been like this even before Covid. So don't just leave the equipments without doing the due deligence although it's not part of the rules.

Great staff. Just wish this gym was a bit bigger - I think honestly, there should always be a limit on the people allowed. 30 makes it feel just right as soon as you add a few more people it feels packed. Otherwise it’s a great price for what you get.

Update3/13/2021 Contacted them via facebook they were able to solve the problem. Didn’t take too long.

Tried to cancel my membership due to covid few months ago. Apparently I signed a 1 contract which I’m fine with it. I was told the membership will be canceled till the end of contract. Now my contract is over, looked at my bank they still withdraw my money and never pick up the call.

Extremely unprofessional, I applied to cancel my membership in FEBURARY, and was promised it would be cancelled. I was still getting charged until April 20th where I had to call complain and get it "cancelled again", which means I still have to pay for another month after April because their cancellation apparently takes a month to process. Rep said the manager will call me, but NEVER called me. I tried calling in, never picked up. ITs not a lot of money but its really just about the principle and integrity at this point. You have my file, feel free to contact me to resolve this and I would be happy to take down this review. But prior to that, this is my option and feedback on this gym and its service.

Have been trying to call to cancel my membership almost 9 months no one responded my calls.easy to join but when you try to cancel they will tell you to Go online. Online will tell you to call and when you call no one answer your calls

As of covid they are no longer running at maximum capacity and operating 24/7. If you want to workout you’ll need to make a booking online for a block of time or drop in if they are not full in the current session. But other than that minor inconvenience the gym is in perfect shape, equipments are plentiful, regularly cleaned and staff is very respectful. Did not give 5 stars as they never answer calls. And the information about booking time is not found on the website, must ask in person

Have been trying to get my husband's membership cancelled for the last 6 months. I was able to cancel my membership with a downtown location over Facebook, but this location told my husband he had to be on premises to complete the procedure. He went once but afterwards our bank account was still being debited every two weeks. To this date they're still taking money from our account. They now owe us months in refunds. How much work does it take to cancel an account?

I go to this specific location three times a week. The staff are friendly, professional and most importantly diligent in keeping the gym clean. They are constantly cleaning, dis-infecting equipment, even lockers and keep all the disinfectant bottles topped up as many members have the proper attitude. Most of the times, people complain when things don't go their way, especially during these challenging times, however we should appreciate the efforts made by the staff and majority of the members alike for caring about each other's health and safety. I made the effort to thank the staff for their efforts, suggest more members should extend the same courtesy. Good gym, good staff, safe environment.

The gym is cleaned regularly. The staff is nice. The only downside is that there is no unassisted squat rack.

Hey guys I never normally leave reviews but I’m doing it in hopes that it improves.

Ever since Covid the gym has hit rock bottom in the service department and the system they have in place leaves you with no option to go to the gym.

I’ll go into more detail but the short version is if you a new member do not sign up if you want to work out until the gym reopens full time 24/7.

So my story is I go to the gym every day but now I can’t you get 2 appointments you can book but unfortunately there will never be any available to select because they are all taken. So I decided to try my luck at getting in as a drop in after people with appointments. It went well for the first few times but then there was 17plus people trying to get in. So now there has been thousands of people turned away at this point and you will be too. It got to the point where the staff and a crowd of customers were yelling at each other. So I decide to take a break from the gym and workout out side for the last 5-6 weeks but now with the smoke and bad weather that isn’t possible either. So I called in and asked how the business was doing and I heard good things I was optimistic increased numbers and all that but unfortunately I was turned away once again with many other people (all paying for the gym monthly by the way) we are all paying for a timeshare at a gym we can’t even use. So I kept my head held high and put my name on the wait list for the next session. Upset but still having a good day I waited 75 mins to get in. Only to try and get in and be lectured on their systems and told I should wait longer. This made me extremely upset then that same staff chose to dismiss me and that was the last straw I felt defeated I just wanted to work out and now I was emotional and it’s not fun to workout like that. Weeks of anticipation led to a terrible workout and worse customer service. After my breakdown the employee apologized. But that doesn’t fix the one chance I had to go to the gym that was now ruined. I’m sure I’m not alone in this and many have already switched gyms to ones with better systems.

Fit for less please fix your awful system.

I have since been back to this location and I have seen an overall improvement but I am unsure how they will do the line up system in the leading cold months when not everyone has a car to sit in and walkins need to be inline in front of the door for a chance to get in but overall slowly improving I’m waiting for 24 hours to come back and I’ll update my review again.

Overall slower lately easy to get in and get appointments now.

Cleaning staff SHOULD HAVE SIGNS UP when cleaning washrooms!
I came in the washroom one day with my headphones on, not knowing the whole time a female cleaning crew was in one of the stalls the whole time. Same thing happened to a friend of mine in the ladies washroom. PLEASE have some courtesy for patrons regardless of how busy or not the site was.
It takes a second to put up a sign to let US paying customers know it’s being cleaned, which we appreciate.
Otherwise, place has everything to get a good workout. I wished there was a free rack bar station though to do free squats in addition to the smith machine.
I will be back to review if any changes have been made regarding washroom incident and maybe add another

This matter has not been resolved at all!
Who ever the owner (s) of this place is wake up and take account.
The other morning around 3am, the cleaning lady was mopping the men’s washroom, no signs up that she was in there, earphones on talking on the phone, floor, hallway and locker areas soaked with mop water and not enough wet floor signs up. Potential slipping hazard! I’m surprised you haven’t been subpoenaed for slip and fall lawsuit yet.
It’s a 24hr gym, I would think the same rules should apply as if it were in the middle of the day.
BBB, worksafe or equivalent companies should be looking into this if this won’t be corrected.
Please do your due diligent, Owners. It’s a decent facility, but not if patrons get hurt by idiotic practices from the maintenance team.

This gym prides itself on no judgment, yet when I showed an early to mid 20s girl with blonde hair that a machine wasn't working, her behaviour appeared very judgmental and belittling. She demonstrated lack of knowledge on how to operate the machines, which I can overlook, but not her attitude. I went there today from 10am-12pm, please give her a talk on how to properly interact with customers. Thank you.

Edit: 3 stars for positive experience with many staff members in the past and clean gym.

Easily accessible gym with almost everything. Good for people who likes independent workouts without instructor.

The time i went there, no staff was available for the entire day

You cannot get in without staff ringing you in. The members cannot open the door for ya.

You either need to find a staff ready to open the door or pay for the membership beforehand without properly seeing the gym first to decide.

Love this gym, Iḿ quite the night owl so the fact that this gym is 24/7 is great. The gym itself is usually really clean. It is cleaned daily around 2am by 2-3 people. Regulars are very respectful and take turns on machines trying to avoid ¨hogging¨ anything for too long. There is work out equipment for most everyone, They have weights, ellipticals, row machines, stair masters, chin up bar, water massage beds, tanning etc. Price ranges from 10-12$ per month. There are a few things that need work, the arm bench for the plank crunch machine is crumbling, and one of the showers has been under construction for months, but for the space, hours, and variety of equipment, it is definitely worth the money

I regret getting a membership here. The free weight section is always cramped. Way too many treadmills for the size of the gym.

It’s a clean 24 hour gym. Mind you it is under going some main entrance reno but many equipment and clean.
